The purpose of this study was to analyze the physical appearance, brand image and marketer's word of mouth either partially or simultaneously influence the purchasing decision at Noona Beauty Korea salon in Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency.The population in this study were all customers or consumers of the Noona Beuty Korea salon in Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used a random sampling technique, or random sampling. The data in this research were obtained directly from interviews by distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used is the research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and R2 testThe results showed that there was an effect of Physical Appearance on Purchase Decisions at Noona Beauty Salon Korea Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. There is an influence of Brand Image on Purchase Decision at Salon Noona Beauty Korea Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. There is the influence of marketers by word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Noona Beauty Salon Korea Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. There is a joint influence between the variables of Physical Appearance, Brand Image, and Word of mouth Marketers on Purchase Decisions at Noona Beauty Salon Korea Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency.

This study aims to determine the extent to which services and promotions have been carried out by the Division of Clinics and Pharmacies at PT. Deva Mitra Abadi and to find out what factors are obstacles in service and promotion and how efforts are being made to overcome these obstacles.This type of research is qualitative with a research focus on service issues and promotion implementation. The data sources are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and observation. statistical formulas and only describe or describe problems qualitatively, even if there are numerical data, they are only supporting figures from qualitative analysis.The results of the study indicate that the service is carried out through the dimensions of Tangible, Reliability, Reliability, Responsiveness, Guarantee and certainty, and Empathy. direct marketing to conduct sales transactions either through personal media such as mobile phones, washApp, instagram, facebook, email and until now do not have a website. The obstacles that many face in terms of promotional activities are the lack of funds, limited personal selling personnel, do not have cooperation with agencies The government, especially public hospitals and private hospitals, has a strategic location, but it is not yet densely populated so that it is not optimal in disseminating information to the surrounding community. Efforts are being made to overcome this by investing separately for promotion, collaborating advertising activities with other divisions and also advertising tailored to the needs of existing funds and equipping each employee with the ability to become personnel selling.

Advances in communication and information technology bring many changes to the general habits of society. Communication and information technology is now inseparable from people's lives in this era. With digitalization, people can disseminate and obtain information widely without requiring a long time. The benefits of this easy, cheap, and fast technology have in common with the concept of excellent public service which is the hope of the community. In public services, people want services that are easily accessible, do not incur a lot of costs, and also do not require a long time to receive public services. To provide excellent service in this era of rapid technological progress and the government can optimize the use of information and communication technology in governance, which is known as E-government. Through the development of public service innovations based on E-government, it is expected to be able to provide services that are in accordance with the principles of good governance, so as to improve service quality and community satisfaction. Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of Badung Regency builds public service innovations called Layanan Perizinan Online (LAPERON). This study uses qualitative research methods through secondary data collection. The development of public services in the LAPERON application can be seen from the availability of LAPERON on the website and also the Mobile Application with various features that make it easier for the public to apply for licensing services.

The number of conveniences in shopping online and the various types of products and services offered, make the Indonesian people make Online Shops as one of the new "shopping places" besides shopping centers.This study aims to determine and prove the motivational factors of Batu Ampar Pelaihari teenagers in entrepreneurship through online business.This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data studied in this study were sourced from primary data and secondary data. The number of respondents who were used as observations in this study amounted to 40 people. Statistical analysis using simple linear, with testing tools using SPSS software version 20.00The results show that motivational factors can influence adolescent entrepreneurship in Batu Ampar Pelaihari. Variable data which is a simple conceptual path where motivation (X) / independent variable and entrepreneurial (Y) / dependent variable.The independent variable has a unidirectional relationship with the dependent variable because the independent variable has a positive coefficient, meaning that if the x variable increases, the y Variable also increases and vice versa.

The "Melati" Women's Social Institution of South Kalimantan Province carries out social rehabilitation in the form of social guidance activities and skills guidance for socio-economic vulnerable women. The "Melati" Women's Social Institution of South Kalimantan Province has a fairly good performance in providing social guidance and skills guidance to women who are socio-economically vulnerable. All indicators used to measure the performance of social guidance and skills guidance carried out by the "Melati" Women's Social Institution of South Kalimantan Province, namely productivity, service quality and accountability, showed good performance results.

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has had a huge impact on various sectors of people's lives, especially in the world of education. One of the policies made by the government in overcoming educational problems in the midst of a pandemic, the government took a policy to implement distance learning or online as an effort to overcome education in the midst of a pandemic. Distance learning is a process of learning activities that are not carried out in one place at the same time but carried out in different places through online. This study aims to see the effectiveness of online learning among students. This study uses descriptive research with qualitative methods where this method describes the problem under study clearly by reviewing and describing the existing data in detail and systematically. Data collection techniques were carried out by indirect and direct interviews. Sources of data used are secondary and primary data. This study uses indirect interviews in the form of a questionnaire with 100 respondents by giving 5 questions. The results of this study indicate that 56% of students responded that they were quite satisfied with online learning. The media used in online learning 90% said using webex. The material presented in the learning process was quite well received by students. The obstacles faced by students in online learning showed that 48% did not understand the material presented.And the results of the latest research show 64% of respondents said the online learning process is quite effective.

This Studi aims to examine and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and the Work Environment simultaneously and simultaneously on Employee Performance at PT United Agro Indonesia. The research method uses survey methods, the type of research uses descriptive quantitative. While the nature of the research is explanatory research. Sampels were taken 86 of a total population of 630 people using the Slovin formula. Data collection was taken using interview observation techniques and questionnaires. The data analysis tool uses multiple Linier regression analysis using the IBM Statistik al version 20.The results of the t test showed that the Organizational Culture variable (X1) had a Parsial effect on the Performance of Employees at PT. United Agro Indonesia, this is evidenced by the results of the Probability or Significance value of 0,000 <0.05 with a confidence level of 95%. With these results, the First hypothesis is accepted. T test results indicate that the variable Organizational Commitment (X2) has a Parsial effect on the Performance of Employees at PT. United Agro Indonesia, this is evidenced by the results of the probability value or significance value of 0.001 <0.05 with a confidence level of 95%. T test results indicate that the Work Environment variable (X2) has a Parsial effect on the Performance of Employees at PT. United Agro Indonesia, this is evidenced by the results of the probability value or significance value of 0.007 <0.05 with a confidence level of 95%.The results of the F test analysis showed that Organizational Culture (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2) and Work Environment (X3) variables simultaneously affected Employee Performance at PT. United Agro Indonesia, This is proven by the Proportional Value or Significant Value of 0,000 <0.05 with a confidence level of 95%, then the fourth hypothesis is accepted.

The purpose of this paper is to study the capacity of Knowledge Management in a theoretical review and aims to understand how companies can strengthen the context of the cooperative elements that exist within the organization to generate innovation. The method used in this paper is the library method based on empirical studies from the results of previous studies and literature studies.The justification of the absorptive capacity typology for innovation efficiency processes has the potential to influence the absorption realized in new products and cause effects on internal research and development in various ways. The impact of joint ventures, supplier cooperation and customer cooperation is significant on absorption.The implication in this paper is to extend the research to other innovation metrics as new organizational methods, new processes, new designs, or new methods of using sales funnels.This paper considers it necessary to analyze the typology of capacities that enable managers to understand the innovation efficiency process in the context of collaboration and make better decisions. Collaboration of collaborative activities, organizational capacity and objectives in internal research and development can obtain higher innovation results.

This research discusses the discussion of theory, discussion of experts, discussion of researchers based on their experience, then developed into a debate - renewal developed - the solution requested to obtain justification (verification) in the form of empirical supporting data in the field. This study aims to learn more about Managerial Skills and Career Development Influence on Employee Performance (Study on Maintenance Employees of PT. Global Makara Teknik Site BRE Rantau Tapin Regency) in South Kalimantan, The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with as much as 54 assistance, a sample of 54 people and data analysis techniques using the research instrument validity test, reliability test, classic assumptions and using multiple linear regression, The results of this study indicate that the variable managerial ability individually to the Maintenance Performance of PT. The Makara Global Bara Engineering Site Overseas Temporary Tapin District And Career Development has no significant effect on the Performance of PT. The Global Makara Site of the BRE Rantau Technique in Tapin District, all of the independent variables have a significant influence on the variables that are used together (simultaneous), the adjusted determination (R2) is 0.332 or 33.2%, this shows it is supported by those provided by the variables free of the variables they replace.

Increasingly rapid competition leads to organizational awareness on importanceof having qualified, integrated and high committed human resources with ability tosupport organizational performance in general. Thus, it is necessary for organization tolook for any factors that can improve employee work motivation, one of which is byimprovement on employee work productivity.From the above description, the author tries to study the influences of extrinsicmotivation on the improvement on employee work productivity in Bank NegaraIndonesia (BNI) Branch of Palangka Raya. The research aims to find out description ofwork motivation influences on employee productivity. In this study, the method usedis descriptive method with survey method approach. Data collection techniques usedby the author are library research to obtain secondary data, and field research in orderto obtain primary data by interview technique.From results of this study, it indicates that the influences of motivation hassignificant influences on improving employee work productivity with the calculationresults of the analysis show that the determination value is 0.90, which means the levelof incentives on work motivation has 100% positive influences, which means thehypothesis can be accepted.
