SUDE model is a systematic sustainable use model based on the view of the whole life cycle of water resources. The analysis of the model water resources has been divided into four stages according to the state of motion water resourcesat different times in its life cycle, namely the water supply stage (“S”),water use phase (“U”),water collection,treatment anddrainage stage (“D”) and water return to natural ecological (ecology) environment for dilution, degradation stage (“E”).on the analysis above,SUDE theoretical model of water system has been built and corresponding evaluation index systemhas therefore been established. Then, we use entropy weight TOPSIS method to evaluate thesustainability of water resource during 2013∼2017 yearsin Wuhan, and finally the corresponding conclusions and suggestion have been drawn according to the result of evaluation in the paper.

Water footprint theory and method was used to estimate the water footprint of Changsha City in 2009-2012. Based on the estimate of the regional water footprint structure, efficiency indicators of regional water footprint, indicators of water resources sustainable utilization, the water resources utilization status and sustainability was analyzed in Changsha. The results showed that the water footprint and water self-sufficiency rate of Changsha City remained relatively stable in 2009-2012. There not the presence of external dependence of water resources. However, due to the acute annual changes in water resources, Changsha City is still in the imbalance risk of water supply and demand.

In order to evaluate regional water resources sustainable utilization, Twenty-six indexes evaluating system is established. On the basis of the fuzzy matter-element analysis and combined with the concept of Euclid approach degree. Through calculating entropy and euclid approach degree between the fuzzy matter-element and the standard (the best) fuzzy matter-element, it can achieves to development and utilization phase of regional water resources and its optimum order in Yinchuan city.

It is a kind of low cost and also low power sewage treatment pathway for using sewage in irrigation, one of effective action to protect the water resources sustainable utilization in town. Using sewage in irrigation is a way of reducing operating costs at Malong County. As the yellow soil permeability is low at Malone County and the penetration rate is 1m/d. What’s more, the quality sewage used in irrigation can meet the class A demands, so this article predicted that sewage irrigation will has less impact on the groundwater at Malone County. We can get analogy method and drew experimental plan according to different influence results of water quality, soil and groundwater of Malone County.
