Smog disaster in Sumatera and Kalimantan Island that came from forest and land burnings showed many interconnected factors. Governmental ideologies factor in development era (e.g. modernization, industrialization, and capitalization in order to increase economics development), lands problems as an impact of development ideologies, corruption, and prestige culture in society (e.g. consumerism, wealthy, succedness, and honor greediness) had participation in this disaster. From the perspective of ecofeminism, this ecological crisis came from an ideology named anthroposentrism, which also an androsentrism. Human interests that became priority in industrial society, especially men who held economics and politics power, was the cause of these ecological damages. The nature of patriarchal system is domination and exploitation who derived from hierarchal dualistic ideology become sources of ecological damage. In this context, economic development factor and life progress became main concern. Finally nature being grinded and became tools to achieve human interests (anthroposentrism). However, in this context women felt chaos very deeply. Women worked to produce family needs with nature. The damage of nature made women work harder. By seeing these conditions, we were invited by ecofeminism to do radical awareness transformation. This transformation was based on the understanding of our local wisdom.

This article presents the author's approach to the study of cultural landscape genesis. Historical and geographical reconstruction of Urals and Siberia served as the empirical basis of the study. A hypothesis that highlights some of the basic morphological components of the cultural landscape on the scale of a given region is set forth based on that reconstruction. Communications and cultural values have been classified as the primary morphological components. The article compares the cultural landscape's communicative structure and two main forms of communication. The first form includes land communication routes and regional settlement patterns, which establish a kind of communicative framework for the cultural landscape of the region. The second form is the circle of social and cultural interactions that directly or indirectly affect the economic development and life activities of regional communities. Each of these forms of communication reflects a certain pattern of cultural values that is specific to a given form of economic development in a geographical region or to a particular historical era. Using this approach, the article studies the spatial organization of the cultural landscape of the Urals and Siberia in an attempt to explain the cultural diversity of various parts of present-day Russia.

In the necessities of friend-hood between peoples and nations, spreading a culture of peaceful and social coexistence, and moving away from all forms of violence, threats, and harassment of national, religious, and social minorities. The peoples of the world have successful experiences in enriching the concepts of coexistence and multiculturalism, as in a number of European and American countries. The culture and citizenship as a right for all Iraqis as an economic and productive resource for development, the spread culture of human rights and cultural diversity in one country are beneficial. Rather, it means openness to diverse cultures that enrich human characteristics, explode the energies of creativity and participation, economic development, in order to avoid the feeling of the power superiority of the great "nation" over small nations it needs to assimilate a culture of diversity, participation, and dialogue at the grassroots and middle-class levels, as to be associated with institutions, cultural and legal structures, constitutional legislation, and economic, social and educational reforms. To end up the authority of tyranny that dominates all components, and the various local groups in their customs, traditions, languages, and ways of expressing them, requires popular awareness and an intellectual renaissance so that contributes to the transition to a new stage.

The article considers the economic and legal aspects of compensation for environmental damage. The variety of consequences that occur as a result of environmental offenses, the complex structure of environmental damage, and specific objects of environmental legal relations determine the necessity to apply environmental legal, as well as civil, norms to the regulation of relations on compensation for environmental damage. Interaction, convergence, and interpenetration of social relations lead to the strengthening of integration processes of their legal mediation. The necessity of complete dissociation of norms of environmental and civil legislation, especially as regards the regulation of the considered relations, can hardly be accepted. Ecologized norms appear, the inclusion of which in various normative legal acts is connected with the economic development of countries, threat of ecological crisis, complication of public relations, and the necessity to consider the laws of nature.
