Cultural self-confidence is rooted in the fertile soil of Chinese civilization. It has maintained the value foundation of the changes of the times in the course of thousands of years of historical evolution and evolution. It is also a spiritual bond with the blood of the nation and influences the destiny of the country and nation. , Lasting, deep power. Cultivating compound and applied “four new” talents is the core of college ideological and political education. The all-round education of students’ ideological and political education is important content and carrier of the Three All-round Education. Therefore, it is necessary to mobilize all the positive forces and factors of the whole society to build a dynamic Three All-round Education network. This article analyzes the problems existing in the working mechanism of “human comprehensive education” of ideological and political education in local colleges and universities, and proposes effective countermeasures to promote the mechanism and carrier of ideological and political education in local colleges and universities.
