The objective of this paper is to provide a strict definition of a concept “competence” which can be used in the context of professional language training of technical university students.The literature review shows the necessity of the development of professional language competence in future tool-making engineers that technical universities in Russia train. Based on this review, the structure of this competence has been identified. Also, the process of professional language competence development is thoroughly analyzed so that the conclusions about the stages of this process and the necessary pedagogical conditions that a teacher must follow are determined.

Современные условия, которые характеризуются экономической нестабильностью и необходимостью межкультурных коммуникаций, накладывают на выпускников технических вузов новые, более высокие требования. Необходимость формирования у студентов технических вузов умения использовать иностранный язык для решения профессиональных задач побуждает ученых и педагогов искать оптимальные для достижения этой цели методики обучения. Одной из таких методик, успешно использующихся в различных областях, но не внедрявшихся ранее в профессионально-иноязычную подготовку студентов, является целенаправленная практика. Данная статья предназначена для ознакомления с этой методикой, а также для обоснования целесообразности рассмотрения профессионально-иноязычной подготовки студентов технического вуза как целенаправленной практики. Раскрываются основные принципы этой методики: наличие личной цели, высокая концентрация, обратная связь, выход из зоны комфорта и акцент на практической деятельности. Также определяется роль, которую мысленные представления играют в формировании профессиональной иноязычной компетенции. В заключение предлагаются апробированные и доказавшие свою эффективность модель и технология организации самостоятельной работы студентов, основанные на ведении ими англоязычных блогов по профессиональным темам и соответствии этой деятельности принципам целенаправленной практики. Описан процесс ведения студентами технического вуза профессионально ориентированных блогов на английском языке, рассмотренный в соответствии с принципами целенаправленной практики и реализованный ранее в рамках проведенного педагогического эксперимента. Делается вывод о необходимости применения этой методики к решению других задач по оптимизации профессионально-иноязычной подготовки студентов технических вузов.

The article shows that teaching business communication to technical university students is an integral part of their professional foreign language training. It is noted that in order to build successful communication one should adhere to cultural norms accepted in society. Special attention is given to the consideration of the manuals that contribute to the development of oral and written business communication against certain sociocultural background.

Abstract. Riba, Gharar And Moral Islamic Economics In Historical And Comparative Perspective: A Literature Review. There are several definitions of Islamic banking in the narrow sense, namely interest-free bank. Though the fight against usury command is a cornerstone of Islamic finance but the debate about the significance of the word "Riba" precisely still persistent. since the beginning of the advent of Islam, the majority of scholars has adopted a strict definition of usury, that all forms of interest can be said to be riba. but the debate continually held until now. some opinions reject these definitions and argued that Islam tolerate a reasonable interest rate. Therefore, this article will explain about riba and significance. then will explain about gharar as well as approaches to religion on these issues. On this last point, will be explained on the debate riba and gharar in historical and comparative perspective.Abstrak. Riba, Gharar Dan Moral Eknomi Islam Dalam Perspektif Sejarah dan Komparatif: Satu Sorotan Literatur. Dalam arti sempit definisi dari perbankan syariah yaitu bebas bunga. Meskipun perintah meniadakan riba dijadikan landasan dari keuangan Islam, tapi perdebatan tentang riba justru masih terus-menerus. Sejak awal kedatangan Islam, mayoritas ulama telah mengadopsi definisi yang ketat dari riba, bahwa semua bentuk bunga dapat dikatakan riba. Tetapi perdebatan terus berlangsung hingga sekarang, beberapa pendapat menolak definisi ini dan berpendapat bahwa Islam mentolerir tingkat bunga yang wajar. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini akan menjelaskan tentang riba dan signifikansi. Kemudian akan menjelaskan tentang gharar melihat pendekatan agama pada isu-isu ini. Pada poin terakhir, akan dijelaskan berkaitan riba perdebatan riba dan gharar dalam perspektif sejarah dan komparasi.

<p>In the article, the necessity of discussion competence forming in technical university students is approved. It is proposed to use a complex approach for this aim. Methodology of complex approach elaboration is based on general scientific principles, taking into consideration peculiarities of discussion competence forming in students. Terms “discussion competence” and “discussion speech” are clarified. Discussion competence structure is given. Definition of collocation “didactic conditions” is given on the basis of semantic analysis. The article features didactic conditions of discussion competence forming, which provide factors of purposeful pedagogical influence on a student to form discussion competence. It defines the content of each didactic condition and the structure of pedagogical support for discussion competence forming of students. Problems of continuous pedagogical monitoring, interactive methods use and didactic support during discussion competence forming in technical university students are considered. Effectiveness of given didactic conditions for discussion competence forming of students is proved, which provided a theoretical base for the development of pedagogical tools on the matter.</p>

В статье рассматриваются понятия «коммуникативная конкуренция» и «иноязычная коммуникативная компетентность». В основе исследования лежат такие методы, как наблюдение, анализ и моделирование. В статье представлена авторская интерпретация понятия иноязычной коммуникативной компетентности студентов с позиции компетентностного и системного подходов. Авторами представлен компонентный состав иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции с точки зрения различных исследователей, определены его структурные элементы. На основе проведенного анализа была построена модель модульной технологии иноязычной подготовки студентов технического вуза, дана характеристика ее структурных компонентов, а также описаны результаты ее реализации в процессе иноязычной подготовки студентов технического вуза. Использование модульной технологии в обучении студентов технических вузов иностранному языку позволяет получить высокий уровень иноязычной коммуникативной компетентности. Разработана модель модульной технологии иноязычной подготовки студентов технического вуза. Результаты исследования могут быть применены к иноязычной подготовке студентов не только технических, но и других вузов.

The structure of foreign language communicative competence is considered as a set of linguistic, speech, socio-cultural, strategic, and self-educational competences, each of which contains invariant and variable components. This chapter presents a theoretical model of modular technology of foreign language training based on the integration of the system, competence, personal activity, multicultural, acmeological approaches, and taking into account general didactic and specific (modularity, flexibility, agility, regionality, predictability) principles. Its structural components (theoretical-methodological, purposeful, meaningful, procedural-technological, resultant-evaluative units) are described. The description of the modular technology of foreign language training of technical university students is given. Information and communication technologies are considered as a means of information and methodological support and diagnostic tools for monitoring foreign language training. The results of experimental work are presented.
