ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify the management of the use of space, identify infrastructure and planning, and determine the maintenance of assets in the Al-Irsyad Institute of Education in Surabaya. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive case study approach. This is done to obtain an authentic understanding of the planning and implementation process in the use of space on the parties concerned. The object of research in this study is the Al-Irsyad Institute of Education in Surabaya. The informant of this research was the deputy chairman of takmir, the infrastructure section at all levels of the school, and the board of the al-Irsyad Suarabaya foundation. The process of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is a qualitative descriptive analysis that seeks to describe the phenomenon being investigated by describing and classifying the facts or characteristics factually and accurately to provide a clear or accurate picture of the phenomenon being investigated. The findings in the field that the process of spatial use is in accordance with needs. Procurement of infrastructure is adjusted to the needs of each level. Maintenance of infrastructure assets has been carried out when there is damage or complaints from the school.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manajemen pemanfaatan ruangan, mengidentifikasi sarana prasarana dan perencanaannya, dan mengetahui perawatan aset di kompleks Yayasan Perguruan Al-Irsyad Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Studi Kasus. Hal ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang otentik mengenai perencanaan dan proses pelaksanaan dalam pemanfaatan ruang pada pihak yang bersangkutan. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini ialah Yayasan Perguruan Al-Irsyad Surabaya. Informan penelitian ini merupakan wakil ketua takmir, bagian sarana prasarana di semua jenjang sekolah, dan pengurus yayasan al-Irsyad Suarabaya. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang berusaha mendeskripsikan fenomena yang diselidiki dengan melukiskan dan mengklasifikasi fakta atau karakteristik tersebut secara faktual dan cermat untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas atau akurat tentang fenomena yang diselidiki. Hasil temuan di lapangan bahwa proses pemanfaatan ruang sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pengadaan sarana prasarana disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing jenjang. Pemeliharaan pada aset sarana prasarana telah di lakukan ketika ada kerusakan atau keluhan dari pihak sekolah.

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which accounting records are applied and the use of accounting information for MSMEs. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive case study approach. The object of this study took 10 MSMEs registered in the financing of Bank BRI Syariah KCP Semarang. Collecting data from this study using interview methods, questionnaires, and documentation. The data obtained were triangulated and analyzed. The results of this study, that the application of accounting records and the use of accounting information on MSMEs registered in the financing of Bank BRI Syariah KCP Semarang has been implemented even though it is still simple in nature. MSMEs have made accounting recognition such as assets, liabilities, equity, income, and cost of goods and expenses. Financial reports are made in the form of cash flows and notes to financial statements. MSMEs have also used accounting information in the form of operational information, management information, and financial information to make decisions.

The research analyzed the efforts conducted in the domain of historical learning in a university, especially related to how the past memory influences the recent multicultural discourses. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis with case study approach. The research was divided into three parts: (1) collecting data, (2) analyzing data, and (3) reporting the results of the research. Subjects of the research were selected by using purposive sampling technique; they were the 4th semester students up to the 6th semester students of the History Education Department in Samudra University Langsa Aceh. The research resulted findings that conceptually the students had understood about the concept of multicultural. Nevertheless, multicultural discourse had not touched the context of locality. Historical learning was designed to develop and expand the students’ multicultural discourse. The design of historical learning contains the learning strategy of ENACT, consisting of six stages: apperception, exploration, narrowing, analyzing, creating and teaching. Historical learning forms the students’ multiculturalism discourse, built from a historical understanding and the dynamics of Acehnese society. The students viewed that multicultural is a social condition, formed from historical process. Conflict understood by students as the dynamics which is inseparable from a multicultural society. However, the students considered that conflict caused many endless problems, therefore, the students’ multicultural discourse tended to lead to peace condition. Keywords: Historical Learning, ENACT, Multicultural.

ABSTRAK: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui akad yang digunakan di dalam sistem CPA antara advertiser, Access Trade, publisher dan untuk mengetahui praktek bisnis yang diterapkan apakah sudah memenuhi prinsip muamalah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field research), dan jika mengacu pada pokok permasalahan dan tujuan penelitian, maka penelitian ini termasuk penelitian studi kasus (case study). Sedangkan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi naskah dan penulis berpartisipasi dalam program CPA ini. Penulis menganalisis data ini dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif yaitu usaha mengumpulkan dan menyusun suatu data, kemudian dilakukan analisis dan interpretasi terhadap data tersebut, dengan kata lain memberikan gambaran yang jelas dan akurat tentang masalah yang diselidiki. Dalam prakteknya sistem CPA ada tiga pihak yang ikut andil, yaitu advertiser, Access Trade, dan publisher. Dalam hubungan hukumnya, terdapat dua hubungan dan masing-masing akad yaitu antara advertiser dengan publisher menggunakan akad ijarah dan publisher dengan Access Trade menggunakan akad ju’alah. Hasilnya adalah pelaksanaan sistem CPA di www.accesstrade.co.id ini tidak menyimpang dari hukum islam.Kata Kunci: Cost Per Action, Advertiser, Access Trade, Publisher dan Jua’alahABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to determine the contract used in the CPA between the advertiser system, Access Trade, publisher and business practices to determine whether it meets the principles applied muamalah. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using field research, and if it refers to the subject matter and purpose of the study, the study includes a case study. Whereas in the collection of data using the script documentation and writers participating in this CPA program. Authors analyzed these data using descriptive analysis method is an effort to collect and compile the data, then analysis and interpretation of the data, in other words give a clear and accurate picture of the problem investigated. In practice the CPA system, there are three parties took part, namely the advertiser, Access Trade, and publisher. There are two relationships and each contract is between the advertiser and the publisher using Ijarah contract publisher with Access Trade using ju'alah contract. Te result shown tha the implementation of the CPA in www.accesstrade.co.id system does not violate the Islamic law.Keywords: Cost Per Action, Advertiser, Access Trade, publisher and Ju’alah

The digitization of tourism village amidst limited human resource capabilities is a challenge for Sayan Village, Ubud, Bali. This study aims to analyze the form of digitization of Sayan tourism villages in the new normal era. It was designed with a qualitative descriptive analysis method using a case study approach. In addition to in-depth interviews and focus group discussions, 102 respondents were successfully obtained after distributing questionnaires to support the results that have been carried out. The results of the study revealed that the form of digitization was limited in marketing the product. Social media applications such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Google were the digital tools that dominated the form of digitization done by the managers of Sayan Tourism Village. However, Sayan Tourism Village have very positive efforts in starting digitization through the collaboration with the Godevi as the marketplace of tourism village.

This study aims to analyze the size of the effectiveness of the production process or known as manufacturing cycle effectiveness (MCE) to increase cost effective and reduce non valueadded activity at PT. Ima Montaz Sejahtera- Lhokseumawe. The research method used is Mix Method, which combines quantitative data analysis method and qualitative descriptive analysis with a case study approach. Data collection is conducted by interviews and documentation studies. The result show that MCE is 56,36%. The MCE size shows that there are still non value added activities that occur in the production process, so the management of PT. Ima montaz Sejahtera can plan a reduction program for non value added activity.

The background of this research is the growth and development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia these days. It can be seen from the number of Islamic Financial Institutions that have emerged lately and offered products that are free of usury. Thus, citizens’ perceptions of Islamic banks and conventional banks are the same. Meanwhile, to carry out its operations, sharia financial institutions must follow Islamic law (Sharia law), which are regulated in the DSN-MUI Fatwa and supervised by the Sharia Supervisory Board. From the phenomenon above, the writer wants to raise the theme of sharia compliance in sharia financial institutions namely musyarakah financing in Islamic Rural Banks. This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis, a case study approach. The object of this research is the Islamic rural bank (BPRS) Amanah Sejahtera Gresik. To examine the compliance of the musyarakah contract, the author uses the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI Fatwa) No.08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 as its reference. The results show that the BPRS Amanah Sejahtera Gresik has been operating the Musyarakah Financing following the applicable DSN-MUI Fatwa rules. In addition to that, besides seeking profits, BPRS also preaches Islamic economics. From the sharia principles that have been carried out by the BPRS, the purpose of maqashid sharia is fulfilled.Keywords: Sharia Compliance, Musyarakah, BPRS Amanah Sejahtera, DSN-MUI Fatwa, Maqashid Sharia.

Generally, education is a process of communication and transfer of information from educators to students. Online learning is a special education service that is carried out inclusively with a kind of separate learning model between educators and students. The purpose of this study is describing and analyzing the management of distance learning and open learning in Kindergarten of Muslimat NU 41 Gawok Dukuh Dempok Wuluhan. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis with case study approach. The researchers used interviews to collect datas and triangulations to check the datas validity. The model of data analyzing and validity checking was based on the theory by Miles and Huberman. The results of the study showed : (1) Planning: school coordinates with parents via Whatsapp group and teachers prepares the themes of learning for creating learning flexibility. (2) Implementation: the teachers accompany parents through Whatsapp with some themes of discussion. (3) Evaluation: the evaluaton is carried out daily and weekly indirectly through Whatsapp group, the media used for interaction between teachers to students, teachers to teachers and also interviews to parents, or by giving assignments and visiting works. Pendidikan secara umum merupakan suatu proses komunikasi dan transfer informasi dari pendidik kepada peserta didik. Pembelajaran daring merupakan layanan pendidikan khusus secara inklusif yang dilaksanakan dengan model pembelajaran terpisah antara pendidik dan peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang pengelolaan pembelajaran open and distance learning di TK Muslimat NU 41 Gawok Dukuh Dempok Wuluhan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskrptif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik wawancara. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Keabsahan data dengan trianggulasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Perencanaan: sekolah berkoordinasi dengan wali murid, guru menyiapkan tema pembelajaran, sekolah menyiapkan group Whatsapp, fleksibilitas belajar anak di rumah. (2) Pelaksanaan: guru mendampingi orang tua melalui media Whatsapp, tema dapurku, tema belajar anak pintar, anak hebat dan anak cerdas, tema sahabat bermain, tema rajin ibadah. (3) Evaluasi: pemanfaatan grup Whatsapp untuk evaluasi harian dan mingguan melalui grup Whatsapp, baik evaluasi dengan dialog langsung antar anak dan guru maupun guru dengan guru, maupun interview guru dengan orang tua, serta melalui penugasan dan hasil karya wisata. This research aims to describe the mistakes of the prospective teachers in solving the application of radian measurement problems and their causes. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The types of data collection in this research consisted of the results of the subject's work and transcripts of interviews with research subjects. By following the type of data, this research instrument consists of one question about the problem of applying radian measurement and interview guidelines developed by the researchers. Data analysis of the subject's work is carried out by classifying the types of errors to know the types of errors that arise in solving the problem of applying the radian measurements. While the transcript analysis of the interview results was carried out by coding the words to determine the factors causing the errors that appeared. The results of the research indicate that the error in solving the problem of applying the radian measurement are misconceptions and factual errors. This misconception is generally caused by intuitive thinking, while this factual error is generally caused by not paying careful attention to the information in the question. The solution to these errors is to analyze the elements of the circle that are interconnected in solving the problem of applying the radian measurements and to be careful in writing the information that is known in the question.
