CV. Jaya Abadi is a company engaged in the sale of building materials. This company in its business activities has not implemented information technology as a whole. One of the problems that need to be considered in the company's business processes is the inventory system. The inventory system is carried out using paper files which have a less effective and efficient impact and hinder company performance. Often there are errors in recording inventory. A reliable information system is needed so that the transaction process runs optimally and reduces errors made by employees. This research was conducted to solve the problem of inventory management at CV. Jaya Abadi. Based on these problems, the main objective of this study is how to improve inventory management in CV. Jaya Abadi.

ABSTRAK Pemanfaatan dan pengembangan sistem informasi yang dapat mengintegrasikan seluruh proses bisnis untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan banyak dilakukan melalui proyek pengadaan paket software atau hardware yang siap pakai di pasaran dan langsung mengimplementasikannya. Implementasi sistem informasi akan melibatkan semua aktivitas organisasi yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan dan manajemen dari sistem informasi tersebut sehingga menyebabkan perubahan proses bisnis. Perubahaan organisasi yang tidak dikelola dengan baik menjadi penyebab utama kegagalan proyek sistem informasi. Manajemen perubahan yang didukung oleh puncak manjeman dan memiliki kemampuan dalam penguasaan teknologi, pengetahuan proses bisnis dan budaya organisasi perusahaan menjadi kunci keberhasilan proyek implementasi sistem informasi. Inventory is very important in work activities or in a business entity, because inventory can be a benchmark of performance and cash flow of a company. If there is too much inventory turnover is not good, and vice versa if there is too little inventory it can hamper work activities, resulting in low yields and will affect the company's income. Because at PT Ultra Sakti, ATK Goods Inventory Management is still manual. Which causes the management and presentation of inventory data can be ineffective and inefficient, because it is very easy to make mistakes (Human Error) this results in the inventory process will be very bad, because it could be an excess or even a shortage of inventory processes. Therefore, the authors try to make an inventory system in order to help PT. Ultra Sakti in carrying out work activities to be more efficient and effective, in the presentation of data and data management. So that mistakes can be minimized. Health Sciences Faculty of Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya (UM Surabaya) is a faculty in UM Surabaya. It has a mission to develop academic, general, and student administration services based on quality management systems and the application of Information Technology. To achieve the mission, it is necessary to design and implement Information Technology in assisting administrative service business processes including a letter management system, the attendance system of staff and lecturer, and a financial submission system for the activity plan of the Implementing Unit, Head of Study Program, and Quality Control Group at the Faculty of Health Sciences UM Surabaya. Therefore, this research aimed to build an Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) using Zachman Framework method. This research resulted a structured integrated information system Blueprint design along with application prototypes at the Faculty of Health Sciences UM Surabaya. With the Information System Blueprint design, it made it easier for Developers to develop information systems and documented every system transaction process.

Enterprise Architecture (EA) has gained importance in recent years, mainly for its concept of “alignment” between the strategic and operational levels of organizations. Such alignment occurs when Information Technology (IT) is applied correctly and timely, working in synergy and harmony with strategy and the operation to achieve mutually their own goals and satisfy the organizational needs.Both the strategic and operational levels have standards that help model elements necessary to obtain desired results. In this sense, BMM and BPMN were selected because both have the support of OMG and they are fairly well known for modelling the strategic level and operational level, respectively. In addition, i* modeling goal can be used for reducing the gap between these two standards. This proposal may help both the high-level design of the information system and to the appropriate identification of the business processes that will support it.This paper presents a methodology for aligning strategy and the operation based on standards and heuristics. We have made a classification for elements of the models and, for some specific cases, an extension of the heuristics associated between them. This allows us to propose methodology, which uses above-mentioned standards and combines mappings, transformations and actions to be considered in the alignment process.

Inventory management is the most important activity, because if the inventory in the warehouse is not managed properly, it will allow a decrease in profits and loss of customers. PT Andalan Teknik Karetindo Putra Bangsa has weaknesses in its inventory management activities, where the presentation of the information is done manually, namely through the process of recording in a book, then transferred to the Speedsheet application. Sometimes the data submitted is inaccurate, that is, there are still errors regarding the stock of goods. In this research, we used a prototype software model.. Making this website is made to overcome these problems and to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of company performance. Where we make 2 level access rights, namely for warehouse staff and company leaders. With this website, warehouse staff can quickly and accurately find out the availability of goods and leaders can immediately find out the stock of goods available in the warehouse and can immediately print inventory reports without having to ask to the warehouse

Nowadays technology is developing very fast, including information and communication technology. For that we need fast steps in following it. Information and communication technology has entered all aspects of life, including the business world. This is because the work assisted by information technology can minimize errors and even losses that will occur. Warna Print is a company engaged in the printing sector, which serves banner designs and banner printing and is currently facing problems in the field of ordering. The banner ordering system used in Warna Print is still done conventionally. For example, in recording orders, making order invoices to taking orders and transaction reports, they still rely on recording on notes. This of course can cause loss or damage to the order data and sales transactions. With the design of this application will be able to help expedite the transaction process on Color Print. The design of this application uses the Netbeans IDE with the Java programming language and the MySQL database program. This application has guaranteed security, because only owners and employees who have a username and password can access this application. In addition, the error rate in recording orders is very small, because each customer receives a different transaction number, so as to minimize errors on the transaction report.
