The results of the research presented in the article illustrate the complexity of the life situation of German children and adolescents during the pandemic. The article also presents the professional situation of parents during the crisis caused by the pandemic and changes in the labor market (e.g. the coronavirus effect). The results of the first studies characterizing the phenomenon of domestic violence, conducted by researchers at the Technical University of Munich, are also shown. The situation of children and adolescents is illustrated, among others, by numerical data of criminal statistics or the Robert Koch Institute. In the article, the midwife emphasizes examples of such research results in which children and adolescents were participants. This is because such a selection of respondents makes it possible to get to know their opinions about the time of the pandemic, lockdown or homeschooling. The research also revealed that the coronavirus has become a "virus of social inequality" as it has worsened the situation of families at risk of poverty. The conclusion also shows the directions of activities undertaken by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research to support students after the lockdown period.

This paper reports on the primary school design processes carried out around the 1940s in the County of Hertfordshire in Great Britain, which later evolved into innovative strategies developed by Mary and David Medd in the Ministry of Education from the late 1950s. The whole process, undertaken during more than three decades, reveals a way of breaking with the traditional spatial conception of a school. The survey of the period covered has allowed an in-depth understanding of how learning spaces could be transformed by challenging the conventional school model of closed rooms, suggesting a new way of understanding learning spaces as a group of Centres rather than classrooms. Historians have thoroughly shown the ample scope of this process, which involved many professionals, fostering a true cross-disciplinary endeavour where the curriculum and the learning spaces were developed in close collaboration. A selection of schools built in the county has been used to typologically analyse how architectural changes began to arise and later flourished at the Ministry of Education. The Medds had indeed a significant role through the development of a design process known as the Built-in variety and the Planning Ingredients. A couple of examples will clarify some of these strategies, revealing how the design of educational space could successfully respond to an active way of learning.

This study develops a simplified comparative procedure for use in preliminary yacht design to predict Equilibrium sideforce, resistance, leeway angle and speed made good to windward for a canoe hull sailing yacht within specific form parameters on any of five standard series keels. These forces, angles and speeds are predicted for any yacht hull resembling one of nine models - ranging from light to medium-heavy length to displacement ratio - (190 to 351) - of the Delft Systematic Series for which there is numerical data. The forces are calculated at speed to length ratio of 1. 3 and heel angle of 30° to enable the designer to make use of existing comparative sail plan and rigging data. The five keels of varying aspect and area ratio, spanning current design practice, are part of a matrix developed at the Davidson Laboratory. In this paper, a canoe yacht hull form similar to Model 7 of the Delft Series is tank tested on 3 Standard Series keels and compared to results obtained from testing a 5.5 m hull, which is similar to Model 8, on the same keels. A prediction procedure is developed and checked against test results. A few Equations, selected values from included tabulations, a calculator, pencil and paper will yield quantitative information for the yacht designer in the selection of a keel for the hull of a sailing yacht.

The study aimed to know the level of availability of the ingredients (elements) of creativity among managers, the level of their practice of the administrative creativity process, and the obstacles that limit their practice of the administrative creativity process. The researcher used the descriptive method, and the study sample consisted of (44) principals from the original community of principals in Sabya governorate, and a sample of teachers (285) from the original community of teachers, and the selection of all school administration supervisors and their number (9) educational supervisors, so a total sample Study (338). The study relied on two tools the questionnaire applied to teachers and managers, and the interview with the administrators of school management, and the study found a range of results: the level of elements of management innovation, the managers came to a fair degree, managers exercised the administrative process of innovation medium degree, and facing the practice of managers of administrative obstacles to creativity With a moderate degree, and that most of the obstacles hindering the practice of managerial creativity, organizational obstacles, and recommendations: The Education Department should choose secondary school principals from conscious educational leaders, who believe in the importance of administrative creativity in schools, and the researcher recommends the Ministry of Education and Education Departments to give school principals powers Commensurate with their responsibilities, allowing them the opportunity to show their creativity.

The k-prototypes algorithm is a hybrid clustering algorithm that can process Categorical Data and Numerical Data. In this study, the method of initial Cluster Center selection was improved and a new Hybrid Dissimilarity Coefficient was proposed. Based on the proposed Hybrid Dissimilarity Coefficient, a weighted k-prototype clustering algorithm based on the hybrid dissimilarity coefficient was proposed (WKPCA). The proposed WKPCA algorithm not only improves the selection of initial Cluster Centers, but also puts a new method to calculate the dissimilarity between data objects and Cluster Centers. The real dataset of UCI was used to test the WKPCA algorithm. Experimental results show that WKPCA algorithm is more efficient and robust than other k-prototypes algorithms.

The Gamma Test is a non-linear modelling analysis tool that allows us to quantify the extent to which a numerical input/output data set can be expressed as a smooth relationship. In essence, it allows us to efficiently calculate that part of the variance of the output that cannot be accounted for by the existence of any smooth model based on the inputs, even though this model is unknown. A key aspect of this tool is its speed: the Gamma Test has time complexity O(Mlog M), where M is the number of datapoints. For data sets consisting of a few thousand points and a reasonable number of attributes, a single run of the Gamma Test typically takes a few seconds. In this chapter we will show how the Gamma Test can be used in the construction of predictive models and classifiers for numerical data. In doing so, we will demonstrate the use of this technique for feature selection, and for the selection of embedding dimension when dealing with a time-series.
