Social media has made it possible for users to exchange information and discuss theiropinions and experiences about products or services through online on their social mediaplatform with their peers. This kind of communication is called as electronic word-of-mouth(e-WOM) where the information can be spread faster and has the potential for greaterimpact on consumers purchase decision. Therefore, the aim of this research is to know theeffect of e-WOM (including quality and quantity of e-WOM as well as sender’s expertise) insocial media on consumers’ purchase decisions moderated by brand image. The researchmethodology used for this study is a case study with survey research method. Conveniencesampling technique derived from non-probability sampling techniques are used for sampleselection. The sample of this research is 175, from people who have purchased and usedEtude House product. Statistical software SPSS and AMOS is used to analyze the data. Thefindings in this area will help Etude House and other marketers to reach out its potentialcustomers and align their marketing effort in efficient way by pay attention on the marketingpolicies about eWOM. The limitations of the research is some respondents not read andanswer the question clearly and made it not represent their exact perception.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the physical appearance, brand image and marketer's word of mouth either partially or simultaneously influence the purchasing decision at Noona Beauty Korea salon in Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency.The population in this study were all customers or consumers of the Noona Beuty Korea salon in Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used a random sampling technique, or random sampling. The data in this research were obtained directly from interviews by distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used is the research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and R2 testThe results showed that there was an effect of Physical Appearance on Purchase Decisions at Noona Beauty Salon Korea Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. There is an influence of Brand Image on Purchase Decision at Salon Noona Beauty Korea Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. There is the influence of marketers by word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Noona Beauty Salon Korea Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. There is a joint influence between the variables of Physical Appearance, Brand Image, and Word of mouth Marketers on Purchase Decisions at Noona Beauty Salon Korea Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency.

This study aims to see the influence of Word of Mouth, Brand Image, and Brand Trust on the Purchase Decision of Instinct Footwear Products in Samarinda City. Word of Mouth (X1), Brand Image (X2), and Brand Trust (X3) are used as independent variables while Purchase Decision (Y) is the dependent variable. Primary data obtained by interviewing 130 respondents using a questionnaire. Secondary data obtained by making field observations. Data analysis used multiple linear regression techniques with the help of statistical software SPSS version 22. The results showed that the independent variables consisting of Word of Mouth, Brand Image, and Brand Trust (simultaneously) significantly influence Purchase Decisions and (partially) each of the two independent variables Brand Image and Brand Trust affect the Purchasing Decision. Meanwhile, Word of Mouth (partially) has no significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. Instinct Footwear can continue to develop a brand image that has been well attached to local scale brand products, a good brand image will generate a positive word of mouth, then increase and increase brand trust from consumers by continuously improving product quality and providing positive value. will create a sense of security and trust in the company or product being marketed. These three roles are very important simultaneously to achieve competitive advantage in business.

Business competition that is getting stonger makes SME (Small Medium Enterprise) must be able to compete. Batik is one of SME that has influence in economic growth. The enterpreneurs have to compete with competitiors. This study aims to examine  the influence of media sosial, electronic word of mouth, and brand image on purchase decision through purchase intention at Poeniko Batik Pekalongan store. The population in this study is consumers of Poeniko Batik Pekalongan. The number of samples used in this study were 100 people using the incidental sampling method. The data collection method uses documentation and questionnaires. The results showed that the electronic word of mouth, brand image and purchase variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While social media variables do not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the path analysis test indicate that purchase intention can mediate the influence of social media, electronic word of mouth, and brand image on purchasing decisions.

The purposive of this study is to determine the influence of word of mouth, brand image, and country of origin purchase decision Samsung smartphone android brand in partial and simultaneous. Respondents are 48, analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis, tested the basic assumptions and hypothesis testing. Result of this research showed that in partially word of mouth and brand image has positive significant effect on purchasing decision, brand image has positive  and significant effect on purchasing decision, and country of origin has negative and significant effect on purchasing decision, and simultaneously showed that word of mouth, brand image, and country of origin of effect on purchasing decisions android smartphone brand Samsung.  The purchase decision of Samsung smartphone android can be explane by word of the mouth, brand image and country of origin by 27% (coefession determinant). The remaining 73% can be explained by another variable can’t be examined on this research, example is product quality dan price.

This study aims to analyze the effect of word of mouth, price perception, brand image and trust on purchase intention and to analyze the effect of word of mouth, price perception, brand image, trust and purchase intention upon purchase decision of middle class housing in Semarang. The sample used in this study was 100 people. Techniques used in analyzing the data were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) word of mouth has a significant effect on purchase intention of middle class housing in Semarang, 2) price perception has a significant effect on purchase intention of middle class housing in Semarang, 3) there is a significant effect of brand image upon purchase intention of middle class housing in Semarang, 4) there is a significant effect of trust on purchase intention of middle class housing in Semarang, 5) word of mouth has a significant effect upon purchase decision of middle class housing in Semarang, 6) priceperception gives a significant effect on purchase decision of middle class housing in Semarang, 7) there is a significant effect of brand image upon purchase decision of middle class housing in Semarang, 8) ) there is a significant effect of trust on purchase intention of middle class housing in Semarang, and 9) purchase intention can intervenethe effect of word of mouth, price perception, brand image, trust and buying interest upon purchase decision.Keywords: word of mouth, price perception, brand image, trust, purchase intention, purchase decision��������������������

The practical implication that can be given from the findings of this study is that this study can be used as a basic model to evaluate the Samsung smartphone company's strategy for product quality, eWOM, brand image, and consumer purchase decisions. Based on the results of statistical analysis, that product quality and eWOM directly or indirectly through brand image affect consumer purchase decisions. This can be a reference for Samsung company management in making strategies to improve purchase decisions by maintaining product quality, eWOM, and brand image of Samsung smartphones. The purpose of this research was to measure the effect of word of mouth, perceived price, and service quality toward brand image and purchase decision. This research also aimed to measure the mediating effect of Brand Image toward the relationship between word of mouth, perceive price, and service quality with the purchase decision. This study used a survey technique that utilised questionnaires as research instruments for 200 respondents who have visited Surabaya hotels as well as Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis techniques. The findings in this research proved that Word of Mouth, Perceived Price, and Service Quality have a significant positive effect on Brand Image and Purchase Decision. This research also revealed that brand image also has an intervening effect in the relationship of Word of Mouth, Perceived Price, and Service Quality with Purchase Decision.

Penggunaan internet telah mengubah cara konsumen berkomunikasi dan berbagi pendapat atau ulasan mengenai produk atau jasa yang pernah dikonsumsi. Dalam hal ini, komunikasi el-ektronik dari mulut ke mulut digunakan untuk berbagi pendapat atau ulasan mengenai produk atau jasa. Komunikasi ini digunakan untuk saran pemasaran melalui media sosial. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh signifikansi eWOM dengan variabel brand image (citra merek), brand trust (kepercayaan merek), purchase intention (minat beli) ter-hadap purchase decision (keputusan pembelian) terhadap mobil Mitsubishi Xpander. Metode penelitian menggunakan sampel sebanyak 160. Metode analisis menggunakan tools Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan aplikasi AMOS 22. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eWOM terhadap brand image memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan (r = 1.206). eWOM terhadap brand trust memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan (r = 1.214). eWOM terhadap purchase intention memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan (r = 1.517). Purchase in-tention terhadap purchase decision memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan (r = 0.976).
