This research aims to explain and describe the communication role of the Directorate of Samapta Bhayangkara Police of Central Kalimantan region (Ditsabhara Polda Kalteng) in the improvement of Dialogical patrol in the city Palangka Raya. The research methods used are qualitative, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources in this research are members of Subditgasum Ditsabhara Polda Kalteng and some of the communities in the city of Palangka Raya. Based on the research of Communication role of Directorate Samapta Bhayangkara Police of Central Kalimantan region (Ditsabhara Polda Kalteng) in the improvement of Dialogical patrol in the city Palangka Raya is good enough, but the response from the community in Provide information still not good. Researchers have indicated that the Directorate of Samapta Bhayangkara Polda Kalteng in this matter through Subdit Gasum as a patrol officer has been doing its role in patrolling as a preventive effort and minimize the disturbance of the Kamtibmas well. However, in the implementation of police patrol tasks get barriers from the community in the form of lack of responses and information provided by the community itself to support the situation of the environment that remains conducive.

This study aims to analyze the role of BMT “Amanah Ummah” in empower the small traders. The research methods used in this research was case study qualitative method, using data collection techniques performed with conductive interviews and direct observation with the object of research. The result of this study indicate that BMT has been instrumental in increasing the business of small traders in Karah market. The business improvement from the small traders can be seen from the business turnover, business asset, business income and the stability of their business. The member of BMT in Karah market, on average has increased their business seen from their business volume, increasing of daily inventory such asequipment used for trade and revenues of their business income.

Panitia Pengawas Pemilu atau biasa disebut Panwaslu merupakan salah satu penyelenggara Pemilu yang memiliki tugas dan kewenangan untuk mengawasi pemilu, pada penyelenggaraan pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur di Banten 2017. Panwaslu Kota Tangerang sebagai salah satu penyelenggara pemilu memiliki tugas dan wewenang untuk mengawasi jalannya pemilihan diwilayah Kota Tangerang. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran Panwaslu Kota Tangerang dalam Pengawasan Pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Banten 2017. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan juga studi dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Panwaslu Kota Tangerang dalam pengawasan pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Banten 2017 telah melakukan tugasnya sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, namun dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya mengalami memiliki hambatan. Panwaslu mengawasi KPU, peserta pemilu dan pemilih dengan cara mengikuti setiap tahapan pemilihan yang ada dan juga Panwaslu memiliki lembar laporan yang akan menjadi acuan dalam melakukan segala tindakan atau memberikan rekomendasi kepada KPU. selain itu juga panwaslu mengawasi pemilih, dalam mengawasi pemilih itu sendiri seperti mengawasi daripada netralitas Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Panwaslu juga mengingatkan serta memberikan peringatan terhadap ASN terlebih dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya netralitas ASN dalam pemilu, namun yang terjadi masih saja ditemukan pelanggaran yang dilakukan dan Panwaslu hanya dapat memberikan surat peringatan atau melakukan pemanggilan namun tidak dilakukan sanksi apapun terhadap pelanggar tersebut. The Election Oversight Committee or commonly called Panwaslu is one of the organizers of the Election who has the duty and authority to oversee the election, in organizing the election of Governor and Deputy Governor in Banten 2017. The Tangerang City Election Supervisory Committee as one of the election organizers has the duty and authority to oversee the election in the City Tangerang. The purpose of this research was to describe the role of Tangerang City Panwaslu in Supervising the Election of Banten Governor and Deputy Governor of 2017. The approach used in this study was descriptive qualitative research using data collection techniques in the form of interviews and document studies. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Panwaslu of the City of Tangerang in the supervision of the election of the Governor of Banten and Deputy Governor of 2017 has carried out their duties in accordance with the laws and regulations, but in carrying out their duties they have obstacles. The Election Supervisory Committee oversees the KPU, election participants and voters by following each election stage and Panwaslu has a report sheet that will become a reference in taking all actions or providing recommendations to the KPU. besides that the Election Supervisory Committee oversees the voters, in overseeing the voters themselves such as overseeing the neutrality of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Panwaslu also reminded and warned against ASN especially by providing socialization on the importance of ASN neutrality in elections, but violations were committed. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

Statistical and administrative agencies often collect information on related parameters. Discrepancies between estimates from distinct data sources can arise due to differences in definitions, reference periods, and data collection protocols. Integrating statistical data with administrative data is appealing for saving data collection costs, reducing respondent burden, and improving the coherence of estimates produced by statistical and administrative agencies. Model based techniques, such as small area estimation and measurement error models, for combining multiple data sources have benefits of transparency, reproducibility, and the ability to provide an estimated uncertainty. Issues associated with integrating statistical data with administrative data are discussed in the context of data from Namibia. The national statistical agency in Namibia produces estimates of crop area using data from probability samples. Simultaneously, the Namibia Ministry of Agriculture, Water, and Forestry obtains crop area estimates through extension programs. We illustrate the use of a structural measurement error model for the purpose of synthesizing the administrative and survey data to form a unified estimate of crop area. Limitations on the available data preclude us from conducting a genuine, thorough application. Nonetheless, our illustration of methodology holds potential use for a general practitioner.

This research is an attempt to know the courtesy reading the Quran in the book of At-Tibyan fi Adabi Hamalatil Quran by Imam Nawawi. The question that is to be answered through this study is (1) how the courtesy to read Al-Quran in the book At-Tibyan, (2) How does the relevance of courtesy to read the Qur'an in the book of At-Tibyan in contemporary times? The research methods use library research. This study is conducted using data collection techniques by conducting observations on certain sources, seeking, studying books, articles, journals, theses or others related to this study. Data collection is divided into two sources, namely primary and secondary data. Then the data are analyzed using descriptive and contextual methods. The results show that courtesy reading the Quran in the book of At-Tibyan fi Adabi Hamalatil Quran includes: Solemn, sincere, ethical, clean and holy State, facing the Qibla, start with Ta'awudz. While the relevance of courtesy reading the Quran in the book of At-Tibyan fi Adabi Hamalatil Quran with the context of contemporary can be a solution in improving the manners of interacting with the Quran, especially in the face of today's characteristics or contemporary.

The City

The high rate of divorce, especially in West Sumatra, is an important note for religious extension workers to increase their role and quality in providing counseling. Therefore, fast and progressive action is needed to overcome this. Another phenomenon revealed from the above data is that the divorce case is dominated by the wife's lawsuit. Therefore, it takes the role of religious counselors at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) to increase family resilience. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of religious instructors in increasing family resilience in the city of Padang from physical, social, and psychological aspects. Data collection techniques used interviews and were analyzed with the Miles and Huberman models following the stages of data reduction, data display, conclusion. The role of religious counselors in increasing family resilience has been carried out quite well, although not yet maximized because the raw materials are not yet available, the methods used are only advice and lectures and have not been evaluated continuously.

This article aims to describe the leadership strategies of village guardian at PandaiSikek village and society’s participation in achieving village achievement at national level in 2014. The approach from this research is descriptive with qualitative research type. Data collection was done through interview and documentation in the form of interview guides, cell phones, and notebooks. The informants of this research were village guardian, staffs of village guardian, jorong guardian, customary figures, chairman of KAN, chairman of Bamus, chairman of LPM, BundoKanduang, chairman of youth and society at PandaiSikek village. Next, the triangulation data sources is the valid testing technique of data and the last data analysis techniques which are used by using data collection, data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of research indicate that the strategies which are used by village guardian of PandaiSikek village for the first is cooperating with the set and high institutions of village in making decisions by ways of deliberation and consensus; second, involving society in every activity by spreading the invitation formally; third, motivating society to improve the quality of human resources by conducting useful training; and fourth, improving communication among jorong society by creating events which can improve communication in society.Meanwhile,the society’s roles of PandaiSikek village in reaching village achievement are : first, participating in the development process by cooperating and working together; second, following village’s activities by attending known activities through formal invitation; third, taking part in the training which was held by becoming part of the training and fourth, establishing good communication among the society by following the events held by village. Nagari Berprestasi : Strategi Kepemimpinan Wali Nagari dan Peran Masyarakat di Nagari Pandai Sikek PUTRIA ANJELA[1] Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan FIS Universitas Negeri Padang Email: [email protected] Abstrak Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi kepemimpinan Wali Nagari Nagari Pandai Sikek dan peran serta masyarakat dalam meraih nagari berprestasi di tingkat nasional tahun 2014.Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi melalui alat pengumpulan data berupa pedoman wawancara, handphone serta buku catatan. Kemudian Informan penelitiannya adalah Wali Nagari, Staf-Staf Wali Nagari, Wali Jorong, Tokoh Adat, Ketua KAN, Ketua Bamus, Ketua LPM, Bundo Kanduang, Ketua Pemuda dan Masyarakat Nagari Pandai Sikek. Selanjutnya teknik pengujian keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data dan yang terakhir teknik analisis data dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi-strategi yang digunakan oleh Wali Nagari Pandai Sikek yaitu pertama, bekerjasama dengan perangkat dan lembaga tinggi nagari dalam mengambil keputusan dengan cara musyawarah dan mufakat; kedua, melibatkan masyarakat dalam setiap kegiatan nagari dengan cara menyebarkan undangan secara resmi; ketiga, memotivasi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM dengan cara mengadakan pelatihan-pelatihan yang bermanfaat; dankeempat, meningkatkan komunikasi antar masyarakat jorong dengan cara membuat acara yang dapat meningkatkan komunikasi masyarakat. Adapun peran serta masyarakat Nagari Pandai Sikek dalam meraih nagari berprestasi adalah: pertama, berpartisipasi dalam proses pembangunan dengan cara bekerjasama dan bergotong royong; kedua, mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan Nagari dengan cara menghadiri kegiatan yang sudah diketahui melalui undangan resmi; ketiga,mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan yang diadakan dengan cara menjadi bagian dari pelatihan tersebut dan keempat, menjalin komunikasi yang baik sesame masyarakat dengan cara mengikuti acara-acara yang diadakan oleh nagari. The article discusses the place and role of the formation of a specific type of individual residential development on the structure of the city of Osh. Research methods and the possibilities of their application in architectural and urban planning practice are considered. The problems of the state of individual residential development are discussed. The author proposes the use of modern methods of maintaining the protection of an architectural monument. Within the framework of “museumification, restoration, and renovation, it is proposed to take into account the influences of cultural and historical features of residential development in the formation of urban planning documentation and the general plan.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the implementation of the UPPKS program, the role of UPPKS cadres, the supporting components of the UPPKS program and obstacles in family economic empowerment activities through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village, Saradan, Madiun. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data uses source triangulation. The results show, (1) The implementation of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village runs quite well in savings and loan activities. (2) The role of UPPKS cadres in Sukorejo Village is as facilitators in conveying what their members want to the UPPKS program organizers. (3) Supporting components in the implementation of UPPKS activities in Sukorejo Village are Village Village, Saradan PLKB, and BKKBN. (4) Obstacles in the process of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village, namely the existence of members who are less active in the activities of UPPKS groups and members who move domiciles, so that UPPKS members are reduced.</em></p>

The research aims to understand how much the influence of work discipline has on employee productivity from Prudential City Palangka Raya employees. The research methods used in this study are quantitative research methods. Data collection in the form of observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the correlation analysis of the product moment according to Sugiyono (2012:212). The results concluded that the work discipline of Prudential insurance employees in the city of Palangka Raya is still lacking and not as expected. Judging from employees often come late, the salary received is improper, lack of appreciation, absence of written sanctions and lack of immediacy as Co-Office. Working discipline is very positive and significant towards the work productivity of insurance employees in the city Palangka Raya. From the results obtained by using the product correlation formula when the value is Rxy 0.995948.
