Introduction: Sexual workers have been considered a core group for HIV and Sexual Transmission Diseases (STDs). Their risk is higher than women in the general population. As a developing country, Indonesia is no exception, where sexual transmission has become the main driver for the development of the epidemic in recent years. The survey result of Makassar's AIDS Eradication Commission in 2014 showed that the number of FSWs in Makassar increased. The high number of FSWs in Makassar affect the number of HIV/AIDS cases apparently. Method: This study used data from a rapid survey conducted by Makassar AIDS Eradication Commission in 2013. The survey was carried out to gain information about the sexual behaviour of FSWs in Makassar. The number of sample was 240 in which sampling was carried out using the C-Survey program system. A systematic questionnaire was used to gather data from FSWs, and data was analyzed by using STATA program. Result: Most of the FSWs in this study are aged between 36-40 years old (27.9%). For the last sexual intercourse, most of the FSWs offered a condom to their clients (85.0%). However, the number of clients who used a condom for intercourse was lower that is 77.5%. The main reason why clients refuse to use a condom is that they are uncomfortable. Conclusion: The awareness of FSWs to offer a condom is higher than the willingness of clients to use a condom consistently. Keywords: Sexual Behaviour; Condom Use; Female Sexual Workers; Makassar.

The experimental and calculated according to program systems GasCondOil, Aspen-HYSYS and PRO-II compositions of the gas — liquid phases (hydrocarbon and aqueous solutions) and their thermodynamic properties are compared, as well as the accuracy of technological calculations of field pipelines and natural gas and oil treatment processes. It is shown that some of the field technological processes, calculated by the program system GasCondOil, are not modeled on Aspen-HYSYS. Bibl. 16, Fig. 9, Tab. 15.

Abstract Introduction The Psychomotor Vigilance Task (PVT) is a measure of vigilant attention that is commonly used in laboratory environments to assess the neurobehavioral impact of sleep loss and circadian misalignment. The PVT has been increasing in popularity for use in field environments; however, the potential for distraction is higher in the field compared to the lab. It is unclear how distractions experienced by individuals taking the PVT in the real world may influence reaction time metrics. We investigated the influence of self-reported distraction on PVT outcomes across laboratory and field environments. Methods We examined PVT data from five studies including short (n=36 participants, 3799 PVTs) and long-haul (n=75 participants, 3282 PVTs) airline personnel, control center personnel (n=5 participants, 96 PVTs), and healthy individuals who participated in a study involving at-home and laboratory assessments (n=12 participants, 486 and 310 PVTs). Individuals in all of the studies were asked to complete the five-minute NASA PVT at least three times daily. Participants were asked to indicate the number of distractions they experienced immediately after each PVT. Mean PVT reaction time (RT) and number of distractions were computed for each study and overall. Results Participants reported more distractions in field environments compared to the lab (short-haul=1.29 +/- 1.48, long-haul=0.66 +/- 1.07, control-center=1.20 +/- 1.37, at-home=0.86 +/- 1.36, laboratory=0.46 +/- 1.07) Across all studies, we found that PVT RT slowed as self-reported distractions increased (all studies combined: 0 distractions=PVT RT 275.7ms; 1=285.0ms; 2=304.0ms; 3=322.9ms; >4=408.6ms). These findings were similar for healthy participants completing PVTs at home (0 distractions=286.4ms; 1=309.9ms; 2=328.3ms; 3=369.8ms; >4=385.1ms) but were less consistent during in-lab assessments (0 distractions=278.7ms; 1=316.2ms; 2=396.2ms; 3=370.4ms; >4=354.4ms). These findings were similar for other PVT outcomes. Conclusion Participants reported more distractions in field environments compared to the laboratory. Our findings suggest that the number of distractions that individuals report experiencing while taking a PVT increases the reaction time registered by the device. Researchers should collect information about distractions during the PVT and should be aware that distractions may influence the recorded PVT reaction time. Soon after implementing reforms to the tax-sharing system, the People’s Republic of China (PRC) implemented public budgeting reform, and thus formed a new kind of state governance system, the program system (PS). There are three categories of program expenditures available to local governments: “earmarked grants” from higher-level authorities; “non-grant program funds” from higher-level authorities; and program funds from same-level government departments. The convergence and reorganization of these three categories of program expenditure at the local level has, to a great extent, molded the fiscal structure of grassroots government in the PRC. The PS in essence does not mean discarding or surpassing the bureaucratic state system, rather, it is the active improvement and supplementing of the bureaucratic system by the state: a continuation and development of state regime construction. The overt purpose of the PS is to “solidify” budgetary constraints, while the underlying purpose is to enhance the government’s ability to respond to society. The two purposes present some tension in practice, as the rationalized and professionalized forms of governance that result do not necessarily enhance the ability to respond to public needs; in fact the reverse is quite possible.

In this work the research of heat-removing properties of areas of extended surfaces, for example, of finned and needle radiators for assessment of efficiency of distribution of a thermal field and heat extraction is described. Also the description of the carried-out computational modeling is provided in the Fluent processor of universal program system of the final and element analysis Ansys. The relevance of the selected subject is confirmed by the fact that one of the most important and difficult tasks arising when developing the electronic equipment is a withdrawal of heat generated by it. At a current steady trend in reduction of dimensions of electronic devices this problem does not disappear, and opposite, becomes more and more sharp, and that is stronger, than device high power less its physical volume, and not only the efficiency of heat extraction, but also dimensions and, of course, reliability of operation of electronic devices depends on constructions of heat-removing elements. In work the conclusion is drawn that for a solution of a complex problem of assessment of efficiency of the heat sink for the purpose of decrease in temperature of heatterminated element, it is necessary to use electrothermal analogy.
