This research aims to create an integrated promotional strategy to maintain relationships with tourists in kuta tourism area in the new normal era. The strategy was formed using a reference from Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM). Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) is a marketing activity that aims to find, establish and maintain relationships with customers. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation, literature studies, observations and interviews. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. The data obtained is analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the research that has been done formed several strategies that can be used to maintain good relationships with tourists or customers. The strategies are grouped into 4 categories. The four categories are trust, commitment, communication and problem handling. In these circumstances maintaining a relationship with a traveler or customer is very important. The right strategy is needed so that when the tourism gate has reopened, then tourists or customers will not be reluctant to come visit. The use of digital marketing for tourism development must be supported by the implementation of various event activities that can attract visitors to come to enjoy various cultural attractions. Visitors who are satisfied with the events that are presented will have an impact on influencing others. The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of conventional media and digital marketing on the interest of visitors to the Bali Blues Festival Nusa Dua Bali. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach by taking a sample of 100 people and using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis tool used was simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Version 23.0. The results show that digital marketing media has a higher level of effectiveness than conventional media with a difference in the percentage of contribution in attracting visitors to the Bali Blues Festival Nusa Dua Bali by 14%.

Penglipuran Tourism Village feels the negative impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on its tourism activities. Before the pandemic, the rapid tourism activity in Penglipuran Tourism Village made many rural communities dependent on the tourism sector. However, due to the prolonged pandemic, many people have to change professions to be able to survive and the economy can not run properly. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the economic resilience of the local community of Penglipuran Tourism Village in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods (Mix Method). The study showed that the economic condition of the Penglipuran Tourism Village Community experienced a decline in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic, this was influenced by several things, namely the decline in tourism activities in the village due to restrictions on activities and government policies, livelihood sources that changed for the worse and a decrease in income and public spending. The Economic Resilience of the Penglipuran Tourism Village Community is carried out in tourism activities by implementing the CHSE health protocol, village promotion, and village planning through improvements and additions to facilities and infrastructure support livelihood resilience efforts are carried out by digitizing products with online promotions, as well as the existence of delivery services that benefit buyers, the role of the government in resilience is to provide direct cash assistance to the community.

Risiko dalam perusahaan bisnis perjalanan telah banyak teridentifikasi di masa pandemi kali ini membutuhkan perhatian dan penanganan prioritas untuk menanggulangi kerugian besar yang dialami oleh berbagai perusahaan. Manajemen risiko merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam menjalankan bisnis perusahaan terutama di bidang bisnis perjalanan karena semakin berkembangnya dunia perusahaan, adanya persaingan yang semakin ketat, serta meningkatnya kompleksitas aktivitas perusahaan yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya tingkat risiko yang dihadapi perusahaan. Kerugian yang dialami tak hanya berdampak pada pelaku bisnis perjalanan dan pariwisata saja namun juga pada pemerintahan karena sektor pariwisata memberikan kontribusi besar pada pendapatan Indonesia yang didapat melalui penerimaan devisa, pendapatan daerah, penyerapan investasi serta tenaga kerja maupun pengembangan wilayah sehingga dampak karena adanya wabah virus corona ini sangatlah besar sehingga disarankan dalam menanggulangi risiko yang terjadi dapat dilaksanakan melalui pelaksanaan pariwisata berbasis alam pedesaan untuk digunakan dalam memperkenalkan pariwisata terhadap wisatawan didukung oleh lebih minimnya potensi penyebaran Covid-19 karena massa yang terdapat dalam kegiatan wisata tersebut lebih sedikit dibandingkan pariwisata massal.   Kata Kunci: Manajemen Risiko,  Risiko,  Bisnis Perjalanan, Pandemi, Covid-19

The COVID-19 pandemic had a very significant impact on tourism in Bali, as evidenced by decreasing tourist visits to Bali. The decline of tourist visits had an impact on the economy and the physical environment in Bali, especially in Tourism Villages. The survey was conducted on the local communities involved in the management of tourist villages in Bali as many as 100 respondents to get the community's perception of the impact given to the economy and the physical environment during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sampling technique used was proportionally stratified random sampling and analyzed by using confirmatory factor analysis. Community perceptions in tourist villages in Bali about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economy have a negative impact. This can be seen from the highest average value which has the highest loading factor matrix value of 0,773. The perception of communities in tourist villages in Bali about the impact of covid 19 on the environment tends to have a positive impact. This can be seen from the results of the highest loading factor value in a positive statement with a value of 0,868; that is cleaner water conditions in the tourist village.

Ubud merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata dunia yang terdapat di Kabupaten Gianyar Bali. Ubud memiliki daya tarik seni dan budaya yang terjaga dengan baik. Jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Ubud terus meningkat setiap tahun dan berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan jumlah akomodasi homestay. Selain perkembangan jumlah wisatawan dan homestay, hal lain yang menarik untuk dicermati mengenai Ubud sebagai destinasi wisata adalah berita-berita mengenai kemacetan dan infrastruktur yang rusak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik wisatawan yang menginap di homestay di Ubud dan persepsi wisatawan mengenai Ubud sebagai destinasi wisata. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawatan yang menginap di homestay sebanyak 319 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik wisatawan yang menginap di homestay di Ubud berdasarkan kewarganegaraan paling banyak adalah wisatawan asal German, pendidikan tertinggi adalah post graduate, pekerjaan terbanyak adalah professional, usia paling banyak antara 21-30 tahun, berdasarkan jenis kelamin terbanyak adalah laki-laki. Sebanyak 45% responden baru pertama kali berkunjung ke Ubud dan 69% responden baru pertama kali menginap di homestay tersebut. Persepsi wisatawan mengenai Ubud sebagai destinasi wisata adalah jalan di Ubud dapat dilalui dengan lancar mendapatkan penilaian tidak baik.  Kondisi trotoar di Ubud nyaman untuk digunakan, lahan parkir di Ubud mencukupi kebutuhan dan sampah telah dikelola dengan baik mendapat penilaian cukup baik.

The emergence of various kinds of social media has an impact on the industrial revolution in  the tourism sector, marked by the ease of accessing information through social media. The  tourism transformation of the 4.0 era changes the entire cycle of the tourism ecosystem,  especially in terms of the dissemination and consumption of information on social media  related to travel activities. The purpose of this research is to see the impact of media social and  tourist attraction on the domestic tourist visit-decision in Melasti Beach, Badung. This  research was designed using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis.  Using qualitative and quantitative data, with total sample of 250 respondents from domestic  tourists visiting Melasti Beach. Sampling was done by distributing 30 questionnaires to visitors  at Melasti Beach. The analysis technique was tested using the classical assumption test. Most  of the respondents came from Jakarta, most of whom were women. The results of this study  indicate that there is an influence between social media and tourist attraction on the decision  to visit domestic tourists classified as positive.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) terbukti berkontribusi besar untuk perekonomian Indonesia dan menjadi penggerak utamanya. UMKM membutuhkan laporan keuangan yang berperan penting dalam menyediakan informasi akuntansi yang berfungsi sebagai landasan yang kredibel untuk pengambilan keputusan ekonomi agar berhasil. Salah satu penyebab kegagalan usaha UMKM adalah rendahnya kualitas laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi dan hambatan penerapan SAK ETAP di Taman Rekreasi Kembengan Sari. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk mengkaji pemahaman dan penerapan SAK ETAP pada UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, Taman Rekreasi Kembengan Sari telah melakukan pencatatan keuangan, meskipun masih sangat mendasar dan belum memenuhi standar industri. Hal ini disebabkan oleh sejumlah hambatan yang teridentifikasi dalam penelitian ini.

Pandemi Covid-19 yang telah berlangsung hampir dua tahun berdampak besar terhadap kehidupan manusia, juga dunia pariwisata. Perkembangan pariwisata mengalami perubahan besar dengan diterapkannya standar protocol kesehatan. Tulisan ini memberikan tambahan cakrawala informasi mengenai pandemi Covid-19 dan tatanan kehidupan baru di dalam dunia pariwisata.Perkembangan pariwisata ditinjau berdasar pandangan Psikologi, terutama teori Pariwisata memberikan pandangan dalam perubahan yang terjadi pada era tatanan kebiasaan baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan studi literature terhadap situasi psikologis kondisi pariwisata yang terjadi, khususnya di Bali. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pandemi Covid-19 telah membuat dunia pariwisata terpuruk dan berada dalam era tatanan kehidupan baru yang menerapkan standar protokol kesehatan ketat. Kearifan lokal yang dahulu cenderung tersisihkan, kini kembali berkembang, seperti Sagilik Saguluk, Briuk Sapanggul, Tri Hita Karana, Desa Kala dan Patra.

The Bali Tourism Polytechnic has an annual agenda for campus introduction activities called the Tour De Campus in a series of Basic Professional Attitude Development activities, but in 2020 these activities cannot be carried out directly on campus. With limited resources and considered important, a Virtual Tour was created to replace these activities. The method used in writing this article is descriptive method from the results of designing activities that are carried out and directly observed. The stages of this descriptive research method are Problem Analysis, Activity Design and Design, and Implementation. Most of the results of the evaluation of the virtual tour activities were satisfied with the activities carried out. This activity can be carried out again in the future by increasing the use of technology to make it more attractive and can be duplicated by schools / campuses / other institutions that have technological limitations.
