This is the basic content of social subject research methods, and also an important principle that must be followed by the subject category in ideology and politics education in colleges and universities. From the perspective of social subject research methods, the internal examination of the thought and politics education activities in colleges and universities should include three basic dimensions: adhering to examine the ideological and political moral construction activities via communicative practice, adhering to the principle of "all members, whole process and all dimensions (three-all principle)" to examine the "macro ideological and political" education concept, and adhering to the examination of the innovation of the ideology and politics education method system in higher education for the promotion of students’ subjectivity.

The paper tries to demonstrate the hypothesis that the Enlightenment epistemology is the unity of the constructivist theory of knowledge—that developed the transcendental conditions of knowing—and the ethical maximalism of the categorical imperative. Actually, the ethical maximalism was conceived of and is conceivable only in tandem with and as a result of the epistemological constructivism that alone enables the responsibility without which the ethical stakes remain an exterior normative speculation. The unity supported the development of the concept of critique as autonomous use of reason, of education of the critical spirit, and of public presence of critiques. Surveying Kant’s What is Enlightenment and Contest of Faculties, the concepts and the logic related to the critical spirit are described, as well as their interpretations mainly by Foucault. The radical character of Enlightenment is given not by its liberal political theories but just by the above mentioned unity. With Enlightenment, criticism became more than the critique of empirical facts and abstract theories: it became a transcendental method uniting the conditions of every type of criticism and advancing the logic of self-criticism and moral construction.

In recent years, with the development of "guiding outline of Ideological and political construction of college curriculum" and "five focuses", the ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities has become more and more important. With the development of the strategy of "Ideological and political education of curriculum", the infiltration of traditional culture into the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities has become the focus of the school and society. From the perspective of culture itself, Chinese excellent traditional culture is a vivid teaching material for college students' patriotism education, an important resource to cultivate socialist core values, and an important source to nourish socialist moral construction. Therefore, in the context of the new era, college teachers should base on the actual development of students, grasp the connotation of the times, optimize the curriculum system, wake up the students' sense of cultural identity and belonging, and truly implement the fundamental task of "moral education".

In this article, we examine illness narratives to illuminate the discursive work that patients undertake to construct themselves as “good” and adherent. Biographical narrative interviews were undertaken with 17 patients receiving anticoagulation for stroke prevention in atrial fibrillation, from five English hospitals (May 2016–June 2017). Through pluralistic narrative analysis, we highlight the discursive tensions narrators face when sharing accounts of their medicine-taking. They undertake challenging linguistic and performative work to reconcile apparently paradoxical positions. We show how the adherent patient is co-constructed through dialogue at the intersection of discourses including authority of doctors, personal responsibility for health, scarcity of resources, and deservingness. We conclude that the notion of medication adherence places a hidden moral and discursive burden of treatment on patients which they must negotiate when invited into conversations about their medications. This discursive work reveals, constitutes, and upholds medicine-taking as a profoundly moral practice.
