The aim of the research is to identify and quantify the direct sustainable effects resulting from the improved road infrastructure in the local urban-port transport system. This case study considers the city port of Szczecin (Poland). The effects are identified for the local road transport system by comparing freight road transport performance in two options: with the investment and without the investment. The sustainable effects are quantified in terms of money and physical units. Sustainable economic, social, and environmental effects concern generalized freight road transport cost, i.e., truck operating costs and costs of truck drivers’ working time, as well as freight transit time, energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, and environmental savings. To capture effects, the forecast of truck traffic demand, as well as unit vehicle operating costs, values of time, and air pollution and climate change, values are elaborated and revealed in freight road transport. The investigations show that the primary effect of investment is the reduced traffic congestion, which enhance the velocity of trucks in the transport system. The increased trucks′ speed affect freight road traffic performance, time of delivery, and environmental externalities.

This research was aimed at investigating the information about the use of the Student Worksheet (LKPD) the results of reconstruction about the involvement and mastery of students' concepts in the material of human excretion system. Reconstruction of student worksheets was done because the previous research shows analysis results the component of diagram vee in the eksperiment  students worksheet is low. Whereas, the diagram Vee's rubric is usually used for developing eksperiment  students worksheet. This research is a descriptive research. The subject of the research are 28 students of grade XI IPA in senior high school Bandung. The instrument that used is the rubric of component of diagram Vee's existence, observation worksheet in students engagement and test of mastering concept that consist is multiple choice. The result of the research shows : (1) students engagement in the class is about 79,17%; (2) students' mastery of concepts based on categories is good, 96.43% of students achieve maximum completeness criteria (KKM), and an average N-gain of 0.72. This showed the influence of use reconstruction  of student worksheets on the student engagement and mastery of student concepts.

Abstract The article is devoted to solving the urgent task of increasing the efficiency of air distribution by swirled-compact air jets to ensure the normative parameters of indoor air. The dynamic parameters of the swirled-compact air jet during its leakage in the alternating mode and the formation of a dynamic indoor climate in the room are determined. For improvement of comfortable conditions in the room and design of energy saving circuits of air distribution it is suggested to use swirled-compact air jets, which flow from the inflow and exhaust heat recuperators with heat recovery of the exhaust air. An energy audit of the ventilation system reconstruction with a recuperator using was carried out. The method of taking into account the fact of application of several measures, which cannot be carried out simultaneously, and discount rate dynamics is proposed.

Background: While breast cancer among women in general has been well studied, little is known about breast cancer in sexual minority women (SMW). Aside from being at an increased risk for development of, and mortality from, breast cancer compared to their heterosexual counterparts, there is a growing collection of literature that suggests that SMW experience breast cancer differently to heterosexual women. Methods: Qualitative study of both straight and lesbian women with a diagnosis of breast cancer. Focus groups were conducted to assess straight and SMW experiences pertaining to perceived barriers, resources/support from partners as well as attitudes pertaining to breast reconstruction. Results: A sample of 15 participants (10 straight and 5 lesbian women) were included in the present study. Focus group themes focused on support, wishes for support, satisfaction with inclusion of partner, fear, perceived discrimination, quality of life, body image, treatment delay, financial concern, frustration with the system, reconstruction, access to information, and attitudes towards cancer diagnosis. A majority of women in both groups chose to undergo breast reconstruction. Conclusion: In our study, SMW experienced their breast cancer treatment through a uniquely supportive and positive lens, often with higher relationship satisfaction and better self-image when compared to straight women.

The paper presents the methodology of the analysis of the cooling system reconstruction in a food cold store under the regulations applicable from the beginning of 2020. They result from the so-called the F-Gas Act concerns the use of refrigerants with a low environmental impact. First, the elements of the existing regulations on the use of refrigerants were discussed. This part of article focus mainly on the F-Gas Act and the regulations it entails. Then, the refrigerants used so far in refrigeration systems were compared with substitutes, which were the only ones that have been approved for use since 2020, thanks to the low GWP index. Their properties are briefly described, along with the benefits (primarily for the environment) of their use. The main part of the work is the analysis of the reconstruction of the cooling system to use an alternative refrigerant. During the work, the construction of the cold storage was analyzed together with the system currently working in analysed location. Then, the heat balance was calculated, thanks to which it was possible to determine the demand for cold. Than, several refrigerants that meet the latest standards and application regulations were selected. Their operating parameters were examined, the possible variants of use were compared in relation to the determined demand for cooling and the most important operational features were summarized.

The urgency for criminal justice system reconstruction of the corruption is given the legal gap in eradicating corruption law if it is only carried out by the Regional Corruption Court, which is domiciled in the Capital Province. Because the Corruption Court’s working area is so broad, it is because many corruption cases to be tried, it will also require large fees and a large number of judges, and ideally, it will take a long time in the process of examining. Meanwhile, on the other hand, there is an obligation for the corruption case settlement by the Corruption Court to be carried out quickly, simply and at low cost. This paper’s problems are: (a) Why is it important to reconstruct the Corruption Criminal Justice System? (b) What is the ideal construction of the Corruption Criminal Justice System to support national development in Indonesia? The research method is qualitative with juridical normative and sociological approaches, especially in collecting primary data to reconstruct the corruption criminal justice system. This research shows that the ideal construction of the corruption court system is to support National Development, namely the relative competence of the Regional Corruption Court, which is not limited by the administrative area of a province. The Republic of Indonesia’s administrative area consists of various Provinces and Regencies/Cities. In these conditions, ideally, the relative competence of a Corruption Court can also examine corruption cases in districts/cities close to the Corruption Court, even though they are located in a different province from the domicile of a Corruption Court.

In the present paper, an optimization model of the ecological water replenishment quantity of Boluo Lake wetland was constructed for ecological water replenishment in the Boluo Lake National Nature Reserve based on the interval two-stage stochastic programming (ITSP) method, which scientifically allocates the ecological water resources and enhances the utilization of flood resources in order to meet the minimum ecological water replenishment quantity requirement to meet the local economic and social water demand, to restore the wetland function of the reserve, and to improve the ecological environment. In addition, it considers the ecological service value of the reserve in order to achieve a shared increase in the ecological and economic benefits. The optimization model of the ecological water replenishment of Boluo Lake wetland considered the minimum ecological water replenishment as the objective function, while the water diversion capacity, water supply capacity, water diversion sequence, functional area, and ecological service value of the Lake bubble were utilized as constraints in order to restore the ecosystem function of the Boluo Lake National Nature Reserve. The results from the model revealed that the amount of ecological water replenishment was significantly reduced after optimization simulation, with the maximum reduction range in the ecological water replenishment being −100.00% and −74.58%. In addition, the total amount of flood diversion was significantly increased, and the flood resources could be fully utilized. Moreover, the recovery effect on the lake and pond functional areas was significant and compared much better to that prior to the ecological water replenishment, which was up to 2300.00% and 1987.59%. The ecological service value also increased significantly, and the rate of this increase was as high as 23.90% and 21.58%. In the present study, an optimization model was constructed for the ecological water replenishment of the Boluo Lake wetland supplement project based on the interval two-stage stochastic programming method, which would achieve the entire scope of ecological and economic benefits of the ecological water replenishment project by realizing the ecological system reconstruction and providing a feasible and reliable plan to the decision-makers.
