The construction of an international Chinese teaching platform in a smart environment is the key to realize smart education and promote the modern development of international Chinese education. The traditional teaching resource platform has many problems, and it is difficult to meet the intellectual needs of learners. Based on the needs of education and teaching reform under the background of new liberal arts, the article deeply analyzes the implementation path of smart environment and international Chinese teaching resources and platform construction, constructs a system framework for smart resource platform construction, and finally discusses the development trend of international Chinese teaching in a smart environment. Discussions were conducted in order to provide a reference for the intelligent upgrading and transformation of international Chinese education.

As a new type of trade trend, digital trade has been triggering profound changes in global production chains, supply chains, and value chains. As two major economies, the analysis on the development scale of digital trade between China and Germany is not only conducive to promoting the cooperation of digital trade between the two countries but also conducive to promoting the high-quality development of China's digital trade. Based on the OECD-WTO conceptual framework and indicator system, this article uses the e-commerce data of cross-border goods and the data of digital service trade to measure the scale of "digitally-ordered trade—digitally-delivered trade" between China and Germany. This article also analyzes the development of digital trade between Germany and China, draws on the advantages of Germany's digital trade , and puts forward countermeasures for China's digital trade development based on the development trend of global digital trade.

The youth from Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, as the main body of science and technology innovation, is the core driving force for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to become an international innovation and entrepreneurship base. Based on the TPB, this paper analyzes the mediating effects of entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control, and establishes a structural equation model, to explore the mechanism and path of the impact of the entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial will of the youth in the bay area. This paper finds that these three dimensions of the TPB play multiple mediating roles in the path of the impact of the entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial will, and it has a completely mediating effect, that is, the entrepreneurial environment influences the entrepreneurial will by influencing personal attitude, perceptual behavior control and subjective norm. Therefore, in the future, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area government should enhance the entrepreneurship willingness of the young people in the three places through preferential policies for starting businesses, open channels for innovation and business start-up information, and deepening the openness and innovation of the institutional mechanism of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

Research on the Integration of Ideology, Political Courses into the Teaching Reform of "Industrial Economics"
