This chapter argues that “ecology” could be read as one of the names for the evental break in the circuits of economic machinery that recover the subject on the way back to itself. That ecology would be perceived as a disruption (or the irruption) of the event is fitting to the epoch of a profound environmental crisis, rooted in the forgetting of what it means to dwell or to abide, to be at home without imposing an ideal mold on it. If this essentially eco-nomic mode of actively organizing a dwelling and being “chez-soi” has now become hegemonic, then the eco-logical ordering by the dwelling assumes the form of an originary trauma, positively instantiated in the gift.

Children are a gift from Allah SWT that is always expected by every family. However, not everyone (parents) can take good care of their children according to what is commanded by Allah through religious teachings. For various reasons and reasons, parents no longer pay attention to children's religious education. In the end, the negative impact will be felt by parents even more so for their own children. To be able to form a religious awareness of children, the mother as the first person known to the child, then the mother needs to provide an understanding of the religious dimension of children is important, the child is essentially a mandate from Allah SWT that must be grateful, and we as Muslims must carry out the mandate with good and right. The way to be grateful for the gift of God in the form of children is through caring for, caring for, and educating and coaching the characters properly and correctly, so that they will not become weak children, both physically and mentally, and weak in faith and weak in their worldly lives. The aim of education is to be a perfect Muslim, who has faith and fear Allah. Mother as a parent is the first primary educator for children, before the child knows the outside world, first the child knows the mother and after that his father is the closest person to the child. As for women's efforts in fostering religious awareness as follows: to destroy personality, to form good habits , forming civilizations in the Muslim world and helping to encourage them to encourage things that lead to obedience to God and educate them with different ways of worship. Like prayer, recitation, prayer at home and at school.

This research is an attempt to study Tan Twang Eng’s The Gift of Rain through the lense of Julia Kristeva’s concept of foreignness. The Gift of Rain exposes the story Philip Hutton, a half-Chinese and half-English young man who struggles to determine where he belongs to. The aims of this study is to investigate foreignness experienced by Philip and its impacts to Philip’s life. In additition, qualitative descriptive method is applied to analyze the topic. From the analysis of the protagonist, it is revealed that his sense of foreignness at home, religion as well as race emerge due to the death of his mother which leaves him to be the only Chinese in his English family. In addition, it is also influenced by the way others see and judge his multiple identities. Thus, living within two worlds−English and Chinese− makes Philip mistakenly believe that no one will accept him fully for he is just an outsider, belongs to nowhere. The article deals with the question of the authorship and its nature in connection with the case of Herostratus. The main problem is forgotten creators of the temple of Artemis and the immortal fame of its arsonist. In this vein, the concept of destructive authorship is proposed as a form of displaying authorship based not on the usual act of creation, but on the opposite to it – an act of destruction. At the same time, a distinction has been made between “destructive authorship” as the realization of certain attributes of authorship using destruction as an instrument and its possible coup – “authorship of destructiveness” as a phenomenon based on autonomy and the priority of destruction in relation to authorship. Also, the concepts of “anti-author” and “anti-gift” are being developed, offered as oppositions to the classical notions of “author” and “gift”. Herostratus is represented as the central and featuring figure of certain cultural and historical narrative, which reaches the reverse side of “caring for oneself” through the act of destruction on the way to immortality. In this case, we are talking about the anti-author as an individualization through authorship without creation and focusing the individual on himself. For the story of Herostratus homeric question is impossible because the very nature of its situation is hypertrophy of the individual author’s being, which is incompatible with co-authorship. While not being created, it exists only as a desire to get author’s dividends, and therefore, as a desire to remain the only one. No less important is the question of the gift in the context of authorship, which is turned by Herostratus into a theft. If any authorship is inextricably connected with the gift, the destructive authorship contains an anti-gift – cultural theft (forcible appropriation) of the object or subject of the subject to destruction. It is the anti-gift allows the anti-author to realize himself not only as the one who commits the destructive act, but also the one who steals attention and memory, separating them from the previous carrier and acquiring it to himself. Thus, in the article on example of Herostratus is analyzed the development of the ideas logically parallel or contradictive to the established model of authorship based on the creative act with the proposal of the concepts which are able to expand the understanding of authorship and explore it in the context of destructive aspects.

ABSTRACT This teaching case describes the trajectory of the entrepreneur Raphael Vidal. The information presented makes it possible to link the history and beliefs of the subject-entrepreneur Raphael to the decisions regarding Casa Porto project in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Aspects of his entrepreneurial attitude as a basis for the way he has been conducting Casa Porto are exposed. In addition, elements related to the decision to open, conduct, and maintain a business in situations of crisis are displayed. And more importantly, nuances related to other spheres involved in the understanding of the entrepreneur as a social being are addressed.

This study deals with the way to improve students’ achievement in speaking particularly through Two Stay Two Stray Strategy. This study was conducted by using classroom action research. The subject of of the research was class X-AP SMK Swasta Harapan Danau Sijabut in Asahan Regency that consisted of 34 students. The research was conducted in two cycles consisted of three meetings in each cycle. The instruments of collecting data for quantitative data used Speaking Test and instrument for analysis of qualitative data used observation, interview and questionnaire sheet. Based on the speaking test score, students’ score kept improving in every test. In the test I the mean was 61,47, in the test II the mean was 67,41 and the test III the mean was 78,52. Based on observation sheet and questionnaire sheet, it was found that teaching learning process run well and lively. Students were active and interest in speaking. The using of Two Stay Two Stray Strategy is significantly improved students’ achievement in speaking.

This review is devoted to the monograph by Jan Nedvěd “We do not decline our heads. The events of the year 1968 in Karlovy Vary”. The Karlovy Vary municipal museum coincided its publishing with the fiftieth anniversary of the Prague spring which, considering the way of the presentation, turned the book not only to scientific event but also to the social one. The book describes sociopolitical trends in the region before the year 1968, the development of the reformist movement, the invasion and advance of the armies of the Warsaw Pact countries, and finally the decline of the reformist mood and the beginning of the normalization. Working on his writing, the author deeply studied the materials of the local archive and gathered the unique selection of the photographs depicting the passage of the soviet army through the spa town and the protest actions of its inhabitants. In the meantime, Nedvěd takes undue freedom with scientific terms, and his selection of historiography raises questions. The author bases his research on the Czech papers and scarcely uses the books of Russian origin. He also did not study the subject of the participating of the GDR’s army in the operation Danube, although these troops were concentrated on the borders of Karlovy Vary region as well. Because of this decision, there are no materials from German archives or historiography in the monograph. In general, the work lacks the width of studying its subject, but it definitively accomplishes the task of depicting the Prague spring from the regional perspective.

This article depends of beginnings of the Church, when it started to organizeitself, with well known historically-theological arguments. Peter confessed Jesus as the Christ andgot special place among Apostles. His role matures in young Church community, which is escapingfrom Jewish religion.Peter tramps the way from Jerusalem thru Antioch to Rome, confirming his appointing to thefirst among Apostles and to being Rock in the Church. Nascent Rome Church keeps this specialPeter’s succession. Clement, bishop of Rome, shows his prerogatives as a successor of Peter. Later,bishop of Cartagena, Cyprian, confirms special role both Peter and each bishop of Rome amongother bishops. He also was finding appropriate role for each of them. Church institution, basedon Peter and Apostles persists and shows truth of the beginnings and faithfulness to them innowadays papacy.Methodological elements Presented in the introduction let for the lecture of Gospel and patristictexts without positivistic prejudices presented in old literature of the subject.

In the present day scenario prime need of Ayurveda is practical applicability of Ayurvedic fundamental principles and research should be more focused on all aspects where scientific inputs should confirm Ayurveda’s principles and philosophy. In Ayurveda, Gunas are described as the way of presentation of action without which no Karma (action) can be possible. Ayurveda has provided significance to every Guna so that they become useful in clinical practice. Clinical practice or research is a continuous process including a series of events which need to be performed in a sequential manner. Though there are many factors on which accomplishment of treatment depends, among these Charaka has given prime importance to Paradi Gunas. In clinical practice, Guna which are to be with Bhishak are mainly the Paradi Gunas which can also be called as miscellaneous Gunas. As rightly quoted by Acarya Charaka, for getting success in the treatment Paradi Gunas are the best. The Sutra quotes "Sidhyupaya Chikitsayam" which means that Chikitsa i.e. Dhatusamya will be done mainly with the help of Paradi Gunas. Knowledge of Paradi Gunas are required to be present in pharmacists, physicians and Researchers. Acharya Charaka says that Chikitsa Siddhi i.e. successful management of disease is not possible without the knowledge of Paradi Gunas. Paradi Gunas play an important role in selection, adaption and manifestation of drug as per condition of the disease and the patient in particular Desha and Kala. The ultimate goal of any clinical activity is to contribute in the knowledge domain and to improve professional practice. Thus this literary review of Paradi Gunas serves to explore the subject of the clinical practice.

The concept of governance has become ubiquitous since it is recognized as an important tool for improving quality in all aspects of higher education.In Morocco, few scientific articles have dealt with the subject of university governance. Therefore, we will present a general review of the evolution of governance through laws and reforms established by Moroccan Governments from 1975 to 2019. The purpose of the study is to detect the extent of the presence of university governance principles in these reforms.This study enriches the theoretical literature on the crisis of Moroccan university and opens the way to new empirical studies to better understand the perception of university governance concept in the Moroccan context and to improve the quality of higher education and subsequently the economic development of the country.The findings of this study show an increasing evolution of the presence of university governance principles in reforms and higher education laws.

While the subject of women’s activity in historical and contemporary punk scenes has attracted significant attention, the presence of trans women in punk has received comparatively little research, in spite of their increasing visibility and long history in punk. This article examines the conditions for trans women’s entrance in punk and the challenges and opportunities that it offers for their self-assertion. By linking Michel Foucault’s notion of parrhesia with the way trans women in punk do their gender, an attempt is made at showing how the embodied experience of a trans woman making herself heard from the punk stage can serve as a site of ‘gender pluralism’.
