AbstractThe increasing number of natural disasters requires the use of preventive measures. One of the elements is the inclusion of risk management in crisis management. On the basis of this observation, the research problem was formulated: “In the light of new challenges, should the crisis management system continue to be built on the theory of crisis within the security sciences, or should it be based on risk management developed in the area of management sciences?” In summary, the answer to the question was provided, and a new definition of the concept of “crisis management” was proposed.

Under the condition of competition and cooperation allying type between enterprises promotes the formation of supply chain. Due to a large quantity of uncertain factors the supply chain will be interrupted provided some risk appears, which shows the vulnerability of the whole supply chain, and all risks of supply chain occur hereby. Firstly, the paper makes the definition on supply chain risk and supply chain risk management and sums up the classification of the risks that the supply chain faces according to the risks source. At last, based on the above the paper discusses the protection measurement of supply chain risk.

In the article there are presented the methodological approaches to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases associated with the exposure to environmental factors, based on the principles of risk assessment of existing risk factors, confirmed exposure, identification of biomarkers of effect with the use of cellular-molecular, proteomic and nanotechnology, the results of clinical and functional research, analysis of the system relationships, exposure markers with markers for the negative response. Sanitary-hygienic, epidemiological, clinical, functional and laboratory criteria underlying the proposed classification of specialized medical preventive technologies for risk management, allow to make a differential diagnosis of diseases associated with the exposure to environmental factors according to their severity and stage of clinical manifestation, identify target groups ofpopulation to provide them specialized treatment and preventive care, determine the volume, direction, content and form of implementation of curative and preventive measures.

All of the water supply system development needs to be safe and meet health requirements. Due to the expansion of the ore processing industry, water supply providers are required to identify the risks that may arise from dangerous and hazardous events. The purpose of this study was to build a structured approach to drinking water risk management plans (RMPs). We used risk assessments with reference to the environmental management system, risk management, and the food safety management system. The results of the risk assessment show two critical control points (CCPs) of high risk: Dam (catchment) and pipe reticulation. Some CCPs were categorized as posing very high risks of hazardous events due to pathogen contamination, including the clean water tank, the disinfectant injector, and pipe reticulation. The RMPs recorded and identified various preventive measures that could be taken to reduce and eliminate the risks. Daily operational requirements can be implemented to prepare for these hazards and risks that have the potential to negatively affect the quality of the drinking water supplied to the workers. Risk assessments were conducted in two stages: Preventive measures and operational monitoring. The involvement of all departments and authority agencies was crucial to ensure the success in the development and review of the operational aspects of these RMPs.

The article discusses the issues of risk management in the road transport of petroleum product. We analyze the main risk assessment methodologies; propose to use the hierarchy analysis method to improve quantitative risk assess ment. The identification and assessment of risks are one of the key points in the development of preventive measures to reduce accidents. The use of traditional methods for risk analysis and assessment has a drawback in that they don't imply the possibility of ranking risk assessment criteria by importance depending on the specifics of the task being solved. Because of the fact that calculations are in relative units, the issue of ranking risks to critical, significant and insignificant is solved automatically.
