With the development of the Internet, social network platforms (SNPs) have become the most common channel for image sharing. As a result, transmitting stego images in the public channels gives steganographers the best opportunity to transmit secret messages with behavioral security preserved. However, the SNPs typically compress uploaded images and damage the weak signal of steganography. In this study, a robust JPEG steganographic scheme based on robustness measurement and cover block selection (CBSRS) is proposed. We first design a deep learning-based model to fit the blockwise change rate of coefficients after JPEG recompression. Then, a cover block selection strategy is proposed to improve the robustness by optimizing the joint distortion function of transmission costs and classic costs. Moreover, by embedding indicator of cover block selection in chrominance channels of JPEG images, a shareable cover construction scheme is designed to solve the problem of auxiliary information transmission. The experimental results show that our proposed framework improves robustness while maintaining statistical security. Comparing with state-of-the-art methods, the framework achieves better performance under given recompression channels.

The study is aims to provide the single author analysis evaluating the scientific contributions of Dubochet in chemistry, who is a recipient of the Nobel Prize in the field of Chemistry in 2017. He has published 97 publications with 5672 citations during his scientific career. Most of the publications have resulted in collaboration which accounts for 86. Biochemistry is one of his most favoured domain in which he has published 48 publications; most active collaborators are Stasiak, A with22 publications, Adrian, M13, Bednar, J11, Furrer, P10 publications. Journal articles are the most common channel of communication, where he published 65 publications of 97. His research picks top speed in the year 2009, where he has published nine publications, his H-index accounts for 43. Finally paper concluded that Dubochet J contribution in the field of “Cryo-electron microscopy” high-resolution structure determination of biomolecules in solution. The study is compiled to prove the Dubochet J as a source of information for upcoming researchers, fellow scientists in chemistry and Library and Information centres.

Abstract Introduction This research aimed to study the relationship between common channel length and urethral length in cloaca patients by different diagnostic modalities and the ability of common channel length to predict the urethral length. Materials and Methods The study was conducted on 30 cases of cloaca managed at Alexandria University Children Hospital and Cairo University Children Hospital from August 2018 to December 2019. Preoperative assessment included cystovaginoscopy and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) studies with a recording of common channel length and urethral length by each modality. Results There is substantial similarity between MRI and cystoscopy in measuring common channel length; 11 patients had common channel length 1 to 3 cm by cystoscopy. It is the same number by MRI measurement. Nineteen patients had common channel length 3 to 5 cm by cystoscopy and MRI. In total, 16 had urethral length <1.5 cm by MRI, while 14 patients with urethral length <1.5 cm by cystoscopy. However, there is a moderate negative correlation by MRI between common channel length and urethral length, while by cystovaginoscope, there is no significant correlation between common channel length and urethral length. Conclusion Applying MRI or cystoscopy in the preoperative assessment of cloaca cases is equivalent to measuring common channel length, not measuring urethral length. Besides that, the common channel length cannot predict the urethral length.

Persistent cloaca is a rare and severe variety of anorectal malformation, which is more common in females and includes a spectrum of abnormalities. The urinary tract, genital tract and rectum open into a common channel, which exteriorises as a single perineal opening. We are reporting a patient with a novel variation in the classical anatomy of the cloaca. The child has a short blind-ending colon with a cecovesical fistula associated with mullerian agenesis and lipomyelomeningocoele. The child is being managed in a stepwise approach and she has completed the anal reconstruction. Here, we discuss this novel variation in anatomy and challenges in its management.
