Abstract— Inventory system at Surez Store is not computerized yet, which is saving the documentations in the archives that mixed and not tidy, so that damaged, loss, and so often occur. Besides, Surez Store have only one employee, so that he is troubling to make inventory reports. With this inventory information system, hoped that it can simplify the warehouse employee to documentating transactions and making reports. At this writing, the author uses waterfall method. Application are created using MySQL for the databases and PHP Programming as a tool for making information system. This system can help to make reports well. Intisari — Sistem persediaan barang pada Toko Surez belum terkomputerisasi, yaitu masih menyimpan dokumentasi transaksi barang masuk dan barang keluar di arsip yang bercampuran dan tidak rapi, sehingga sering terjadi kerusakan, kehilangan, dan sebagainya. Selain itu, karyawan pada Toko Surez hanya ada satu, sehingga ia kesulitan untuk membuat laporan persediaan barang. Dengan adanya sistem informasi persediaan barang ini, diharapkan dapat mempermudah bagian gudang dalam mendokumentasikan transaksi barang masuk dan barang keluar, serta membuat laporan persediaan barang, transaksi barang masuk dan barang keluar. Pada tulisan ini, penulis menggunakan metode waterfall. Aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan MySQL untuk database dan pemrograman PHP sebagai alat bantuk pembuatan sistem informasi tersebut. Sistem ini dapat membantu dalam pembuatan laporan barang masuk, barang keluar, dan persediaan barang tersampaikan dengan baik.

CV. Jaya Abadi is a company engaged in the sale of building materials. This company in its business activities has not implemented information technology as a whole. One of the problems that need to be considered in the company's business processes is the inventory system. The inventory system is carried out using paper files which have a less effective and efficient impact and hinder company performance. Often there are errors in recording inventory. A reliable information system is needed so that the transaction process runs optimally and reduces errors made by employees. This research was conducted to solve the problem of inventory management at CV. Jaya Abadi. Based on these problems, the main objective of this study is how to improve inventory management in CV. Jaya Abadi.

CV Bambi considers to use IS and IT to get competitive advantage. Thus, CV Bambi needs a system that utilizes IT and records all business transactions, especially in sales, purchasing, and inventory processes so that data redundancy will be minimal. This research creates information system design of sales, purchasing, andinventory processes as well as reports that can be used by the management. Methodology used in this paper is unified process with object-oriented approach. The result is an information system design that can solve problems in data searching since all the data have been stored in a database. When sales or purchasing transaction occurs, the stock in inventory system will be automatically updated. This system will make easy the manager to read reports by using reporting feature.

Information technology is rapidly developing and applied in any field of interest. It can be used as simple to the complex computation. It can also use greatly assisting human performance in managing inventory items. This paper discusses a website-based item inventory system applied in a very remote village in Desa Kusik Batu, West Kalimantan. The research goal is to facilitate the performance of village officials in managing data items, where overall data input is still done manually. The method of this research is using interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The implementation of the system resulted from this research is the following features: user data, all goods data having by the village, incoming goods data, outgoing goods data, avoid physical calculations, asset mutation reports, and goods reports, as well as making goods inventory reports can be easily done. With the existence of a web-based inventory information system website, at the village office of Kusik Batu Lapu, West Kalimantan, can improve the performance of village officials to manage goods data.

Within a company, data processing is very important for a company to take place. But many companies do not have good data processing. There are still many things that cause data processing errors. Including in PT. Indojaya Multi works, data processing in this company including poor data processing so that there are still many errors that have occurred. Pt. Indojaya Mukti Karya is one of the companies established in Indonesia that provides goods and serves the implementation of the project that is shiny floor. Therefore, we try to develop data processing in the company to be better and efficient. In order to avoid mistakes that have occurred, for that we develop an Inventory system that has several features such as goods forms, clients, suppliers, warehouses and QR codes. In its application this information system is created using the programming language html, css, java script, php and database. And so this information system aims to minimize data processing errors in the company.

Inventory management of work tools at vehicle after sales service division PT. Arista Sukses Mandiri Jakarta still done manually using printed form (for dailycheck) and handwriting book (which record every tool that in and/or out from tool room), because of that staffs need more time to do them. Managing the tools inventory must be correct and precise both data and reality in the ground, but done manually the risk of data error is higher than if the staff do with computerized system. Beside that using computerized system in the scope of inventory of tools can make its process faster, so the time efficiency can be reached. Inventory system of tools based web is developed by the writer (also developer) to solve or at least reduce those problems. The method used in developing of this web based application is modified waterfall with whirlpools for the beginner as suggested by Powel, et al. This method consists of problem definition, requirement analytic, prototyping design, implementation, integration/testing, and release/maintenance. The final product of the research and development on this paper is web based application for work tools inventory management that can make the process of managing faster, more precise, and more efficiency.

Inventory system is a system that serves to know the inventory of goods in a place. Inventory systems are widely used or developed in a place with a variety of technologies. The existing problem at cooperative kasongan business together is not yet availability of inventory system of goods not efficient so that, when employees perform data collection sometimes still occur miscalculation because in data collection goods not yet computerized. Therefore, in this final project will be built web-based inventory information system,so that information about the stock of goods available in cooperative can be known clearly and in detail.      This inventory application is built using the programming language Php and mysql as database and several other stages in the design of this system. The stages in the design of this system is the analysis and design of systems, system design, coding, system implementation and system testing.      Based on the concept and design of this system then, it can be concluded that the web-based inventory of goods applications was built with the aim that in the management of data entry and discharge of goods more orderly and computerized so as to avoid the problem of miscalculation done by employees when collecting goods in cooperative Bantul.

Inventory information system is something that is often heard in a company. A company that is engaged in trading of such distributions must be familiar with the inventory system. The use of manual recording has a negative impact on the company. Looking at company earnings and how many remaining items available manually require a long time. This research aims to design an inventory information system to help employees manage goods and find available items more easily so as to reduce mistakes made by employees. The system designed in this study uses Microsoft Access. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, data collection techniques in research conduct interviews, observation, and literature study conducted directly with the owner of the company. This research produces an application that can help control the inventory of goods more effectively and informally so that it can control the goods entering and leaving the company
