Sebagai penyedia layanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat, Rumah Sakit Umum Islam Madinah yang terletak di Kecamatan Kasembon, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur perlu memanfaatkan teknologi komputer untuk mendukung kebutuhan pasien seperti obat dan alat kesehatan yang dikelola oleh pihak gudang. Lingkup kerja pada bagian gudang masih berskala kecil karenanya Microsoft Access yang merupakan aplikasi paket instalasi Microsoft Office menjadi pilihan yang tepat dan mudah, aplikasi ini juga dapat diterapkan pada komputer yang memiliki jaringan lokal. Pada penelitian ini, metode Waterfall digunakan untuk mempercepat proses pengembangan aplikasi gudang dikarenakan proses desain, implementasi hingga pengujian aplikasi berkesinambungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi gudang yang di bangun dengan menggunakan Microsoft Access mempercepat kerja staf dalam membuat laporan, rekap stok dan melihat perubahan harga tanpa perlu harus melihat kartu stok yang tertera pada rak penyimpanan.

Service at the “Kelurahan” is a very important part in determining the success of development, especially in public service. The problem faced is the lack of skill level of the “Kelurahan” apparatus with the more dynamic demands of the community and the archive management system is still conventional and manual that is writing the identity of the archive into the book agenda, expedition, control card, and borrowed archive card, so it takes a more practical electronic system, effective and efficient so required to develop themselves in order to improve public services. Conventional administration and archive management must be transformed into cloud-based computing (digital), for which archiving managers should always be responsive and follow these developments and wherever possible in order to utilize for archival activities, with greater access expected archives are evidence at once able to talk about historical facts and events and be able to give meaning and benefit to human life, so archives that were only visible and readable at archival centers can now be accessed online, and even their services have led to automated service systems. Using Microsoft Access which its main function is to handle the process of data manipulation and manufacture of a system, this system is built so that the bias runs on Cloud which means Cloud itself is a paradigm in which information is permanently stored on servers on the internet and stored. The purpose of this program is the implementation of administrative management that has been based cloud computing (digital) and is expected to be a solution in managing the archive so that if it has been designed and programmed, it can be stored in the computer and benefi- cial to the “Kelurahan” apparatus and add in the field of management archives in the form of improving the quality of service to the community, can facilitate and scientific publications.

ABSTRACT In this case, students assume the role of an accounting professional asked by a client to investigate why net income is not as strong as expected. The students must first analyze a set of financial statements to identify areas of possible concern. After determining the areas to investigate, the students use a database query tool to see if they can determine causes by examining transaction level data. Finally, the students are asked to professionally communicate their findings and recommendations to their client. The case provides students with experience in using query-based approaches to answering business questions. It is appropriate for students with basic query and financial analysis skills and knowledge of internal controls. A Microsoft Access database with transaction details for the final seven months of the current year as well as financial statements for the current and prior year are provided.

ABSTRAK Pengolahan data manual pada proses transaksi di As Sport Metro mempersulit pencarian data keluar masuk barang, perhitungan stok serta pembuatan laporan. Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut diperlukan sebuah Sistem Informasi yang dapat membantu mengakses informasi secara lebih cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat mempermudah transaksi penjualan, mendukung pengolahan data dan mempercepat penyajian laporan. Metode penelitian menggunakan prototype karena secara keseluruhan akan mengacu pada kepuasan pelanggan dan selama proses penelitian berjalan akan terjalin interaksi antara pengembang dan pelanggan. Dengan begitu penerapan lebih mudah karena antara pengembang dan pelanggan saling mengetahui apa yang diharapkan. Segala proses yang terjadi dalam sistem di implementasikandengan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. dan menggunakan basis data Microsoft Access 2007. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah sistem informasi sanggup memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan setelah dilakukan implementasi dan uji coba.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyempurnakan aplikasi jasa angkutan pada PT A A dengan menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 dan Microsoft Access 2010. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode seperti wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Penelitian membahas mengenai rancangan sistem yang terdiri atas Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), normalisasi, struktur HIPO, flowchart program, rancangan tampilan program. Buku ini memberi panduan asas kepada pembaca bagaimana membina laman sesawang sendiri (Do It Yourself-DIY). Since automatic control is used in every field, there is almost no industrial application system which doesn’t employ the sensors. It makes correctly reading the data obtained from sensors in the system with sensors and transmitting this data into the computer more important. In this executed study, a design for an interface which can be easily used with a low cost data processing card and with flexible structure was performed. In the executed system, the PIC18F4550 microcontroller was used and data can be accurately read from 10 different channels. The data read from the designed data acquisition card was transferred into a computer interface program prepared in C# program using a USB and recorded into the database in the Microsoft Access program. The designed interface, the values of read signals and their graphs may be displayed on the screen. Thus, the interface screen may be used as both an indicator and oscilloscope screen.
