The article is devoted to the most important direction of improving the investment policy of the concern «Belgospischeprom» - the creation of the Corporation of the food industry on the basis of the concern, which will make it possible to carry out a comprehensive reform of the food industry in the Republic of Belarus, including by pooling resources and reducing costs; more prompt and focused solution of issues related to the financial recovery of a number of organizations; increasing the return on state assets, primarily by improving the management system; centralization of management; creating an integrated value chain, etc.

The paper analyzes the main indicators of the economic position of companies in the field of food industry in Vojvodina. The examined nine-year period coincides with the final stage of the ownership transformation in the Republic of Serbia. Given the length of the examined period, a considerable devaluation of the national currency (60.6%) and a high inflation rate (125.7%), all values are shown in Euros. The increasing business activity in the period of interest is not accompanied by the appropriate financial effects. Food industry enterprises achieved a positive financial result for most of the years in the given period, but with modest profit rates (0.15–3.18%). Net working capital covers only 42.5% in average of the base stock, indicating an unfavourable financial structure and serious liquidity problems. An unacceptably high level of indebtness has been achieved (58.1%), which significantly reduces financial results due to the high financing expense. A further increase of export, combined with the recapitalization by the owners and a partial refinancing of credits, is the way to the companies' financial recovery.

This article examines the role and importance of agriculture in the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and demonstrates the need to improve the competitiveness of fruit and vegetable products in future economic reforms and the need for implementing a network management system. Рассмотрен опыт внедрения системы менеджмента безопасности пищевой продукции на ОАО Кондитерский комбинат «Кубань». Установлены физические, химические и микробиологические факторы, снижающие безопасность продукции, производимой на ОАО Кондитерский комбинат «Кубань», – мучных кондитерских изделий и продукции цеха шоколадного производства. Перечислены разработанные и внедренные на комбинате пререквизитные программы для предупреждения опасности загрязнения продукции. Установлено, что внедрение превентивных мер позволило: поэтапно сократить количество критических контрольных точек на комбинате с 88 до 4, обеспечить отсутствие рекламации по качеству и безопасности выпускаемой продукции от контролирующих органов, снизить в 2019 г количество претензий от потребителей на 10%. по сравнению с 2018 г. The experience of implementing the food safety management system at OJSC Kuban Confectionery plant is shown. Physical, chemical and microbiological factors that reduce the safety of products produced at the Kuban Confectionery plant-flour confectionery products and products of the chocolate production workshop, have been established. Preliminary programs developed and implemented at the plant to prevent the risk of contamination of products are listed. It was found that the introduction of preventive measures allowed: to gradually reduce the number of critical control points at the plant from 88 to 4, to ensure that there are no complaints about the quality and safety of products from regulatory authorities, to reduce by 10% in 2019 the number of claims from consumers compared to 2018.

With the rapid development of computer network, the network architecture is increasingly complicated; the scale of network extends continuously. Therefore, the functions and positions of the network management are also more and more important. The Web-Based network management, making users manage the network and system expediently and simply, combining Web technology and modern distributed network management technology, which can also be updated and customized easily to meet the different needs, is an important direction of the development of the network management technology in the future. This paper proposes an a SNMP-based Web network management system using B/S structure, which has features of flexible structure, easily extensible, user-friendly features and so on.

For the first time in historiography, an attempt is made to illuminate the activities of Senator I.N. Tolstoy in conducting an audit of the regional management system of the Yakutsk region. Particular attention is paid to the audit of office work of the Yakutsk regional administration and the Yakutsk city hall. The novelty of the study is in the fact that, based on an analysis of archival sources first introduced into scientific circulation, the specifics of the functioning of the regional administration in the second quarter of the 19th century is revealed, and the results of the audit are considered as prerequisites for expanding the rights of administrative independence of the Yakutsk region from the Irkutsk province. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that this was the only senatorial revision for all years in the territory of the vast and geographically remote Yakutsk region, which has not undergone extensive scientific study. In the course of the presentation of the substantive part, a review of the main directions of the audit activity in relation to the regional and district levels of government, as well as its inspection supervision of the activities of the lower administrative authorities, including the city hall, was performed. Based on the author’s development, it was proved that the senatorial audit, reflecting the attention of the imperial authorities to the periphery, was aimed primarily at increasing the efficiency of the Siberian suburbs management system on the example of the Yakutsk region through personnel shifts and elimination of identified office work disturbances. The study was based on documents first discovered in the archives of the Russian State Historical Archive and the National Archives of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
