The problem of identifying psychological conditions for the development of self-regulation is one of the leading problems in the psychology at a primary- school student. The ordering of communication in educational activity is considered as a condition for the development of self-regulation. It is proved that in the process of intercourse and communication, there is an organization of joint activity associated with the level of self-regulation. The paper presents a methodic for diagnosing self-regulation. There were developed standards and identified levels of implementation of the proposed methodology by second graders. A correlation between the semantic completeness of the story and the level of productivity in the proposed method was found. The obtained results confirmed the inter-connection between self-regulation and communication. The proposed approach can be used to create a program aimed at developing self-regulation.

The study on relationship between conscious self-regulation, intrapersonal characteristics, and subjective well-being of younger schoolchildren (N = 156, age 10-11 years) made it possible to reveal and analyze significant links of the regulatory characteristics and personality factors (the Big Five model) with a cognitive parameter of subjective well-being in three spheres: family, school and self-attitude. Morosanova’s Self-Regulation Profile Questionnaire – Junior ), Russian version of the «Big Five Questionnaire – Children BFQ-C (S.B. Malykh , T.N. Tikhomirova, G.M. Vasin) » and Russian adaptation of Multidimensional Students Life Satisfaction Scale MSLSS (T.O. Gordeeva, E.N. Osin) was used. The results analysis provided for identifying significant regulatory and intrapersonal predictors of subjective well-being specific to primary school age children. The level of certain regulatory features development, as well as the general level of conscious self-regulation of educational activity proved to be significant factors of the schoolchildren subjective well-being

The aim of the intervention based on the self-regulation theory by Zimmerman (2000) was to promote a powerful learning environment for supporting self-regulated learning by using learning materials. In the study, primary school teachers were asked to implement specific learning materials into their regular mathematics lessons in grade four. These learning materials focused on particular (meta)cognitive and motivational components of self-regulated learning and were subdivided into six units, with which the students of the experimental group were asked to deal with on a weekly basis. The evaluation was based on a quasiexperimental pre-/postcontrol-group design combined with a time series design. Altogether, 135 fourth graders participated in the study. The intervention was evaluated by a self-regulated learning questionnaire, mathematics test, and process data gathered through structured learning diaries for a period of six weeks. The results revealed that students with the self-regulated learning training maintained their level of self-reported self-regulated learning activities from pre- to posttest, whereas a significant decline was observed for the control students. Regarding students’ mathematical achievement, a slightly greater improvement was found for the students with self-regulated learning training.

The relevance of the article is due to the problem of studying the phenomenon of self-regulation of joint activity of a group subject, on the basis of the empirically revealed relationship of orientation and self-regulation of the activity of a group subject, an attempt is made to correlate the ability of a group subject to self-regulation with the socio-psychological maturity of a group, in particular, with such its property as organization. As a methodological basis for the study of the tentative part of the group's joint activity as a socio-psychological basis for its self-regulation, the subject approach is considered, supplemented by a dynamic approach, which opens up the possibility of obtaining reliable data on the self-regulation of various aspects of the group's life in various social conditions. The authors analyze the results of a study of how a highly organized group develops a plan for joint activities when performing a task on the "Arka" device. As a result of the study, it was revealed that at the orientation stage, the group, in relation to the change conditions, makes a new planning on joint activities or the leader makes adjustments to the previously created plan, changes are taken into account according to the new conditions. During the assembly process, the group with a high estimated result acts according to the created plan. They plan more carefully. Make time for the little things. This confirms the connection with the work of the self-regulation circuit of voluntary activity, that is, private traders not only have planning, but also a program of performing actions is laid. It was revealed that the addition of the subjective approach with the proposed by us dynamic approach opens up the possibility of obtaining reliable data on the self-regulation of various aspects of the group's life in various social conditions. The article is intended for heads of educational organizations, employees of scientific organizations, researchers, graduate students and educational psychologists.

Mathematical problem solving was an crucial skill to be mastered by primary school student so that will help student to unravel their problems encountered in everyday life. By using the realistic mathematics approach, stundents learn mathematical concept based on reality or scope around students. This study aimed to develop an eligible learning materials and test the effectiveness of learning materials based on realistic mathematics education to enhance the problem solving skill of primary school students. This research and development study was conducted in Sawangan Subdistrict, Magelang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The testing subjects consisted of 12 students in the the preliminary field, there were 42 students in the main field, and 90 students in the operational field that divided into experiment dan control class. The data were collected by interviews, observation, and tests. The analyzing N-gain score and t-test with a significant level of 0.05 done to find out th effectiveness of the teaching materials. The developed of realistic mathematics eduation learning materials is feasible and effective in improving problem solving skill with significance value of 0.000 (p≤0.05). It can enhance the problem solving skills of 4th grade elementary school.
