Introduction. Currently, there are no widely available technologies and equipment available at service stations and repair facilities to accurately assess the technical condition of Common Rail battery fuel supply system injectors. The methods implemented in practice mainly give a generalized assessment of the nozzle performance without identifying a specific defect, which entails an unjustified replacement of still working parts of electrically controlled injectors. The purpose of this article is to familiarize a wide range of specialists with a new non-slip test method for injectors with electronic control based on the evaluation of their fuel supply characteristics, which allows identifying specific malfunctions of the nozzle during the procedure of diagnostic without disassembling. Materials and Methods. The study is based on a systematic analysis of the factory methods for testing injectors, a review of modern scientific publications, the use of computer simulation in specialized programs, and experimental testing of the obtained results. Results. A method for testing and evaluating the technical condition of diesel injectors based on the fuel supply characteristics has been developed and tested that can significantly increase the information content of the diagnostic and reduce the overall labor intensity of repairing electronically controlled injectors by 24%. Discussion and Conclusion. The authors have developed and tested a measurement module and a test procedure for diesel injectors with the ability to assess the technical condition of their parts, which allows identifying and eliminating specific malfunctions of injectors without disassembling them and avoid unjustified replacement of serviceable elements during repair. The results of the study have been implemented in the Bosch Diesel Service fuel equipment repair center of Bashdiesel LLC.

Relevance. The traditional practice of increasing production efficiency with a focus on technical reequipment and increase in the unit capacity of the equipment in operation, carried out without proper changes in the organization of production and for equipment repair service strategy leads to inefficient use of resources and loss of working time, which in turn affects the volume of output of the final product. Research aim is to select the optimal combination of planning strategies for mining equipment repair service. Research methodology includes the methods of structural and functional analysis, scientific generalization, and production experiment. Results. The advantages and disadvantages of planning repairs in the traditional system of planned preventive repairs and maintenance system based on technical diagnostics are presented. The main reasons for the increase in the number of emergency repairs are identified. The main components of effective preparation of repair impacts and methods for calculating the repair cycle on the example of an excavator fleet are given. The results obtained when considering the choice of strategy at one of the mining enterprises in the Urals are presented. Conclusions. To ensure the high performance of mining machinery and equipment during its operation, the effect can be obtained only by using the strategy of “condition-based” repair service with the use of technical diagnostics, condition monitoring of each unit, and repair actions planning that prevent sudden equipment failure.

PT. MRK Diagnostics is a company engaged in the health sector, especially the provider of medical laboratory equipment in Indonesia. Determination of technicians who are currently running to deal with damage to medical devices is still ineffective because the determination is still checking the availability of technicians manually, so that it will make handling the damage slower. Therefore we need a system that can assist in determining the person in charge technicians to repair the tool. So that in determining the person in charge, this technician will be able to be done precisely and quickly. The criteria used to determine PIC are expertise, discipline, communication and years of service. Each criterion has sub-criteria as well as predetermined weights and values. The decision support system to determine the person-in-charge technicians for medical device repair uses an exponential comparison method that generates a list of priority technicians to perform equipment repair based on calculated and compared values System testing is carried out on information systems experts and users using a questionnaire instrument. Based on expert information systems testing, this system is declared very feasible with a value of 91.7% of the results of system expert testing and 80% based on user testing.

The article proposes to consider the theoretical and methodological foundations of accounting and analysis of equipment overhaul costs. The study of the literature showed that it is necessary to develop recommendations for improving accounting and analysis in real situations at the enterprise. For equipment that needs repair abroad, the authors suggest not to sell it as non-working (scrap metal), but to export and repair it abroad. The procedure for accounting for equipment repair costs abroad is proposed. To improve the analysis of equipment overhaul costs, the authors proposed an algorithm for equipment overhaul cost analysis, which will provide a balanced and reasonable cost estimate. To obtain relevant information for this analysis, the authors have formed requirements for sources of information for financial and economic analysis of non-current assets. The developed proposals will allow companies to improve accounting and analysis of equipment overhaul costs, which in turn will lead to cost savings and strengthen the company's competitive position.

Research of the effectiveness of equipment repair work is of great practical and economic importance. This is confirmed by many publications devoted to monitoring and diagnostic tools for various equipment. This work is devoted to modeling the repair work of technological equipment for various purposes, operating under conditions of uncertainty and risk. The proposed study recommends a technology using an insurance fund that performs two functions: 1) accumulates payments at different intervals to carry out repair work: current, emergency, major; 2) pays for these works as necessary. Mathematical description of the organization of equipment repairs is proposed to be based on a random risk process, which in our case describes the state of the insurance fund. To model this process, it is proposed to use a simulation approach that involves creating a modeling program that creates sample values of a special type. These values are then processed in order to obtain indicators of the effectiveness of the repair work. As indicators, the resource-cost and financial risks are proposed for the assessment of which software has been created. Computational experiments using a modeling program made it possible to obtain estimates of the proposed risk indicators and to conclude that, in terms of their reduction, the frequency of payments to the insurance fund should be different, depending on the type of repair work. The introduction of an insurance fund, a description of its state by a random process, a mathematical description of risk indicators for assessing the effectiveness of repair work, the creation of a modeling program based on an event-based approach are the scientific novelty of this work.
