The article is focused on the need of engineering companies to continually invest into the development and management of IT architecture to increase their competitiveness. One of the key roles in the management of IT architecture is played by the formed and existing business model of design and technological preproduction (DTP) at a machine-building enterprise. Availability of operating information systems participating in DTP at the machine-building enterprise requires reasoned decisions when changing the IT architecture. It is important to introduce the changes into business processes taking into account the quantitative parameters when harmonizing the IT architecture and maintaining all the interests of a machine-building enterprise in the management of DTP. According to game theory, different interests of various participants in business processes require finding and choosing the solutions that would suit everyone and, which is most important in the face of uncertainty and incompleteness of information, predicting the behavior of other participants in business processes due to the resolved decision. The study is aimed at developing and studying of a business model for harmonizing the IT architecture of a machine-building enterprise in the field of DTP management. Based on game theory, where the concept of utility correlates with the team’s gain in organizational and economic problems and can be represented as an economic effect, a comprehensive analysis of the factors of DTP business model affecting the management of the IT architecture of a machine-building enterprise is performed. A multivariate economic and mathematical model is proposed, which allows determining quantitative parameters for conducting a qualitative change in IT architecture. There have been proposed measures for managing the IT architecture of a machine-building enterprise in order to achieve harmonization in modeling DTP business model in conditions of uncertainty, conflicting interests and incompleteness of information

Existing technologies for substantiating the modernization of basic business processes make it relatively easy to calculate the economic effect of its implementation (by saving resources, reducing labor intensity, increasing both labor productivity and production volumes) because all calculations are based primarily on linear relationships. The rationale for the modernization of auxiliary business processes is more problematic since their specific features significantly complicate the calculation of the economic effect. Firstly, there is a lack of information about the technologies for supporting auxiliary business processes. Secondly, the existing management tools do not consider the complex and closed nature of economic relations between supporting business processes. Thirdly, the complexity of assessing the quality of products of auxiliary business processes and their impact on the main business processes. In order to provide an opportunity to justify business process modernization projects, the author has developed a model that evaluates the effectiveness of a managerial decision on modernization based on changes in the total profit of the enterprise, which differs from the existing ones taking into account the cyclical nature of economic relationships between auxiliary business processes. The developed model for managerial decision-making for the modernization of business process technologies at a large industrial enterprise is based on the author’s method of calculating the cost of production of a large machine-building enterprise, taking into account the principle of multi-cyclical distribution of the cost of auxiliary business processes

Introduction. The research is devoted to the problem of building intelligent production management systems. They allow organizing modern efficient production without human participation in its management. Problem. To develop a scheme for creating an algorithm underlying the creation of an intelligent production management system, using the example of a mechanical workshop of a machine-building enterprise. Purpose. To present a scheme for constructing an intelligent control of management system (workshop), which is developed based on the application of an intelligent modeling algorithm and the use of a set of knowledge about the subject area. Methods. The main method used in the development of an intelligent control system is the method of intelligent modeling, which is applied to the knowledge of the machine-building enterprise workshop. Result. A diagram of an intelligent shop management system is built based on the use of knowledge that describes this shop. The model of the workshop is proposed. It consists of a system of plans describing the work of the workshop. Not only the production process is planned, but also material and technical supply, resources, and financial management. Plans are built using the scheduling theory. Conclusion. An intelligent management system at an enterprise implies the possibility of management without human participation in the management process. This system is based on obtaining information about the state of all elements of business processes based on the use of cyber-physical systems and the Internet of things.

In market conditions, in order to increase the competitiveness of products and services, great attention should be paid to the efficiency of business processes. The logistic approach to management is implemented both in the production of material goods in the course of business processes, and along the entire value chain of forming the cost of finished products, affects the operations of storage, transportation, information support. Logistic service is implemented at all stages of the enterprise and is aimed at saving costs, improving the quality of products and services, and as a result, more complete satisfaction of the needs of end consumers.

The purpose of the article is to study and justify the need to use information technologies (IT), in particular financial, logistics provision and in the management of business processes. This will increase competitive advantages, improve the quality of logistics services and reduce the cost of their implementation. In accordance with the goal, such interrelated tasks are solved: peculiarities of development of integrated logistics providers are defined and studied; priority directions in the work of providers are determined; the foreign and Ukrainian experience of implementation of services in the field of logistics are analyzed; necessity of using virtual logistics providers in the market of transport and logistics services is substantiated. Scientific novelty of the conducted research consists in theoretical substantiation and experimental confirmation of methods and tools for development, management and organization of information support of logistics provider activity. The particular attention in the research is paid to modeling and designing of information support systems for innovative forms of logistics providers. Their activities are based on the automation of the implementation of logistics business processes, as well as capabilities of artificial intelligence when making managerial decisions in the field of logistics to improve the financial position of enterprises. The practical significance of the research is to develop an innovative virtual logistics provider in the market of logistics services and expand financial possibilities of using innovative logistics provider tools to improve processes of information support management for logistics operating activities.
