Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat, sarana dan prasarana pendidikan pun harus mengikutinya, salah satunya dengan media komputerisasi yaitu internet. Dengan internet dimana siswa maupun guru dapat mengakses ilmu pengetahuan dan informasi kapan saja dan dimana saja. Banyak sekali manfaat dari internet. Salah satunya adalah pembuatan sistem berbasis web, sistem ini akan menampilkan informasi mengenai hal-hal sesuai dengan apa yang dikehendaki oleh pembuat. Website merupakan halaman situs sistem informasi yang dapat diakses secara cepat. website ini didasari adanya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Melalui perkembangan teknologi informasi, tercipta jaringan antar komputer yang saling berkaitan. Jaringan yang dikenal dengan istilah internet secara terus-menerus menjadi pesan-pesan elektronik, termasuk e-mail, transmisi file, dan komunikasi dua arah antar individu atau komputer. Model View Controller atau MVC adalah sebuah metode untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi dengan memisahkan data (Model) dari tampilan (View) dan cara bagaiman memprosesnya (Controller). Dalam implementasinya kebanyakan Framework dalam aplikasi website adalah berbasis arsitektur MVC.

Identifying the causes which may potentially generate high financial damage was the goal of our research. To reach this goal, we conducted a case study on a system in the field of education. We studied the software defects of this system over several months and classified them based on two classification concepts: the EVOLIS and their severity. These defects prevent any essential operation or activity to be conducted through the concerned system or other systems connected to it. In fact, the occurrence of these failures causes a double financial cost to organizations: one in fixing them and the other one because of the unavailability of the system or systems. We targeted three types of software defects as sources of these failures. We conducted this study by classifying 665 software defects of a school management system and we found that the top two trigger groups are the technology and the IS architecture groups. This result led us to propose a method to identify the origins of severe software defects.

Schools are social agents to diffuse merits of technology. The uses of technology foster professional development. Schools have started to make tendencies towards digitalization. Especially learning and teaching contexts become technology supported. In this respect, school infrastructure and learning resources have changed. Teachers play a great role to adopt new changes in learning teaching process to the new generation. This makes innovation in schools to use new technologies and applications for better education practices. This research study aims to create awareness on Edmodo model to teachers and develop their skills on new learning contents for establishing more digitalized school at the secondary education level and analyze the uses of blockchain in school management. The research study was conducted with 21 volunteer teachers working at the secondary level that they get training on the use of Edmodo Content Management System. Case study through action research was done in this research study that self-report was used to gain experiences of teachers. By this way, educational online environment was created for teachers for the uses of learning-teaching process. Research results revealed that teachers enhance their skills and knowledge about the use of the Edmodo content management system increased compared to the pre-seminar. In addition, they gained online collaboration and research skills. This practice created the culture of technology based innovation for their schools.

This research create an application for monitoring the presence of teachers when carrying out teaching activities in real time at Khadijah High School Surabaya. The method that will be used in making this application is to use the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. The RAD method is an application development process based on prototyping, iteration, and repeated feedback. That way the applications that are made can be developed and repaired quickly and are in accordance with the needs and developments of the super-fast digital world. Theprocess of testing this application is carried out by simulating the teaching and learning process carried out by the teacher and monitored directly by the principal in real time. Smart school management system application as a realtime monitoring of teacher attendance using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method at SMA Khadijah Surabaya. The results of this study are very useful for school principals to monitor teachers in teaching and learning activities at Khadijah High School Surabaya and also make it easier for teachers to make attendance at teaching and learning activities every time.
