In the present work, the PG-7 (40mm) anti-tank hollow charge has been developed to double (tandem) hollow charge warhead by using a simulation program. The interaction of the precursor warhead with the Explosive Reactive Armor ERA was studied and the delayed time between the precursor head and the main charge was found which about 50 µs is with 350 mm penetration depth. The effect of precursor charge on the main charge was also studied and this effect was isolated in the delay period, in addition to the effect of precursor warhead jetting on the rear warhead the optimum delay time was found. This study was carried out using the ANSYS AUTODYN simulation program. And the model worked in several ways to reach these goals.

Seismic Synchronous acquisition means the Field Digitizer Unit acquiring data of each geophone at the same time. Here we will present a method to realize synchronous data acquisition of which the synchronous process is finished at FDU. A timer will be used to precisely measure the time difference between data transmission in positive direction and that in negative direction. And then work out the delayed time needed by each FDU. In that way, when receiving the command to acquire data synchronously again, the delay time control AD transformation can be well dealt with, so as to realize the purpose of synchronous resetting and acquisition. Through hardware circuit test, the two power stations have 15 FDU and each station is 25m or 50m apart, Accuracy of synchronization at each acquisition station reach 200ns. Besides, this method can be used for reference for technology of synchronization of other serial acquisition systems.

The rates of polymerization and depolymerization of identical concentrated deoxygenated hemoglobin S (HbS) solutions following a rapid temperature change were examined by several methods. Two of these methods measured viscosity changes in either gently agitated (AGT) or nonagitated (NAGT) samples. The third method utilized a change in turbidity at 735 nm (SDT). By all three methods, a delay period, during which no observable change was detected, followed the temperature change. Gelation, as determined in nonagitated samples by a viscosity- based technique, occurred before or coincided with gelation as determined spectrophotometrically. The slope of the concentration dependence of the delay time is significantly decreased by agitation. Similar monitoring of the depolymerization reaction indicated the persistence of increased viscosity after observation of a marked decrease in turbidity.

The article discusses the problem of insufficient information content of the classification of borrowers of microfinance organizations, proposed by the Central Bank, depending on the duration of their debt. It is shown that this solution does not allow to adequately take into account the weak formalizability of the process of assessing the creditworthiness of companies providing microcredit services in the Russian market in online and offline modes. The authors carried out a statistical analysis, which showed that it is expedient from the point of view of profitability, as well as the profitability of the loan portfolio, to cluster borrowers according to their level of financial responsibility. For this, the authors proposed a methodology for estimating the delay period of potential borrowers based on expert information.

Time delay logistic equation is a modification of the logistic equation. Theequation logistic delay time can affect the increase and decrease in population. This leadsto oscillations in the equation. The purpose of this research is to study the oscillation ofthe logistic equation with time delays.

Abstract In order to analyze the characteristics of airport flight delayed time series, based on the construction of flight delay time series, firstly, the K-means algorithm is used to cluster the time series of delayed departures. Secondly, combining with R/S analysis method of Fractal theory, Hurst index of the series is calculated, and Fractal characteristics of the series are analyzed. Then, the VAR (Vector Auto Regression) model is constructed, and Impulse Response Function (IRF) and Variance Decomposition are conducted to explore the impact of the fluctuation of flight delay time series on the future delay. The results show that K-means algorithm divides the time series into five categories, and each category has significant characteristics. Hurst index values of different time series are in the interval of (0.5, 1), indicating that the time series have good fractal characteristics. Through the IRF and Variance Decomposition of VAR model, results show that the time series are significantly affected by random pulses, and the prediction changes of the series come from multiple time series fluctuations. The prediction results show that the flight delay time series is predictable.
