In recent years, natural polymer coagulant has become a hot spot in the field of coagulants due to its safety, harmlessness and biodegradability. This paper introduced the status quo of research of natural polymer coagulants such as starch, chitosan, cellulose and lignin coagulants. And some hot applications in water treatment were discussed, such as heavy metal wastewater, dye wastewater, microalgae collection and sludge dewatering. Finally, the development trend of natural polymer coagulants was prospected.

In order to understand the characteristics and law of development of coal research in the field of safety management, the papers published data from 1993--2013 based on Web of Science database and the Java platform development CitespaceIII visualization software for scientific knowledge map drawing is used. Through the knowledge map visualization analysis, it shows the origin of the research of international coal safety management and foundation of knowledge, and its basic and frontier disciplines. The results show that: through the visual keywords co-occurrence knowledge mapping analysis, high frequency keywords and high degree of heart keyword ranked in the top 10. It also shows the hot spot area and the development trend in the research field of coal safety management; from the literature co-citation results, classical literature and knowledge of basic research on coal safety management field, it plays an important role in the development process of the research in the field of visualization; through the journal co-citation analysis of knowledge map, it gets higher yield and literature journal, such as SAFETY SCI, COAL SCI TECHNOLOGY, CHINA COAL and the like, which shows that in the study of coal safety management field quantity of periodicals, China is the first, which explains China's leading position in the field of safety management of coal.

Electromagnetic defect detection logging can measure multilayer pipeline and provide the information of casing defect and the remaining metal thickness, is the hot spot of the casing defect detection technology. This paper elaborates the advantages and disadvantages of electromagnetic defect detection logging and the present instrument situation, compares technical indexes of several new electromagnetic casing defect detection instruments, summarizes the latest research status, points out the problems existed in current researches and the development trend combining with the instrument index and theory research.

Abstract In recent years, the Internet of vehicles (IOV) with intelligent networked automobiles as the terminal node has gradually become the development trend of the automotive industry and the research hot spot in related fields. This is due to its characteristics of intelligence, networking, low-carbon and energy saving. Real time emotion recognition for drivers and pedestrians in the community can be utilized to prevent fatigue driving and malicious collision, keep safety verification and pedestrian safety detection. This paper mainly studies the face emotion recognition model that can be utilized for IOV. Considering the fluctuation of image acquisition perspective and image quality in the application scene of IOV, the natural scene video similar to vehicle environment and its galvanic skin response (GSR) are utilized to make the testing set of emotion recognition. Then an expression recognition model combining codec and Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier is proposed. Finally, emotion recognition testing is completed on the basis of Algorithm 1. The matching accuracy between the emotion recognition model and GSR is 82.01%. In the process of model testing, 189 effective videos are involved and 155 are correctly identified.

With the enhancement of public awareness of environmental protection, the harm of oily sludge has gradually been paid attention to. As a kind of dangerous solid waste, the arbitrary disposal of oily sludge will cause quite serious harm to both the environment and human beings. Research on the treatment methods of oily sludge has become a hot spot recently. At present, treatment methods of oily sludge are various, mainly including pyrolysis, direct combustion, freeze-thaw treatment, biological treatment, solvent extraction, thermochemical cleaning, ultrasound-assisted treatment or joint technology, etc. Based on the consideration of economic benefits, social benefits and treatment difficulties, pyrolysis has been considered to be the most appropriate method for oily sludge treatment. Syngas, liquid oil and char can be obtained from pyrolysis of oily sludge, which can meet different needs. In this paper, the pyrolysis technology of oily sludge is reported in detail, including pyrolysis methods, operational parameters and pyrolysis products of oily sludge. On the basis, the advantages and limitations of oily sludge pyrolysis technology are discussed, together with the report of feasibility of pyrolysis technology of oily sludge. Moreover, the development trend of pyrolysis technology of oily sludge is prospected for the future work.

BACKGROUND In 2020, the discoverers of CRISPR/Cas9 technology, Jennifer A. Doudna and Emmanuelle Charpentier, were awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry. This technology has revolutionized the field of biomedical science since its birth and contributed to the treatment of a variety of complex diseases. Scholars have carried out many studies on the development trend of CRISPR technology, bibliometrics, visualization and other aspects. However, there are few studies on the hot spot analysis and topic changes in the biomedical field, which is not conducive to scholars' thinking. OBJECTIVE This study aimed to:(1) mining and analyzing the research hotspots of CRISPR/Cas9 system in each stage; (2) sorting out and visualizing the evolution direction of the hot research topics of CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology in the past decade; (3) exploring the hidden research hotspots of CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology, so as to provide reference for further research METHODS In this study, research papers related to CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology in biomedical field published on the Web of Science core datasets from 2010 to 2020 were used; literature research method, analysis method and expert consultation method and other methods were comprehensively utilized; CiteSpace software and VOS viewer software were selected as visualization tools to analyze hot topics and topic evolution in research. RESULTS The generated co-occurrence map and cluster map were analyzed by keyword analysis strategy to determine the hot topics in each development stage. The topic evolution types and evolution paths are studied based on the categories and keywords of hot topics in each stage and the characteristics of their advancement along the time axis, and the topic evolution diagram and evolution path diagram were presented respectively. CONCLUSIONS Based on the above research results, firstly, in recent years, scholars have attached great importance to the research on this technology in the field of biomedical science, and the research topics have been deepened and enriched. Secondly, the development of CRISPR/Cas9 system shows different hot research directions in different periods, which is in line with the development of The Times. Finally, the theme evolution of CRISPR/Cas9 in the field of biomedicine generally shows a trend from single to multiple, and from theory to practice. Hidden research hotspots focus on the detection and treatment of infectious diseases, aging mitigation, drug resistance and other common diseases.

The farmland weeds directly affect the crops yields, and the intra-row weeds are more difficult to eliminate than inter-row weeds. With the harm of chemical weeding technology cognition by people, the growth of awareness of environmental protection consciousness and food safety, the non-chemical weeding technology get more and more attention. Mechanical weeding as a good alternative method get more attention, and the intra-row intelligent mechanical weeding technology becomes a hot spot of research. The research on intra-row intelligent mechanical weeding technology of China have a large gap compared with developed countries. In this work, the current research of intra-row mechanical weeding technology of developed countries and China was reviewed, and the development trend of intra-row intelligent mechanical weeding technology of China were prospected. The universities and research institutes should be encouraged to learn from foreign advanced technology and the design concept of intelligent weeding equipment, increase the investment in intelligent mechanical weeding technology research and promotion.

Therefore, it is of great practical significance to conduct comprehensive research based on the development history of library and information science, quantitative and qualitative analysis of academic journal articles, research related topics and keywords, not only to further understand library and information science, but also to accumulate knowledge of library and information science, and also through scientific development trend, based on the experience summarized by the predecessors, allows us to more fully recognize the important role of library science and information science, and to improve the theoretical literacy and research level of relevant researchers. At this stage, it is even more necessary for researchers to look at and study library and information science with a developmental perspective. Based on this, the article mainly analyzes the research significance of library and information science, and analyzes the output of China's library and information science journals. It uses Ucinet software to visualize the main research hotspots, and finally analyzes the dynamic factors affecting the research of library and information science in China in order to provide a reference.
