Currently, vehicle number plate detection systems in general still use the manual method. This will take a lot of time and human effort. Thus, an automatic vehicle number plate detection system is needed because the number of vehicles that continues to increase will burden human labor. In addition, the methods used for vehicle number plate detection still have low accuracy because they depend on the characteristics of the object being used. This study develops a YOLO-based automatic vehicle number plate detection system. The dataset used is a pretrained YOLOv3 model of 700 data. Then proceed with the number plate text extraction process using the Tesseract Optical Character Recognition (OCR) library and the results obtained will be stored in the database. This system is web-based and API so that it can be used online and on the cross-platform. The test results show that the automatic number plate detection system reaches 100% accuracy with sufficient lighting and a threshold of 0.5 and for the results using the Tesseract library, the detection results are 92.32% where the system is successful in recognizing all characters on the license plates of cars and motorcycles. in the form of Alphanumeric characters of 7-8 characters.

Social media has become part of daily life in the modern world. News media companies (NMC) use social network sites including Facebook pages to let net users keep updated. Public expression is important to NMC for making valuable journals, but it is not cost-effective to collect millions of feedback by human effort, which can instead be automated by sentiment analysis. This chapter presents a mobile application called Facemarize that summarizes the contents of news media Facebook pages using sentiment analysis. The sentiment of user comments can be quickly analyzed and summarized with emotion detection. The sentiment analysis achieves an accuracy of over 80%. In a survey with 30 participants including journalists, journalism students, and journalism graduates, the application gets at least 4.9 marks (in a 7-point Likert scale) on the usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, and satisfaction with a mean reliability score of 3.9 (out of 5), showing the effectiveness of the application.

Abstract: In Because of the lack of rains and scarcity of land reservoir water, proper irrigation methods are critical in the field of agriculture. The continuous extraction of water from the earth is lowering the water level, causing a lot of land to slowly come into the unirrigated zones. Another important reason for this is because of unplanned water use, which wastes a significant amount of water. This automatic plant irrigation system is used for this purpose. Solar energy is used to power the system via photovoltaic cells. As a result, there is no need to rely on erratic commercial power. In this digital age, we demand that everything around us be automated, reducing human effort. Electronic circuits are becoming more prevalent, making life easier and simpler in today's world. Energy and water scarcity are two major issues that everyone is dealing with these days. As a result, energy and water conservation are required. The goal is to create a solar-powered prototype that will automatically irrigate the field. Consider how convenient it will be to be able to focus on your next task while your field is being irrigated automatically and at a low cost. No worries about underirrigation or over-irrigation, water waste or expensive electricity, or your busy schedule. Abstract: Due to its vast applications in several sectors, the recommender system has gotten a lot of interest and has been investigated by academics in recent years. The ability to comprehend and apply the context of recommendation requests is critical to the success of any current recommender system. Nowadays, the suggestion system makes it simple to locate the items we require. Movie recommendation systems are intended to assist movie fans by advising which movie to see without needing users to go through the time-consuming and complicated method of selecting a film from a large number of thousands or millions of options. The goal of this research is to reduce human effort by recommending movies based on the user's preferences. This paper introduces a method for a movie recommendation system based on a convolutional neural network with individual features layers of users and movies performed by analyzing user activity and proposing higher-rated films to them. The proposed CNN approach on the MovieLens-1m dataset outperforms the other conventional approaches and gives accurate recommendation results. Abstract: This paper is about the new automatic technique of inbuilt hydraulic jack system. Whenever the tire failure is occurred in the vehicle then to lifting the vehicle from ground surface is the very difficult think for human being and also, huge human effort required and more time taking process. There, this inbuilt hydraulic jack system helps to lift the vehicle from the ground instead of conventional mechanical jack, and saves the time and excess effort. Separate buttons are provided in order to raise or lower the right and left side jacks. By pushing the given button in the dashboard, the inbuilt self-jacking component gets initiated. Main parts of this project are hydraulic jack, master cylinder, valves, manifold, and oil reservoir. The inbuilt hydraulic jack will be valuable to the senior residents and for women who discover it incredibly hard to work the jack physically in any breakdown of the vehicle. This hydraulic jack will have the option to lift the wheels as indicated by our prerequisite that is on the off chance that we need to lift just two wheels, at that point it tends to be finished by moving the cylinder as needs be on the rack with the assistance of the DC motor. Today, Internet is the best place to communicate and share information among the people throughout the world and gives an endless support of knowledge and entertainment. The main objective of Internet technology is to increase efficiency and decrease human effort. With the introduction of Internet of Things (IoT) in the last decade, we have been pushing for ubiquitous computing in all spheres of life. Physically challenged people are also using the Internet with the help of Speech commands (SC). The main objective of this paper is to minimize the effort and increase efficiency of the Voice recognition and IoT based secured automation, To design multi parameter monitoring system using Microcontroller that measures and controls various global parameters and the system comprises with wireless mode of communication. These processes were managed using Arduino and Bluetooth. The parameters that can be tracked are temperature, humidity and fire. Here we design the automatic system for voice based industrial automated system. That is an android app is used to give input data as voice input to the micro controller. In the micro controller section there will be a Bluetooth module to receive the data transmitted. Once the data is received the coding is executed according to the data which the controller got. Here we can monitor the temperature, humidity and gas and fire value of the industry and according to the values the prevention action is taken. The motor, dc fan and the light is turned on and off according to the voice input. And the action done here is implemented to the IOT.

In hydroelectric plants, there are, on a regular or untimely basis, shutdowns of the generating units in order to carry out some maneuvers for tests and mechanical maintenance. The low operating flow increases the probability of accumulation of ichthyofauna in the draft tube. As a result, the variables that determine the quality of water can change, which requires a broad and coordinated human effort to rescue trapped fish. In addition to the risks related to work safety, there are large economic liabilities as a result of the downtime of the generating units. To minimize this problem, it is necessary to improve techniques for repelling fish from risk areas. The detection of chemical substances in water is one of the most efficient methods of communication between fish. Thus, this study presents a brief review of alarm substances, which are released by the fish epidermis as a sign of defensive response to a dangerous situation and are promising for use as a chemical barrier in the hydroelectric sector.

Influence of idea of destiny in Tamil society could be traced back to sangam period. It is regarded that eighteen lesser works (patiṇ̱eṇkḹḻkkaṇakkunūlkal) emerged in the post- sangam period in which Jainism and Buddhism had abundant influenced in life and literature of Tamils. This period is also conceived the period of righteousness (aṟaneṟikkālam) by scholars of Tamil Literature. Tirukkuṟal and Nālaṭiyār comes under the collection works known as patiṇ̱eṇkḹḻkkaṇakkunūlkal (didactic works) Even though the twosome works narrate moral maxims for humanity in universal manner, the concept of destiny occupies prominent place in the aforesaid works. Jainism and Buddhism lay more emphasis on human effort than destiny in the path of liberation and religious life proposed by the two isms is logically vehemently opposed to supremacy of destiny.  Pañca mahā vratas of Jainism and eightfold path of Buddhism challenge command of destiny.  Ajivikas’ contribution to very concept of destiny cannot be completely ruled out from the sangam period of early Tamils and it can be found that destiny plays a pivotal role in Hindu epics and purāṇas and there is no contradiction between God’s will and destiny in a vaiṣṇava tradition. On the contrary, pure devotion and self-surrender are the unconquerable weapons to conquer destiny in Saivā tradition. This study analyses destiny in Tirukkuṟal and Nālaṭiyār in the wider and complex social, historical and philosophical back ground of Tamil Nadu.
