Objective. To explore the application effect of medical care integration combined with family intervention under the evidence-based nursing mode on child patients with severe hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) and its influence on intestinal function. Methods. 120 child patients with severe HFMD admitted to Qilu Children’s Hospital of Shandong University from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into group A and group B, with 60 cases each. Conventional nursing was performed on patients in group B, and medical care integration combined with family intervention under the evidence-based nursing mode was performed on patients in group A. Patients were assessed after the intervention using the hospital-made treatment adherence scale, PedsQLTM 4.0 (Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory Version 4.0) scale, and the faces pain scale-revised (FPS-R). The levels of gastrointestinal function indicators such as serum endotoxin (ET), diamine oxidase (DAO), and d-lactic acid (D-LA) were measured before and after the intervention, and recovery such as time to clear fever and time to relief of oral pain were recorded in both groups. Results. Children in group A had significantly higher compliance in diet, behaviour, exercise, and medication than group B ( P < 0.05 ); the time to clear fever, time to relief of oral pain, time to healing of oral ulcers, time to relief of skin herpes, time to hospitalization, and time to eating were shorter in group A than those in group B ( P < 0.001 ); all scores on the PedsQLTM 4.0 scale were higher in group A than those in group B after the intervention ( P < 0.001 ); ET, DAO, and D-LA levels decreased in both groups after the intervention, with group A having lower levels than group B ( P < 0.001 ), in addition, group A had lower eating pain scores after the intervention ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion. Medical care integration combined with family intervention under the evidence-based nursing mode can effectively improve the treatment compliance of child patients with severe HFMD, accelerate their recovery progress, ensure a better prognostic quality of life and gastrointestinal tract function, and reduce the eating pain, indicating that such comprehensive nursing intervention mode should be promoted in practice.

Objective. To explore the application of evidence-based nursing (EBN) intervention combined with PBL teaching mode in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) nursing and the effects on quality of life (QOL) and satisfaction of patients. Methods. Ninety AMI patients enrolled in our hospital (January 2019-January 2021) were chosen as the study subjects and equally randomized into group M and group N. Group N received conventional nursing, and group M received EBN combined with PBL teaching mode. The cardiac function indexes, self-care ability, disease awareness and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. The self-care ability was scored by the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale (ESCA). The QOL of both groups before and after intervention was scored by the Generic Quality of Life lnventory-74 (GQOLI-74). The emotional state before and after intervention was evaluated by the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HAD). Results. After nursing, cardiac function indexes were markedly higher in group M than group N (P<0.001). Compared with group N, group M achieved notably higher ESCA scores (P<0.001), higher awareness of disease knowledge (P<0.001) and higher nursing satisfaction (P<0.05). After intervention, the GQOLI-74 score in group M was obviously higher while the HAD score was lower compared with group N (P<0.001). Conclusion. The implementation of EBN combined with PBL teaching model in AMI patients can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and QOL as well as alleviate the negative emotions, so as to create a harmonious nurse-patient relationship. Therefore, it is worth applying and promoting.

Objective. The purpose was to study the effect of meticulous nursing combined with evidence-based nursing on life quality and psychological status of medical oncology patients after chemotherapy. Methods. 148 medical oncology patients treated in our hospital (January 2019-December 2019) were chosen as the research objects of this study, and randomly split into control group and experimental group, with 74 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing mode for the diseases while the experimental group received meticulous nursing combined with evidence-based nursing mode to compare and analyze effect of the two nursing models on life quality and psychological status of medical oncology patients after chemotherapy. Results. The incidence of complications, SAS and SDS scores after interventionin experimental group were obviously lower compared with control group (P<0.05). The KPS scores of both groups after chemotherapy were obviously higher than those before chemotherapy, and the KPS score in the experimental group after chemotherapy was obviously higher than that in the control group. The life quality scores in experimental group were obviously higher compared with control group in generally good and good aspects, and obviously lower compared the control group in middle and bad aspects (P<0.05). Conclusion. For medical oncology patients, meticulous nursing combined with evidence-based nursing after chemotherapy can obviously reduce complications, improve life quality and enhance recovery of physical function. Compared with routine nursing mode, this nursing mode pays more attention to the changes of psychological status, which can obviously improve the psychological status, improve their enthusiasm and initiative to cure the diseases, improve their nursing satisfaction and facilitate the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.
