Education for children in early ages is often not well planned by many parents. This departs from an assumption that early childhood education is not an important thing. So that, the education provided for them is just including some physical functions. This assumption causes parents not to consciously carry out a good education, especially in a habituation model. Getting used to see the good things, hearing the good things and feeling the good things are important for the children’s psychological maturity.   Abstrak Pendidikan anak di masa usia dini sering tidak direncanakan dengan baik oleh banyak kalangan, terutama orang tua. Hal ini berangkat dari anggapan sebagian orang tua yang berasumsi bahwa pendidikan dini masih kurang penting. Sehingga pendidikan yang diberikan semata-mata optimimalisasi fungsi fisik semata. Asumsi yang demikian ini menyebabkan orang tua tidak dengan sadar melakukan pendidikan yang baik, terutama dengan pendidikan model pembiasaan. Membiasakan melihat yang baik, membiasakan mendengar yang baik dan membiasakan merasa yang baik, semua itu penting dilakukan untuk kematangan anak dari sisi psikis.

The most basic need in educational institutions is about space. In accordance with the stage of development of a child at the age of two to six years is a sensory motor stage. the concept of a play-based learning environment, outdoor learning space provides a broad arena for stimulation of AUD physical and psychological growth as stated in the SISDIKNAS. However, empirical facts in the field, in general, the learning environment developed is still focused on efforts to design an indoor space. The purpose of this study was written to determine the extent to which the design and implementation of outdoor learning space concepts in the Integrated PAUD Al-Furqan Jember Study Group can be implemented. In this study, the method used is descriptive qualitative. With 3 stages, including: pre-field stage, field work, data analysis. To obtain the required data or information, the data source is determined. While the techniques used are: observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Then from the data obtained, the data is analyzed. The results of the data analysis were compiled in the form of a report using descriptive analysis techniques. Data reduction is closely related to the data analysis process. The findings show that the Integrated Learning Group (KB) Al-Furqan Jember, has implemented the outdoor learning space design in various learning activities, although conceptually it still needs to be further developed.   Abstrak Kebutuhan yang paling mendasar pada lembaga pendidikan adalah tentang ruang. Sesuai dengan tahap pekembangan anak pada usia dua sampai enam tahun merupakan tahapan sensorymotor. Konsep lingkungan pembelajaran berbasis bermain (play based learning), ruang luar (outdoor learning space) memberikan keluasan ajang bagi rangsangan tumbuh kembang fisik dan psikis AUD sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam UU Sisdiknas. Namun fakta empiris di lapangan, secara umum lingkungan pembelajaran yang dikembangkan tersebut masih terfokus kepada upaya tata desain yang bersifat ruang dalam (indoor space). Tujuan penelitian ini ditulis, untuk mengetahui sejauh mana desain dan implementasi konsep-konsep out door learning space pada Kelompok Belajar (KB) PAUD Terpadu Al-Furqan Jember dapat terlaksana. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan 3 tahapan antara lain: tahap pra lapangan, pekerjaan lapangan dan analisa data. Untuk memperoleh data atau informasi yang diperlukan, maka ditentukan sumber data. Sedangkan teknik-teknik yang digunakan adalah: observasi, wawancara, dan teknik dokumentasi. Kemudian dari data yang diperoleh, data tersebut dianalisis. Hasil analisis data tersebut disusun dalam bentuk laporan dengan teknik deskriptif analisis. Reduksi data berkaitan erat dengan proses analisis data.  Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa Kelompok Belajar (KB) Terpadu Al-Furqan Jember, telah mengimplementasikan desain ruang pembelajaran outdoor di dalam berbagai aktivitas pembelajaran, meski secara konseptual masih perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut

Management of organizational operational assistance funds is an effort to regulate the use of schools operational assistance funds so that their use is in accordance with school needs. The purpose of the research to describe the process of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling of operational assistance funds. The research approach is qualitative with data collection techniques namely interviews, observation and documentation. data analysis techniques with condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results show that planning is an activity of planning the use of operational assistance funds in schools, the organizing is the formatting of managers and grouping the use of operational assistance funds, implementation, namely the use of operational assistance funds for schools and controlling is checking the use of operational assistance funds.   Abstrak Pengelolaan Bantuan Operasional Penyelenggaran merupakan usaha mengatur penggunaan dana bantuan operasional penyelenggaraan agar penggunaannya sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengontrolan pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Penyelenggaraan. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi serta teknik analisis data dengan kondensasi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan perencanaan merupakan kegiatan merencanakan penggunaan dana bantuan operasional penyelenggaraan di sekolah, sedangkan pengorganisasian merupakan pembentukan pengelola dan pengelompokan penggunaan dana Bantuan Operasional Penyelenggaraan. Pelaksanaan yaitu penggunaan dana Bantuan Operasional Penyelenggaraan untuk sekolah dan pengontrolan merupakan pengecekan penggunaan dana Bantuan Operasional Penyelenggaraan.

The role of parents in carrying out learning for children's lives in the future is very important, the absence of this parent's role can result in negative consequences that can affect it, especially children with special needs. On the other hand, currently changes in the learning system due to the pandemic have resulted in the government adopting a distance learning policy so that teachers have to innovate more in developing strategies to carry out learning activities, besides that in this new learning system, parents must participate in accompanying children's learning. This is something new for some parents because previously children were entrusted to formal and non-formal institutions, as a result, many parents were confused about how to assist their children in learning. In this study, it discusses the role of parents in accompanying children without being separated from Islamic values which aim to make it easier to provide a description of parents about their roles in assisting children to learn. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach using representation theory. The result of this research is to describe the role of parents, especially mothers, in accompanying children to study at home and become role models for children. This study also reveals that the main character of the animated film is a child with disabilities. Meanwhile, the Islamic values presented are instilling a sense of gratitude, responsibility and sharing with others.                    Abstrak Peran orang tua dalam melakukan pembelajaran untuk kehidupan anak kedepan sangatlah penting, ketiadaan peran orang tua ini bisa mengakibatkan konsekuensi negatif yang dapat mempengaruhinya, apalagi anak yang mempunyai kebutuhan khusus. Di sisi lain saat ini perubahan sistem pembelajaran dengan adanya pandemi mengakibatkan pemerintah mengambil kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh sehingga menjadikan guru harus lebih berinovasi dalam menyusun strategi untuk menjalankan kegiatan pembelajaran, selain itu dalam sistem pembelajaran yang baru ini menjadikan orangtua harus ikut berpartisipasi dalam mendampingi belajar anak, hal ini merupakan sesuatu yang baru bagi sebagian orangtua karena sebelumnya anak dititipkan pada lembaga formal maupun nonformal, akibatnya tidak sedikit orang tua yang bingung bagaimana cara dalam mendampingi anak belajar. Dalam penelitian ini membahas peran orang tua dalam mendampingi anak dengan tidak terlepas dari nilai islami yang  bertujuan untuk  memudahkan dalam memberikan gambaran orang tua mengenai perannya dalam mendampingi anak belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori representasi. Hasil dari penelitian adalah menggambarkan peran orang tua terkhusus ibu dalam mendampingi anak belajar di rumah dan menjadi sosok teladan bagi anak, dalam penelitian ini mengungkapkan juga bahwa tokoh utama dari film animasi tersebut merupakan anak difabel. Sedangkan nilai-nilai islami yang dipresentasikan adalah menanamkan rasa bersyukur, tanggungjawab dan berbagi terhadap sesama.

Corona Virus Desease or Covid-19 is a new virus that has attacked 213 countries including Indonesia. The spread of this virus is very fast so that government policies are needed to prevent transmission. One recommendation is to get used to Washing Hands with Soap (CTPS) is no exception with Early Childhood. The family has a role to teach and practice Handwashing with Soap (CTPS). The purpose of this writing is expected to contribute ideas and benefits for students, teachers or PAUD lecturers, and observers of early childhood education. The method used is descriptive in the form of conceptual writing which is the result of discussions between researchers' field observations, experiences of early childhood educators, as well as theoretical studies and previous research results that focus on Handwashing with Soap (CTPS). The results of the discussion found that CTPS by using six steps can improve children's soft motor development, so that CTPS can be used as a method of developing soft motor skills in early childhood.   Abstrak Virus Corona atau Virus Covid-19 adalah virus baru yang telah menyerang ke 213 negara termasuk Indonesia. Penyebarannya virus ini sangat cepat sehingga diperlukan kebijakan pemerintah untuk pencegahan penularan. Salah satu rekomendasinya adalah membiasakan diri untuk Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS) tak terkecuali dengan Anak Usia Dini. Keluarga memiliki peran untuk mengajarkan dan melatih Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS). Tujuan penulisan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan pemikiran serta manfaat bagi mahasiswa, guru atau dosen PAUD, dan pemerhati pendidikan anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif berupa tulisan konsepsional yang merupakan hasil diskusi antara pengamatan lapangan peneliti, pengalaman pendidik anak usia dini, serta kajian teori dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang berfokus pada kegiatan Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS). Hasil diskusi ditemukan bahwa CTPS dengan menggunakan enam langkah dapat meningkatkan perkembangan motorik halus anak, sehingga CTPS dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu metode pengembangan motorik halus anak usia dini.

The phenomenon of the scarcity of men to work as early childhood education teachers makes people assume that the profession is more suitable for women, so that there is an imbalance in gender roles in early childhood education institutions. But the discussion of gender issues surrounding the profession of early childhood education teachers still seems to often escape from our attention. This is the background for choosing this issue. The purpose of this study is to describe gender stereotypes in the early childhood education teacher profession and provide an alternative view of the importance of men's roles in this field. The approach used is a qualitative approach and the type is library research. Based on the discussion and analysis, it was concluded that gender stereotypes in the early childhood education teacher profession are at least tangible in three ways: a) existence of feminine identity attached to this profession and it is far from masculinity, so men are less interested in teaching young children; b) early childhood education teachers are considered as a profession with a minimum risk so that it is less challenging and considered more appropriate for women; c) early childhood education teachers are low-paid jobs and are considered more appropriate for women.                  Abstrak Fenomena langkanya laki-laki yang berprofesi sebagai guru pendidikan anak usia dini menjadikan masyarakat beranggapan bahwa profesi guru PAUD lebih sesuai untuk perempuan, sehingga terjadi ketidakseimbangan peran gender di lembaga PAUD. Namun pembahasan tentang isu gender yang mengitari profesi guru pendidikan anak usia dini tampaknya masih seringkali luput dari perhatian kita. Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi dipilihnya isu ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang stereotip gender dalam profesi guru PAUD serta memberikan pandangan alternatif tentang pentingnya peran laki-laki sebagai guru PAUD. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis riset kepustakaan. Berdasarkan diskusi dan analisis disimpulkan bahwa stereotip gender dalam profesi guru pendidikan anak usia dini setidaknya berwujud dalam tiga hal : a) pemberian identitas feminim dan jauh dari kesan maskulin, sehingga laki-laki kurang tertarik mengajar anak usia dini; b) guru PAUD dianggap sebagai profesi dengan minim risiko (low-risk) sehingga kurang menantang dan yang dipandang lebih sesuai untuk sektor ini adalah perempuan; c) guru PAUD adalah pekerjaan bergaji rendah dan dianggap lebih sesuai dilakukan oleh perempuan.

Abstrak Keterampilan proses sains merupakan sejumlah keterampilan yang harus dikuasai dalam memahami berbagai fenomena sains. Keterampilan ini harus mulai dikembangkan sejak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat capaian keterampilan proses sains pada anak usia dini terutama untuk tiga sub keterampilan yaitu  mengamati (observasi), mengklasifikasi (mengelompokkan), dan berkomunikasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa PAUD yang berada pada kelompok usia 4-5 tahun yang berasal dari 4 lembaga PAUD di wilayah kecamatan Rambipuji dengan jumlah 51 siswa. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data capaian siswa dalam Laporan Pencapaian Perkembangan Anak Didik (LPPA) atau raport semester I tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa sebagaian besar siswa sudah menguasai keterampilan proses sains AUD. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh persentase tertinggi masuk pada kategori Baik dengan capaian 56,26%, sementara untuk kategori Cukup mencapai 41,93% dan untuk kategori kurang hanya 1,81%. Untuk sub keterampilan mengamati sebanyak 58,04% siswa sudah menguasai dengan capaian kategori Baik sementara untuk kategori Cukup 40,00% dan untuk kategori Kurang hanya 1,96%. Untuk sub keterampilan mengklasifikasi sebanyak 67,97% siswa sudah menguasai dengan capaian kategori Baik sementara untuk kategori Cukup 30,72% dan untuk kategori kurang hanya 1,31%. Untuk sub keterampilan berkomunikasi, sebagaian besar siswa cukup menguasai keterampilan berkomunikasi. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh persentase tertinggi masuk pada kategori Cukup dengan capaian 50,59 %, sementara untuk kategori Baik mencapai 47,45% dan untuk kategori kurang hanya 1,96 % Kata kunci: anak usia dini, keterampilan, proses sains Abstract Science process skills are a number of skills that must be mastered in understanding various scientific phenomena. This skill must begin to be developed from an early age. This study aims to determine the level of achievement of early childhood on science process skills, especially for the three sub-skills, namely observing (observing), classifying (grouping), and communicating. This research is a descriptive research. The subjects of this study were PAUD students in the 4-5 years age group who came from 4 PAUD institutions in the Rambipuji sub-district area with 51 students. The research data were obtained from student achievement data in the Student Achievement Development Report or report cards for the first semester of the 2019/2020 school year. Based on the analysis of the data that has been done, the results show that most students have mastered the AUD science process skills. This is indicated by the highest percentage in the Good category with an achievement of 56.26%, while for the Fair category it reaches 41.93% and for the less category only 1.81%. For sub-skills observing as much as 58.04% of students have mastered the achievements of the Good category while for the category of 40.00% and for the Less category only 1.96%. Gangguan pendengaran pada anak usia dini mempengaruhi proses perkembangan anak. Dampak yang ditimbulkan menyebabkan gangguan dalam berbahasa, perubahan kepribadian, sikap, kemampuan berkomunikasi, kepekaan terhadap lingkungan, kemampuan kognitif, emosional dan kemampuan untuk melindungi diri sendiri. Gangguan ini disebabkan oleh faktor genetik maupun non genetik yang dapat muncul sejak lahir maupun di atas usia tiga tahun. Bayi yang memiliki riwayat kesehatan kurang baik cenderung memiliki gangguan pendengaran dibandingkan dengan bayi yang memiliki riwayat kesehatan yang sehat.  Deteksi dini gangguan pendengaran perlu dilakukan pada anak usia dini sehingga pemberian intervensi lebih awal dapat dilakukan apabila ditemukan adanya gangguan pendengaran. Deteksi dan rehabilitasi dini yang tepat dapat meningkatkan perkembangan bicara dan berbahasa anak. Keterlambatan dalam melakukan deteksi dini akan menimbulkan keterlambatan untuk memulai intervensi dan berdampak negatif dalam perkembangan anak selanjutnya. Deteksi gangguan pendengaran  dilakukan dengan menggunakan rangsangan bunyi sejak bayi dan menggunakan alat audiometer pada anak usia di atas 48 bulan sesuai dengan tahapan pertumbuhan dan perkembanganya. Deteksi dini gangguan pendengaran  dilakukan dengan cara mengamati reaksi anak terhadap suara atau tes fungsi pendengaran dengan metode dan peralatan yang sederhana. Deteksi ini dapat dilakukan oleh guru, tenaga kependidikan, orang tua ataupun petugas kesehatan Kata kunci: deteksi gangguan pendengaran, usia dini Hearing loss in early childhood affects the child's development process. The impact caused by language disorders, changes in personality, attitudes, communication skills, sensitivity to the environment, cognitive abilities, emotional and ability to protect yourself. The purpose of this study is to explain the detection of hearing loss in early childhood. The research method used is descriptive literature research. The results of this study stated that hearing loss in early childhood is caused by genetic and non-genetic factors that can arise from birth or over the age of three years. Babies who have a poor health history tend to have hearing loss compared to babies who have a healthy health history. Early detection of hearing loss needs to be done in early childhood so that early intervention can be given if hearing loss is found. Appropriate early detection and rehabilitation can improve children's speech and language development. Delay in early detection will cause delays to start interventions and have a negative impact on further child development. Detection of hearing loss is carried out using sound stimulation since infancy and using an audiometer in children over 48 months according to their stages of growth and development. Early detection of hearing loss is done by observing the child's reaction to sound or hearing function tests with simple methods and equipment. Abstract Forming a religious experience in early childhood means embedding religious roots in them. The religious experience that is implanted early, will be able to improve the character, personality and moral of the child. One of the efforts to develop religious and moral values of early childhood in the physical distancing is through the collaboration of teachers and parents. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach in TK Al-Hidayah Purworejo, Lumajang. Data collected by interview techniques and document studies using WhatsApp (phone, chat, voice note) and polls using Google forms. The data was analyzed by the analysis of the Miles and Huberman models and the validity test of data using the triangulation of the source and method, discussion with peers, using references. The results of this research that religious and moral values developed in children or students of TK al-Hidayah include: Know the religion that is embraced, work on worship, behave honestly, helper, responsibilities, maintain self-hygiene and the environment. To develop these values, the form of collaboration that teachers and parents use is a partnership or shared responsibilities model that emphasizes the coordination and cooperation of schools and families to develop communication and collaboration. Some forms of collaborative activities include building a relationship and communication with two-way applications based on WhatsApp Group (WAG), teachers provide daily assignments for children during the study at home, teachers give instructions for learning based television Republic of Indonesia (TVRI), learning the sheet based Activities Ramadan. Parents strive to accompany each and every activity and report the children's learning outcomes to the teachers.

Early Childhood Education is one of the educational institutions which is now a concern among the world of education. So that it has become a necessity for observers and education policy makers to pay attention and think of what strategies are best to be implemented in the implementation of learning in PAUD institutions. Learning strategies are defined as each activity, whether procedures, steps, methods or media chosen in order to provide convenience, facilities, and other assistance to students in achieving instructional goals. The learning strategies in early childhood always prioritize aspects of the activities of playing, singing (having fun), and working in the sense of activities. Playing, singing and doing activities are three characteristics of PAUD. Any aspect of education should be covered with active play, singing, and activities or work. These three things will hone brain intelligence, emotional intelligence, and physical skills that are carried out cheerfully, freely, and without burden. In the learning strategy contains various alternatives that must be considered to be chosen in the framework of teaching planning. To implement a certain strategy requires a set of teaching media. One of the learning media that can be chosen is flash card learning media.
