To find out the performance of a company it is necessary to have a financial analysis, where in analyzing the financial statements will get a view of the good and bad financial performance. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the effect of the Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, Profitability Ratio, and Activity Ratio on profit growth with company size as a moderating variable. The population in this study was all trade retail companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2018. The research samples was determined by using purposive sampling technique, so that obtained 21 trade retail companies that quality as the sample. The analysis technique used is moderation regression analysis. Based on the research result showed that Solvability, Profitability and Activity ratios has an effect on profit growth and company size is a moderation variabel. Liquidity Ratio has no effect on profit growth and company size not a moderating variable between Liquidity on profit growth.

This paperaims to knowthe quality indicatorsof the financial statements which consist of profitability, solvency and reputation of Registered Public Accountant (KAP)to the audit lagwith company size as a moderation variable either partially or simultaneously in LQ45 companies. This research is a comparative causal research with ex post facto approach. Purposive sampling technique is used in this research and there are 18 samples collected by this technique from LQ45 in Indonesia Company Issueryear 2010-2016. The data analyzed research is 126. Data analysis technique used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the Application ofEviews Software. The study concluded thatstudy showed that solvency, reputation of the public accounting firm and company size had a significant effect on Audit Lag, while profitability had no significant effect on Audit Lag. The size of a company able to moderate the effect of independent variablesto the Audit Lag and not haveto moderate the effect of the profitability to the Audit Lag.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of company size, institutional ownership, and accounting conservatism on tax avoidance in the Mining Sector Companies contained on the Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018. The sample was determined using the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, obtained by 11 companies with a year of observation for 4 years so as to obtain 44 observations. Data analysis techniques using the Multiple Linear Regression test with the SPSS program. The research result that the size of company and accounting conservatism give a negative effect on tax avoidance while institutional ownership has no effect on tax avoidance. This shows that the larger the size of a company and the more companies apply accounting conservatism, the lower the practice of tax avoidance. Research purposes were determined the effect of company size, management ownership, profitability, and leverage on risk management disclosures in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The research type is a quantitative descriptive. The research population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Determination of the sample used purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used the documentation method. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear test, F test, and t test. The results how that 1) company size has a positive and significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018; 2) managerial ownership has no significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018; 3) profitability has no significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018; 4) Laverage has a significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018; and 5) Company size, managerial ownership, profitability, and leverage simultaneously have a significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. This study aims to examine financial targets, financial stability, external pressure, personal financial needs, effective monitoring, nature of industry, total accruals, change of directors, and CEO duality in detecting fraudulent financial statements with the audit committee as the moderating variable. The population of this research is 20 state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018. Sampling using saturated sampling technique and obtained a final sample of 100 units of analysis. Data collection using documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that external pressure and the nature of industry have a significant positive effect on the detection of fraudulent financial statements. The audit committee is able to moderate the influence of financial targets, external pressure, nature of industry, and change of directors on the detection of fraudulent financial statements

This research was conducted at banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017, which were 42 companies. The sampling technique in this study was taken based on non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique so as to produce a sample of 32 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study was moderated regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that capital adequacy has a positive effect on profitability, credit distribution has a positive effect on profitability and firm size has a positive effect on profitability. The results of this study also show that credit risk is not able to weaken the influence of capital adequacy and lending to profitability and credit risk is able to weaken the influence of company size on profitability. This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, inventory intensity, fixed asset intensity, company SIZE, and independent commissioners on tax aggressiveness. The population and sample in this study are consumer goods industry companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2018 period. The sampling technique of this study was using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 28 consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2016 period. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis conducted shows that there is a negative influence of leverage, the intensity of fixed assets, company SIZE, and independent commissioners on tax aggressiveness. While the intensity of the inventory has no effect on tax aggressiveness.

Tax avoidance is a business that is conducted legally by the company by utilizing existing loopholes in the tax regulations with the aim of minimizing or even avoiding tax payments. This research aimed to know and analyze the effect of political connections, fixed assets intensity, independent commissioners, profitability and leverage to tax avoidance. The method used is quantitative, where the data used is secondary data formed as financial statements of banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The sample determination used purposive sampling, so obtained financial statements that meet the research criteria of 172 observations. The data analysis technique used multiple linier regression analysis. The research result showed that political connections, fixed assets intensity, profitability and leverage affected to the tax avoidance. While independent commissioners is not affected to the tax avoidance

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Auditor Opinion, Profitability, Liquidity, Company Size, Age of the company to Audit Delay on real estate and property companies listed on the BEI both simultaneously and partially. The population of this study is a real estate and property company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015 until 2017.             The sample method used is Purposive Sampling with the number of companies as many as 12and 61 samples used in this study. The data used is secondary data, namely date and financial statements of real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 until 2017. Analysis technique used in this study is multiple linier regression analysis.             Based on the result of test which is tested with t test of variable profitability and company size have a significant effect to variable of Audit Delay. The variables of Auditor Opinion, Liquidity, Age of the company have no effect on audit delay. While based on simultaneous test (F test) of Auditor Opinion, Profitability, Liquidity, Company Size, and Age of the company have influence to Audit Delay. The amount of  R2 in real estate and property in Indonesia amounted to 0.977 this shows the effect of independent variables ie auditor opinion, profitability, liquidity, company size, and age of the company to variable Audit Delay can be explained by this equation model of 97.7% while the remaining 2.3% influenced by other factors outside the study.   Keyword: Audit Delay, Auditor Opinion, Profitability, Liquidity, Company Size, Age of the company
