Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of training, motivation and work environment on employee performance in the Archives and Pasaman District Library. The first hypothesis tested the effect of training on employee performance in the Archives and Pasaman District Library Office. The second hypothesis examines the effect of motivation on the achievements of the Pasaman District Archives and Library employees. The third hypothesis examines the influence of the work environment on employee performance in the Archives and Library of Pasaman Regency. The fourth hypothesis examines the effect of training, motivation and work environment on employee achievement of the Office of Archives and Library of Pasaman Regency together. The population in this study were employees of the Archives and Pasaman District Library Office. Samples This study uses a saturated sampling technique. Research data were collected by the method and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of the first hypothesis research show that a significant value of 0.154> alpha 0.05 so that training does not have an influence on employee performance in the Archives and Library of Pasaman Regency. The results of the second hypothesis show that a significant value of 0.002

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of educationand training, motivation, and work environment on the performance ofteachers SMK Negeri Banyuasin The study was conducted using associativedesign. In the study used four varables namely education and training,motivation, work environment, and performance that each developed intoseveral indicators. Primary data were obtained from 145 samples selectedby cluster sampling. Data collection methods used are questionnaires. Theanalysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of theresearch proves that 1) Education and training, motivation, and workenvironment together have significant effect on teacher performance 2)Education and training and motivation have a significant effect partially onteacher performance, while work environment gives insignificant influence toteacher performance.

Increasing employee productivity is one way that companies can do to excel than their competitors. The high level of employee productivity can be influenced by several factors such as training, motivation, and physical work environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training, motivation, and physical work environment on employee productivity. This research was conducted at Hotel Natya Kuta. The number of respondents in this study is 59 people. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, simultaneous regression test (F test), partial regression test (t test) and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of analysis shows that the training, motivation, and physical work environment partially have positive and significant effect to employee productivity at Hotel Natya Kuta. As a matter of consideration, the suggestion that can be given is that the management of Natya Kuta hotel should supervise and encourage employees, improve the material during the training, and improve the work environment within the company by using color that can give comfort while working.
