Generally, education is a process of communication and transfer of information from educators to students. Online learning is a special education service that is carried out inclusively with a kind of separate learning model between educators and students. The purpose of this study is describing and analyzing the management of distance learning and open learning in Kindergarten of Muslimat NU 41 Gawok Dukuh Dempok Wuluhan. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis with case study approach. The researchers used interviews to collect datas and triangulations to check the datas validity. The model of data analyzing and validity checking was based on the theory by Miles and Huberman. The results of the study showed : (1) Planning: school coordinates with parents via Whatsapp group and teachers prepares the themes of learning for creating learning flexibility. (2) Implementation: the teachers accompany parents through Whatsapp with some themes of discussion. (3) Evaluation: the evaluaton is carried out daily and weekly indirectly through Whatsapp group, the media used for interaction between teachers to students, teachers to teachers and also interviews to parents, or by giving assignments and visiting works. Pendidikan secara umum merupakan suatu proses komunikasi dan transfer informasi dari pendidik kepada peserta didik. Pembelajaran daring merupakan layanan pendidikan khusus secara inklusif yang dilaksanakan dengan model pembelajaran terpisah antara pendidik dan peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang pengelolaan pembelajaran open and distance learning di TK Muslimat NU 41 Gawok Dukuh Dempok Wuluhan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskrptif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik wawancara. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Keabsahan data dengan trianggulasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Perencanaan: sekolah berkoordinasi dengan wali murid, guru menyiapkan tema pembelajaran, sekolah menyiapkan group Whatsapp, fleksibilitas belajar anak di rumah. (2) Pelaksanaan: guru mendampingi orang tua melalui media Whatsapp, tema dapurku, tema belajar anak pintar, anak hebat dan anak cerdas, tema sahabat bermain, tema rajin ibadah. (3) Evaluasi: pemanfaatan grup Whatsapp untuk evaluasi harian dan mingguan melalui grup Whatsapp, baik evaluasi dengan dialog langsung antar anak dan guru maupun guru dengan guru, maupun interview guru dengan orang tua, serta melalui penugasan dan hasil karya wisata. ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify the management of the use of space, identify infrastructure and planning, and determine the maintenance of assets in the Al Irsyad College Foundation in Surabaya. The research used qualitative descriptive method with case study approach. The object of research in this study is the Al Irsyad College Foundation in Surabaya. The informant of this research was the deputy chairman of takmir, the infrastructure section at all levels of the school, and the board of the Surabaya Al Irsyad College Foundation. The process of collecting data used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis to describe and to classify the facts or characteristics factually and accurately for providing a clear or accurate picture of the phenomenon were being investigated. Research findings show that the process of spatial use is in accordance with needs. Procurement of infrastructure is adjusted to the needs of each level. Maintenance of infrastructure assets has been carried out when there is damage or complaints from the school.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manajemen pemanfaatan ruangan, mengidentifikasi sarana prasarana dan perencanaannya, dan mengetahui perawatan aset di kompleks Yayasan Perguruan Al-Irsyad Surabaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini ialah Yayasan Perguruan Al-Irsyad Surabaya. Informan penelitian ini merupakan wakil ketua takmir, bagian sarana prasarana di semua jenjang sekolah, dan pengurus yayasan. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang berusaha mendeskripsikan fenomena dengan melukiskan dan mengklasifikasi fakta atau karakteristik tersebut secara faktual dan cermat untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas atau akurat tentang fenomena. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pemanfaatan ruang sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pengadaan sarana prasarana disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing jenjang. Pemeliharaan pada aset sarana prasarana telah di lakukan ketika ada kerusakan atau keluhan dari pihak sekolah.

The research analyzed the efforts conducted in the domain of historical learning in a university, especially related to how the past memory influences the recent multicultural discourses. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis with case study approach. The research was divided into three parts: (1) collecting data, (2) analyzing data, and (3) reporting the results of the research. Subjects of the research were selected by using purposive sampling technique; they were the 4th semester students up to the 6th semester students of the History Education Department in Samudra University Langsa Aceh. The research resulted findings that conceptually the students had understood about the concept of multicultural. Nevertheless, multicultural discourse had not touched the context of locality. Historical learning was designed to develop and expand the students’ multicultural discourse. The design of historical learning contains the learning strategy of ENACT, consisting of six stages: apperception, exploration, narrowing, analyzing, creating and teaching. Historical learning forms the students’ multiculturalism discourse, built from a historical understanding and the dynamics of Acehnese society. The students viewed that multicultural is a social condition, formed from historical process. Conflict understood by students as the dynamics which is inseparable from a multicultural society. However, the students considered that conflict caused many endless problems, therefore, the students’ multicultural discourse tended to lead to peace condition. Keywords: Historical Learning, ENACT, Multicultural.

The digitization of tourism village amidst limited human resource capabilities is a challenge for Sayan Village, Ubud, Bali. This study aims to analyze the form of digitization of Sayan tourism villages in the new normal era. It was designed with a qualitative descriptive analysis method using a case study approach. In addition to in-depth interviews and focus group discussions, 102 respondents were successfully obtained after distributing questionnaires to support the results that have been carried out. The results of the study revealed that the form of digitization was limited in marketing the product. Social media applications such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Google were the digital tools that dominated the form of digitization done by the managers of Sayan Tourism Village. However, Sayan Tourism Village have very positive efforts in starting digitization through the collaboration with the Godevi as the marketplace of tourism village.

The background of this research is the growth and development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia these days. It can be seen from the number of Islamic Financial Institutions that have emerged lately and offered products that are free of usury. Thus, citizens’ perceptions of Islamic banks and conventional banks are the same. Meanwhile, to carry out its operations, sharia financial institutions must follow Islamic law (Sharia law), which are regulated in the DSN-MUI Fatwa and supervised by the Sharia Supervisory Board. From the phenomenon above, the writer wants to raise the theme of sharia compliance in sharia financial institutions namely musyarakah financing in Islamic Rural Banks. This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis, a case study approach. The object of this research is the Islamic rural bank (BPRS) Amanah Sejahtera Gresik. To examine the compliance of the musyarakah contract, the author uses the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI Fatwa) No.08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 as its reference. The results show that the BPRS Amanah Sejahtera Gresik has been operating the Musyarakah Financing following the applicable DSN-MUI Fatwa rules. In addition to that, besides seeking profits, BPRS also preaches Islamic economics. From the sharia principles that have been carried out by the BPRS, the purpose of maqashid sharia is fulfilled.Keywords: Sharia Compliance, Musyarakah, BPRS Amanah Sejahtera, DSN-MUI Fatwa, Maqashid Sharia.

This research aims to describe the mistakes of the prospective teachers in solving the application of radian measurement problems and their causes. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The types of data collection in this research consisted of the results of the subject's work and transcripts of interviews with research subjects. By following the type of data, this research instrument consists of one question about the problem of applying radian measurement and interview guidelines developed by the researchers. Data analysis of the subject's work is carried out by classifying the types of errors to know the types of errors that arise in solving the problem of applying the radian measurements. While the transcript analysis of the interview results was carried out by coding the words to determine the factors causing the errors that appeared. The results of the research indicate that the error in solving the problem of applying the radian measurement are misconceptions and factual errors. This misconception is generally caused by intuitive thinking, while this factual error is generally caused by not paying careful attention to the information in the question. The solution to these errors is to analyze the elements of the circle that are interconnected in solving the problem of applying the radian measurements and to be careful in writing the information that is known in the question.

This study examines the political communication strategy carried out by Kiai as a boarding school caretaker in the General Election. The purpose of this study is to describe the political communication strategy carried out by Kiai Syafik Rofi'i, caretaker of the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School in Bangkalan Regency, East Java Province in the 2019 General Election. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The results showed that the political communication strategy being implemented was political negotiation among kiai in Islamic boarding schools in Bangkalan Regency. In addition, political communication uses the strategy of a campaign winning team or success team, and also uses the media as a channel for delivering messages to provide understanding and influence public opinion.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan: (1) nilai-nilai semboyan maja labo dahu dalam pendidikan karakter;  (2) implementasi semboyan maja labo dahu dalam pendidikan karakter;  (3) efektivitas implementasi semboyan maja labo dahu dalam pendidikan karakter di MTs Negeri 1 Kota Bima. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Penentuan  subjek penelitian yang dilakukan dengan teknik purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif model interaktif dengan langkah-langkah: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Nilai-nilai semboyan maja labo dahu sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dalam pendidikan karakter, yaitu: nilai religius, jujur, disiplin, mandiri, menghargai prestasi, dan cinta tanah air. (2) Implementasi semboyan maja labo dahu belum dirumuskan secara eksplisit atau dibakukan sebagai materi pelajaran. (3). Semboyan  maja labo dahu telah efektif memberikan pengetahuan moral tentang nilai-nilai semboyan maja labo dahu kepada siswa. Kata Kunci:   semboyan,  maja labo dahu,  pendidikan karakter MAJA LABO DAHU SLOGAN IN CHARACTER EDUCATION Abstract: The purpose of this research was to reveal: (1) ) the values of the maja labo dahu slogan in character education; (2)  the implementation of   maja labo dahu  slogan  in character education; (3) the effectiveness of the implementation  of maja labo dahu  slogan in character education in Public MTs 1 Bima City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using case study approach in Public MTs 1 Bima City. Informants in this study were principals, teachers, and students of Public MTs 1 Bima City. Determination of research was subjects conducted with purposive techniques. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) The values of maja labo dahu slogan were in accordance with the values in character education, namely: religious values, honest, disciplined, independent, appreciating achievement and loving the homeland. (2) the implementation of maja labo dahu slogan in Public MTs 1 Bima City was not formulated explicitly or standardized as subject matter. (3) The slogan maja labo dahu has effectively provided moral knowledge about the values of maja labo dahu  to learners. Keywords: Maja labo dahu slogan,,  character education

The implementation of learning is the most important part in improving the quality of education. The Covid-19 pandemic period is part of the challenge for education so that learning continues. The purpose of this study was to investigate in depth the implementation of distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The research was conducted at Muhammadiyah Pakel Elementary School. The data sources in this study were teachers, parents, and students. Data collection techniques using structured interviews assisted with guidelines that are structured questions systematically. Data analysis using the Denzin Licoln case study model assisted by atlas.ti software version 8. The technique used to improve the quality of research is source triangulation. The results of this study provide information that in the implementation of the implementation of distance learning there are three factors, namely policy, distance learning process, and human resource activeness. These three factors are novelty which can be recommendations for the three education centers in order to be part of improving the quality of distance learning education during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the readiness of the instructors at universities in Turkey to open and distance learning (ODL) in terms of the ODL factors (distance teaching, technology, communication, and time) regarding competencies (knowledge-skills and attitudes-beliefs) and resources. A multiple case study design was employed, and 36 instructors from four different universities participated. Qualitative data were gathered through personal interviews and analyzed with descriptive analysis. Overall, the results indicate that the instructors in this research have competencies for all the ODL factors. Also, a majority of instructors has given their positive beliefs about ODL, but they all noted their concerns such as lack of interaction with the students and conveying university culture and lifestyle as the disadvantages of ODL. The study has revealed that almost every instructor has enough resources to give distance courses, whereas the problem is with lack of time for updating course content and self-development.
