Work is a necessity and routine for everyone. In doing ordinary work there are agencies where someone works. One of the workplaces is ConocoPhilips Suban. The existing work is to secure the goods in each wellies. Currently in the process of monitoring existing goods in the ConocoPililips Suban willes is still being done conventionally, especially the situation report for each wellies owned. For this reason, in this study the development of software used to monitor and manage the willes guarding schedule and find out the identity of anyone on duty in order to improve the performance of the members of guard. The software development used in this study is the waterfall model. Waterfall is a structured software development method with five stages namely communication, planning, modeling, construction and deployment. The results of the research are monitoring wellies software with three types of users, namely admin, patrol officer, guard officer. The software also has a menu in the form of data management officers, wellies, goods, and reports. The software has two types of display interfaces namely web-based used for admin type users and mobile interfaces used for officer type users. The results also showed that the software was able to monitor goods in each wellies so that the reporting carried out had good accuracy values.   Abstrak: Pekerjaan merupakan kebutuhan dan rutinitas septiap orang. Dalam melakukan pekerjaan biasaya terdapat instansi tempat seseorang bekerja. Salah satu tempat kerja yang adalah ConocoPhilips Suban. Pekerjaan yang ada yaitu melakukan pengamanan barang yang ada pada setiap wellies. Saat ini dalam proses monitoring barang yang ada pada  willes ConocoPhilips Suban masih dilakukan secara konvensional terutama laporan keadaan untuk setiap wellies yang dimiliki. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk monitoring dan mengatur jadwal penjagaan willes serta mengetahui identias siapa saja yang bertugas agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja para anggota penjagaan. Pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah waterfall model. Waterfall merupakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang terstruktur dengan lima tahapan yaitu komunikasi, perencanaan, pemodelan, konstruksi dan deployment. Hasi dari penelitian berupa perangkat lunak monitoring wellies dengan tiga jenis pengguna yaitu admin, petugas patroli, petugas jaga. Perangkat lunak juga memiliki menu berupa pengelolaan data petugas, wellies, barang, dan laporan. Perangkat lunak memiliki dua jenis tampilan antarmuka yaitu berbasis web yang digunakan untuk pengguna jenis admin dan antarmuka mobile yang digunakan untuk pengguna jenis petugas. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa perangkat lunak mampu untuk melakukan monitoring barang pada setiap wellies sehingga pelaporan yang dilakukan memiliki nila akurasi yang baik.

Prior to the modern era of active shooter events, the standard training for patrol officers responding to an ongoing shooting event required the responding patrol officer(s) to contain the shooter in the building where the attack was occurring, control access to the location, attempt to communicate with the shooter, and call the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team. Recently, research has been undertaken to empirically examine different law enforcement response options. This article details one such experiment. The article details a tactic known as the peek. Utilizing an experimental design, we present findings regarding the peek room entry technique.

This research aims to explain and describe the communication role of the Directorate of Samapta Bhayangkara Police of Central Kalimantan region (Ditsabhara Polda Kalteng) in the improvement of Dialogical patrol in the city Palangka Raya. The research methods used are qualitative, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources in this research are members of Subditgasum Ditsabhara Polda Kalteng and some of the communities in the city of Palangka Raya. Based on the research of Communication role of Directorate Samapta Bhayangkara Police of Central Kalimantan region (Ditsabhara Polda Kalteng) in the improvement of Dialogical patrol in the city Palangka Raya is good enough, but the response from the community in Provide information still not good. Researchers have indicated that the Directorate of Samapta Bhayangkara Polda Kalteng in this matter through Subdit Gasum as a patrol officer has been doing its role in patrolling as a preventive effort and minimize the disturbance of the Kamtibmas well. However, in the implementation of police patrol tasks get barriers from the community in the form of lack of responses and information provided by the community itself to support the situation of the environment that remains conducive.

The current state of the public atmosphere, the deteriorating criminogenic situation in the country on the basis of sharp political, social changes, complicated by military-armed conflict, anti-terrorist operations, aggravates the actualization of the problem of ensuring and protecting of human rights for life and health in general and certain social groups. Such a tense situation in the society exacerbates the regime of work of law enforcement agencies, among which the greatest burden falls on the patrol police of Ukraine, who, in the performance of their functional duties, directly comes into contact with the society, quickly responding to the offenses, stopping them. The article found that the issue of personal security of the police patrol police is a public issue, since the level of the law, order, stability, the security of individual citizens, society, and state depends on the effectiveness of patrol police activity. Like any working citizen, a police patrol officer is entitled to safe working conditions and occupational safety. The article establishes the need to improve the modern system of personal security of patrol officers in Ukraine by developing programs of psychological and physical training in action in specific situations, especially in extreme situations, to strengthen psychological skills, communication skills, and to develop psychological readiness to act in a certain way in certain real-life circumstances. Legislative personal security requires certain rules and safeguards for the patrol officer to provide a certain level of protection against the danger that threatens him in the course of his duties. However, the practice shows that the guarantees provided are insufficient, leading to an increase in the number of injured patrol officers in the course of their duty. The very specificity of the professional patrol officer’s professional service is in its danger, so the state must provide the highest possible level of protection, while also applying international experience. Forest is a natural ecosystem that plays an important role in human life. Unfortunately, due to the exploitation of the forest wealth, the forest ecosystem becomes increasingly diminished. One of the most significant forest damages caused by illegal logging. In some cases, sometimes the information about log harvest that obtained from the logging area always has a discrepancy. To reduce the cunning which is done by the perpetrators, however, a system that can track and monitor the log position from a remote area is needed. This system using APC220 as a WSN using Star topology, embed with RFID reader and Arduino Uno. By designing a log data structure, the tracking and monitoring log is possible to build. This system was testing by three scenarios. The log data structure can be interpreted 100% by the system. According to the resulting test, it can be concluded that this system can track down the position of the log, and inform the forest patrol officer the predictable place where the log is missing.
