BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS SEBAGAI MEDIA PENGGALIAN POTENSI DESA DAN PENILAIAN KELAYAKAN USAHA BUMDES

Villages in Indonesia generally have natural resources that can be one of the potentials that can be developed and can improve the economy of the village community. Lack of human resource capacity in the village makes these various natural resources cannot be managed properly. Because of this the village ministry has made a regulation that requires BUMDes in every village and may get initial funding from the Village Fund which is the transfer of funds from the center directly to the village. And with the presence of BUMDes, it is hoped that it can explore the potential of the village and help encourage economic growth in the village, and as a tool to explore the potential of the village is designed a media called the "Business canvas plan". With this media, it is not only the village potential that can be mapped but also can be used as a media to make a business analysis and assess the business feasibility of a BUMDes business unit. This business canvas plan is described in a paper divided into 9 boxes in the sequence according to Osterwalder as follows: customer segments, value propositions, customer relationships, channels, key resources, key activities, key partners, cost structures, revenue streams. This research uses Literature Research Methods and Community Based Research through In Depth Interview (IDI), and offline / online surveys. And with this research literature study will also carry out the process of collecting data by examining books, documents, journals, and other relevant sources. And from the literature obtained, it can be concluded that the Business canvas plan can be used as a media in exploring the potential of the village as well as a medium to assess the feasibility of BUMDes businesses in managing the village's potential.

Peluang bisnis besi tua saat ini sangat menarik karena selain cara kerjanya mudah, sirkulasi uangnya juga sangat besar. Pertumbuhan bisnis ini seiring dengan tumbuhnya industri di K abupaten Karawang dimana bisnis besi tua merupakan turunan dari industri yang ada, khususnya industri metal dan otomotif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep model bisnis pada bisnis besi tua PT. Putra Kemuning dengan menggunakan bisnis model kanvas yang mencakup sembilan blok yaitu value propositions, channels, customer relationships, customer segments, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, cost structure. Sembilan blok bisnis model kanvas ini juga dijadikan sebagai unit analisis dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis domain. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model bisnis menggunakan model bisnis kanvas  telah mendukung proses operasi bisnis besi tua di PT. Putra Kemuning sesuai dengan harapan. Kata kunci:  Bisnis, Model Bisnis, Model Bisnis Kanvas, Bisnis Besi Tua Today's scrap metal business opportunity is very interesting because in addition to how it works easily, the circulation of money is also very large. The growth of this business is in line with the growth of industry in the Karawang Regency where the scrap metal business is a derivative of the existing industry, particularly the metal and automotive industries. The purpose of this study was to determine how the concept of the business model in the scrap metal business of PT. Putra Kemuning uses a canvas business model that includes nine blocks, namely value propositions, channels, customer relationships, customer segments, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, cost structures. The nine business blocks of the canvas model are also used as the unit of analysis in this study. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach to the type of case study research. The analysis technique used in this study is the domain analysis technique. The results of the study concluded that the business model using the canvas business model had supported the scrap metal business operations process at PT. PT Architectaria Media Cipta is an architectural consulting and contractor company.The purpose of this research is to describe and improve the business model used by PT Architectaria Media Cipta based on Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and SWOT analysis, and then develop a new business model prototype for PT Architectaria Media Cipta using Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS).BMC consist of customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structures. The data collected bystructured interview.There are seven unsurts that need to be improved in a major way, and the two unsurts are remedied in a minor.The new business model prototype is created with a new value proposition that makes home and office furnishings products with unique designs, fixed size, light weight that can be sold massively through webstores and marketplace. Innovative products made by utilizing waste materials with the concept of re-use and re-cycle, therefore) the selling price of the product remains affordable.

This research uses integrating brainstorming method and Business Model Canvas, model is done with brainstorming method. The Canvas Business Model covers nine blocks, Customer Relationships, Key Partners, Value Propositions, Customer Segments, and cash flow, key resources (key resources), key activities (key activities) and cost structures (cost structures). Hakhenbik is a company engaged in the field of furniture and equipment of the school with its production material made from solid wood that has durable strength, and not easily damaged and has a high selling price. On this research author uses qualitative descriptive method that is by using the business model Business model Canvas (BMC), then evaluated using a SWOT analysis in every Business model Canvas (BMC) block on CV. Hakhenbik. The most powerful element in the Business Model Canvas is the      Key Partnership, sis the    value propositions. The elements that still lack are    Customer Relationships and the next is   Key Resources. Be  rbased on SWOT analysis, CV. Hakhenbik is advised to improve on the element of customer relationshipsThis is because the important factor in running the business is to maintain good relations with the customer, one way to maintain a good relationship with the customer is to maintain communication with customers such as increase communication through social media such as facebook, whats up group, Instagram  and others, and can be done by maintaining loyal customers by providing members cards  and discounts for loyal customers. In addition to the customer relationships elements that need to be repaired are key Resources   by conducting training and development to employees of both operational and management employees.

Introduction. This study aims to analyze the business model canvas by the Library of Stikom Surabaya by using nine elements. They are customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, dan cost structure.Data Collection Method. The study used qualitative descriptive perspective to examine factual information and emerging practices in the field.Results and Discussions. Students, staff and community should be able to leverage the library services. The value offered was technology-based services and visitor convenience. Channels provided were the library website, email, social media. Customer relationships were built through personal assistance and self service. The key resources were human, technology and facilities. The key activities were learning commons. The key partnerships were internal and external partners. Conclusions. The Library is committed to realising its vision as a superior information center by providing a complete and fast information and communication channel in accordance with technological developments and customer needs.

This study aimed to analyze the design of the canvas business model of the Tjap Tiga Anak Noodle Factory. The method used was the descriptive-analytical method because, in this study, a qualitative research type was chosen to analyze the Business Model Canvas to map the business state at the Mie Tjap Tiga Anak Factory. The results of research, at the Mie Tjap Tiga Anak Factory using a business model canvas, showed business activities in 9 elements, namely customer segments with B2C and B2B, value propositions that were certified halal (LPPOM MUI), channels used were direct and indirect, customer relationships with apply personal assistance, revenue streams were product sales, key resources were human resources, key activities were production activities, key partnerships were carried out with the government, distributors, and the community or customers, and the cost structure includes fixed and variable costs.

This article is aimed to analyze how the structure of building a sharia home property business without banks. The most recent alternative housing is housing with the concept of sharia without using national banking mortgages. This study used qualitative methods by examining some credible sources in obtaining the data . The results showed that based on the analysis of the residential property business Ngaliyan Residence has been able to answer 9 points of reference BMC analysis (Business Model Canvas) which includes; Value Propositions, Customer Segments, Channels, Customer Relationships, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnerships, andCost Structure. Service strategy is one of the strategies implemented in Ngaliyan Residence for a market segment applied by Ngaliyan Residence, which in turn can realize customer loyalty .

The business world needs a business plan that can help entrepreneurs prepare everything needed for the smooth running of their business. This business plan can be made in the form of a business plan. One business plan model that has many advantages is the Business Model Canvas. The purpose of writing this article is to find out what needs to be considered in making a business plan using the Business Model Canvas. The results of the literature review show that using the Business Model Canvas business planning becomes clearer and more focused. The glass chip business, which is an example in the application of the canvas business model, is becoming more focused and clear. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui Model Bisnis Kanvas antara lain customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships dan cost structure pada PT Internasional Golden Shipping. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada PT Internasional Golden Shipping yang bergerak dibidang jasa angkut penumpang. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan model bisnis kanvas pada PT Internasional Golden Shipping.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang mengarah pada pendeskripsian secara kualitatif mengenai Business Model Canvas pada PT Internasional Golden Shipping dan selanjutnya dievaluasi dengan analisis SWOT pada tiap elemennya. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini terbukti bahwa PT Internasional Golden Shipping dari segi segmentasi ekonomi lebih mengarah ke kalangan menengah atas terlihat dari value proposations keunggulan yang dimiliki perusahaan adalah satu-satunya perusahaan kapal yang dapat bersandar di Johor (pasir gudang), channels yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan ini adalah menjalin hubungan baik dengan konsumennya yang dibangun dengan berhubungan secara personal sehingga konsumen dapat merasakan pelayanan yang ramah dari karyawan saat melakukan transaksi ataupun keluhan. Untuk pengahasilan yang didapat oleh perusahaan yaitu dari penjualan tiket yang dilakukan oleh SDM yang berkualitas dan didukung dengan alat operasional berupa kapal. Untuk key partnership pada perusahaan dengan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia perusahaan selalu membina dan menjga hubungan baik antar mitra bisnisnya.

The basic concept of general logistics and halal logistics are actually the same, the difference is that halal logistics is carried out by ensuring that processes in the supply chain separate halal cargo from non-halal cargo. This needs to be done to avoid cross-contamination and ensure that as long as the logistics system of the product is guaranteed halal, therefore halal logistics can be expressed as the application of the halal concept throughout the supply chain activities of suppliers, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation and product distribution to ensure the halal status of a product. If this is done, it will produce halal logistic output according to the standards of the customer's wishes.                The research will be carried out through interviews and surveys, the results will be used to identify business processes and find out what business activities are carried out and who are the business actors involved, from the business process a business model is then created to develop ordinary logistics to halal logistics based on a Business Model. Canvass (BMC). The Business Model Canvass (BMC) consists of 9 elements, namely customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships and cost structures. The result of this research is to obtain a canvas-based halal logistics model that can be applied at PT Iron Bird, which is divided into 4 categories, namely: 1) Customers who have potential in halal logistics are industries engaged in fast moving, consumer goods, retail. , raw material and pharmacy 2) Value propositions, namely offers to customers regarding delivery that guarantees halal products, distribution to return goods or return, segregation for Less than Truck Load (LTL), re-packaging for contaminated goods, labels and documents halal, cleaning units according to standards, completeness of safety, transparency and trust, on time delivery, and costs in accordance with the services provided 3) Resources by managing main resources through a special team to handle contaminated goods, availability of vehicles, services provided , packaging for contaminated goods and labels and documents h alal 4) Financial through the services provided. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in accordance with halal logistics standards which consist of: Quality, Time, Cost and Risk.
