Quality human resources are a determining factor in improving the performance of a business organization. The performance of a business organization is largely determined by the performance of its employees, and this is the main reason for this research. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance. This research approach is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires in the field and secondary data obtained in finished form, has been collected and processed by other parties. The number of samples taken in this study were 74 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the variables of discipline, organizational culture and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. The results of this study indicate that the variables of discipline, organizational culture and work motivation are the determining variables in an effort to improve employee performance Keywords : Discipline, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and commitment to employee performance at the Education Office of Pematangsiantar City. This study used literature and field research designs. The research method used was the causality method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study was qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources consisted of primary data and secondary data. The population and sample used in this study were 81 permanent employees. The data collection was carried out by questionnaire, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analysis consisting of multiple linear regression, correlation test and determination and hypothesis tests. The results of this study concluded that the organizational culture, commitment and employee performance were good. Besides, the organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, and work motivation towards discipline work at SMK Mitra Karya Karawang. The primary data were derived from questionnaires and the secondary data were from school statistics. The population of the research was all college teachers in SMK Mitra Karya Karawang. The research method is: quantitative research that uses the survey method in question is to explain the causal influence or correlation which is commonly referred to as path analysis with the data analysis technique used in this research is SEM (structural equation modeling) lisrel 8.8. The respondents were 150 teachers of Mitra Karya Karawang Vocational School with a minimum service period of 1 year. The results show that organizational culture, anda work motivation together have a significant effect on work discipline. Partially organizational culture and work motivation have a significant positive effect on work discipline. The most work motivation is a powerful variable of influence on discipline work.

Employee performance is the work of an employee, a management process or an organization as a whole, where the results of the work must be demonstrated concretely and measurably (compared to predetermined standards). Factors suspected of affecting employee performance are leadership, motivation and organizational culture. This study aimed to explain the relationship between leadership, motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. A quantitative method was used with data collection in the form of a questionnaire and supported by secondary data in the form of interviews. Subjects in this study were permanent employees at PT X. Research subjects totaling 119 employees were sampled in this study. The analysis technique used was multiple regression path analysis. Leadership did not have a significant effect on employee performance while motivation and organizational culture did. Based on the results of this study, PT X is expected to maintain the condition of employees who already have high work motivation and good organizational culture, so that it will improve employee performance. The company is also expected to pay attention to providing training, especially leadership training, to improve employee leadership abilities or competencies, and rewards to each employee as a means of increasing employee performance. Abstrak: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on nurse motivation, the influence of organizational culture on nurse work motivation, Influence of leadership on nurse performance, the influence of organizational culture on the performance of nurse and The influence of  motivation on the nurses performance on RSUD  type C in the province of Riau. Type of research was selected is quantitative survey approach. The data used is primary data that collected from 79 nurses at two hospitals from two counties. Secondary data obtained from the author profile data Riau Health Service and source data from both hospitals. Data were analyzed using path analysis technique (Path Analysis). Based on the results of the study concluded that: 1) Leadership is not a significant effect on the motivation of nurses working with the calculation of a score of  0.154. and sig 0,104  2) Cultural organizations have a significant effect on the motivation of nurses working at 0.665 and sig 0,000.   3) Leadership is significant effect on the performance of nurses at  0,265 and sig 0,008   4) Cultural organizations have a significant effect on the performance of Nurses at 0.329 and sig 0,009.   5) Motivation significant effect on the performance of Nurses  at  0,273.   6) Indirect effect X1 on Y through X3 for ρx3x1. ρyx3 = (0.154). (0.273) = 0.042. So that the total effect of X1 on Y through X3 is equal to 0.042, and 7) Indirect effect X2 on Y through X3 for ρx3x2. ρyx3 = (0.665). (0.237) = 0.182. This study aims to determine the level of mathematical literacy skills in the integrated thematic book on the theme of saving creatures in grade 6 used by the students. This research approach is descriptive qualitative and the type of research is literature. Primary data sources are integrated thematic books on the theme of saving living beings in grade 6 and secondary data sources are references to support students' mathematical literacy abilities. The data processing technique is done by editing, organizing, and drawing conclusions. The data analysis technique used is the content analysis which aims to provide systematic and printed written information and discussion. The results showed that the mathematics literacy skills of students in grade 6 SD were at level one, two, and three. Level three explains that students can carry out procedures clearly, including procedures that require sequential decisions.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Region of Papua and West Papua Manokwari Area. This research is an associative study using quantitative data. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) in the Papua and West Papua Areas of the Manokwari Area. The sampling method uses simple random sampling with the number of respondents 67 employees. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that, both partially (t test) and simultaneously (F test), leadership style and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance. Adjusted R Square value of 0.495 shows that 49.5% of the variation in the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) in the Papua and West Papua Areas of Manokwari is influenced by leadership style and organizational culture.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian asosiatif. Ada beberapa variabel yang dihubungkan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder . Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dan data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh dari dokumen yang didapat dari PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar untuk mendukung penelitian. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan populasi dan sampel yang berjumlah sama, yaitu 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Cabang Daya Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. There are several variables that are linked in this study, namely the variable Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The analysis technique of this research uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression with the same population and sample, namely 31 people. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects employee performance, motivation affects employee performance and work discipline affects employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Daya Makassar Branch.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competence and  Organizational Trust on Employee Performance BLUD UPTD Inpatient Health Center Unit of Kebumen District Through Work Motivation. Data collection is done by questionnaire using saturated sample method. Respondents in this study were Non Civil Servants BLUD Employees in 8 Inpatient Health Centers who had worked over 1 year totaling 74 people.  The variables in this study are Competence, Organizational Trust in Performance through Work Motivation. The sampling technique used is the Non Probability Sampling technique. So the selection of sample members taking into account the conditions that have been set.  The data used in this study are primary data and secondary  data. The results of this study indicate that the Competency variable has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on  Work Motivation. Competence has a positive and not significanteffect on Performance. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on Performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect  on Performance.

Mitra Swalayan Kartasura is a private company engaged in the retail sector to fulfill basic needs. This  objective  is  to  address  the impact  of  satisfaction  on commitment to organizational commitment, to respond to the significance of the impact of the organization on employee performance, to indicate the significance of the impact of employee performance on satisfaction and whether the organization can mediate employee job satisfaction. This type of research uses the census method for Mitra Swalayan Kartasura employees. This research uses qualitative data and quantitative data. Meanwhile, the data source uses primary data and secondary data. The population is all employees of Mitra Swalayan Kartasura who assess 85 employees. The sample in this study were 85 employees with the census method. The data analysis technique used multiple regression test, t test, F test, indirect effect test, path analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction can have a positive and significant  effect  on  organizational  commitment,  there  is  no  positive  and significant influence between organizational commitment on employee performance, job satisfaction can have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and in this study it cannot prove that organizational commitment. mediate job satisfaction on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource accounting competence on employee performance with BUM Desa productivity as an intervening variable. Data collection was done through a questionnaire. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data sources and secondary data. The population in this study were all BUM Desa in Gianyar Regency. The sample in this research is BUM Desa in Gianyar Regency with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The test results show that human resource accounting competence has a positive effect on the productivity of BUM Desa in Gianyar Regency. The productivity of BUM Desa has a positive effect on employee performance at BUM Desa, Gianyar Regency. Human resource accounting competence has a positive effect on employee performance at BUM Desa Gianyar Regency. Human resource accounting competence has a positive effect on employee performance through productivity at BUM Desa, Gianyar Regency.
