Abstract Entrepreneurship education can be said as an educational process that can be seen through the way parents educate and instill entrepreneurial values in children. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) entrepreneurial education applied by gadung chip business owners to their children, (2) entrepreneurial values instilled by gadung chips business owners to their children, (3) business regeneration of gadung chips business owners. This study uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The selection of informants used the purposive sampling method by looking at several criteria that were considered in selecting informants, namely the criteria for the first informant were parents who had a gadung chip business that had been passed down for 2 to 3 generations, the criteria for the second informant were teenagers who would continue the business. fake chips. The techniques used in collecting this data are observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation. To test the validity of the data, the data was checked by triangulation of sources to the informants' children. The results of the study are (1) The entrepreneurial values instilled by the gadung chip business owner are honesty, responsibility, discipline, hard work, courage. (2) Entrepreneurship education for the family of gadung chip owners is carried out by establishing closeness between parents and children, providing positive activities, creating a learning atmosphere, and parenting habits. (3) Entrepreneurship education by instilling entrepreneurial values in children produces results with evidence that children have been involved and helped develop the gadung chip business. Abstrak Pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat dikatakan sebagai suatu proses pendidikan yang dapat dilihat melalui cara orang tua dalam mendidik dan menanamkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan pada diri anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diterapkan oleh pemilik usaha keripik gadung kepada anaknya, (2) Nilai-nilai kewirausahaan yang ditanamkan oleh pemilik usaha keripik gadung kepada anaknya, (3) Regenerasi usaha pemilik usaha keripik gadung. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan fenomenologi. Pemilihan informan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan melihat beberapa kriteria yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam memilih informan, yaitu kriteria informan pertama adalah orang tua yang memiliki usaha keripik gadung yang sudah mengalami turun-temurun 2 sampai 3 generasi, kriteria informan kedua adalah anak remaja yang akan melanjutkan usaha keripik gadung. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data ini adalah teknik observasi, teknik wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menguji keabsahan data dilakukan pengecekan data dengan triangulasi sumber kepada anak informan. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) Nilai-nilai kewirausahaan yang ditanamkan pemilik usaha keripik gadung yaitu kejujuran, tanggung jawab, disiplin, kerja keras, keberanian. (2) Pendidikan kewirausahaan pada keluarga pemilik keripik gadung dilakukan dengan cara yaitu menjalin kedekatan antara orang tua dan anak, memberikan kesibukan positif, menciptakan suasana belajar, kebiasaan pola asuh orang tua. (3) Pendidikan kewirausahaan dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan kepada anak membuahkan hasil dengan bukti anak sudah ikut terlibat dan membantu mengembangkan usaha keripik gadung.

A business can be said to be achieve if it fulfills several criteria. Therefore, a study is needed to determine whether or not a business is suitable. One of the potential businesses was ornamental plants. Thus, this study aims to determine the income and feasibility in terms of R/C ratio of the ornamental plant business at Brother Farming. This research was conducted in April 2021 at Sukotirto, Badang Village, Ngoro, Jombang, East Java. Purposive sampling method was used as a method with the consideration that Brother Farming is an ornamental plant business that produces and manages ornamental plants independently. It was located in Badang, Ngoro, Jombang, East Java. The data analysis used in this research includes cost analysis, revenue analysis, income, and R/C ratio. This research obtained primary data, namely interview and documentation. Interview were conducted with business owner and workers. The results of this study indicates that the income earned in 2019 was Rp. 73.667.900 while in 2020 it was Rp. 97.676.900.Therefore, the value of business feasibility of the R/C Ratio  obtained in 2019 was 1,83 and 2,51 in 2020. As a result, the R/C ratio showed a number > 1, which means that the ornamental plant business at Brother Farming profitable and suitable to be developed.

The use of imperative sentences is very important especially in attracting customers for any business. Especially for the business in the tourism industry how to attract customers is very important. That is why this research is very important to be conducted therefore the people who have I have businesses in the tourism industries know how to attract people using the imperative sentences in their website. The research will divide the imperative sentences into rationalization, identification, giving advice, confirmation, compensation, projection, and a replacement found on the website of the hotels and resorts in the village of Kenderan. It is found out that the hotels and resorts in the Village use these sentences to attract more visitors to stay in their hotel or resort. So it is suggested that the business owner, especially the owner of the hotels and feel like in this village. Keep using imperative sentences on the other website to attract more customers. For example, the technique of rationalization is very useful to attract more customers because the customer feels that they can feel or they image in the situation that they will have if they stay in the resort.

Abstrak Saat ini pertumbuhan startup di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan yang pesat, setiap waktu selalu bermunculan startup baru. Sementara dalam hal aplikasi bergerak untuk perdagangan e-commerce masih memiliki tantangan dalam hal kemudahan pembayaran dan tingkat keamanan data yang masih perlu menjadi perhatian para pengembang aplikasi. Justru yang bertumbuh pesat adalah aplikasi informasi atau berita yang bertumbuh pesat seiring kebiasaan masyarakat menggunakan media sosial. Jasa cuci pakaian atau lebih populer dengan nama laundry, berkembang dengan pesat dikarenakan adanya pergeseran gaya hidup serta tuntutan kebutuhan ekonomi yang menyebabkan masyarakat semakin sibuk dengan tugas dan rutinitas. Dalam kondisi yang seperti ini, pebisnis mencoba mencari solusi untuk masyarakat yang semakin sibuk dengan kegiatan, pekerjaan, dan karir dengan menawarkan jasa lewat layanan laundry. Pelayanan Jemput Antar yang disediakan oleh pemilik usaha laundry saat ini masih menggunakan sistem offline, sistem tersebut masih tidak efektif karena sulit untuk dijangkau dan harus mengantarkan sendiri pakaian yang akan di laundry dan menjemput kembali setelah selesai. Komunikasi transaksi masih menggunakan via telepon antara pemilik usaha laundry dengan pelanggannya. Bisnis laundry sebagai bisnis yang berjalan di bidang jasa pun dirasa akan lebih mudah apabila memasukkan unsur teknologi dan informasi di dalamnya. Aplikasi startup Jemput Antar laundry berbasis online masih terbatas. Banyaknya usaha laundry yang menggunakan pelayanan jasa jemput antar untuk memudahkan pelanggan dalam pemesanan jasa laundry sehingga tidak akan menguras tenaga dan waktu pelanggan. Kata Kunci : android , Jasa berbasis teknologi, jasa kebersihan, Startup, web.   Abstract Currently the growth of startups in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development, every time a new startup always pops up. While in the case of mobile applications for e-commerce trading, there are still challenges in terms of ease of payment and the level of data security that still needs to be considered by application developers. It is precisely what grows rapidly that is the application of information or news that grows rapidly along with the community's habit of using social media. Washing clothes or more popularly known as laundry, is growing rapidly due to a shift in lifestyle and the demands of economic needs that cause people to be more busy with tasks and routines. In this condition, business people try to find solutions for people who are increasingly busy with activities, jobs, and careers by offering services through laundry services. Delivery service provided by the laundry business owner is currently still using the offline system, the system is still ineffective because it is difficult to reach and must deliver the clothes to be laundry and pick up after completion. Transaction communication still uses via telephone between the laundry business owner and his customers. Laundry business as a business that runs in the service sector is also considered to be easier if it incorporates elements of technology and information in it. The online shuttle Pickup startup application is still limited. The number of laundry businesses that use the shuttle service to facilitate customers in ordering laundry services so that it will not drain the energy and time of customers.
