Abstract The karst area is a unique ecosystem area and has a wealth of abundant potential resources. On the one hand, it is vulnerable to environmental exploitation to improve the economy. Kare Cave is a non-natural formed cave located in a karst topography. The beauty of Kare Cave has the potential to be developed into an ecotourism object. This study aims to determine the diversity of fauna and flora and identify ecotourism’s potential in Kare Cave, Pamotan District, Rembang Regency. This research used a quantitative descriptive study. Data were analyzed using the Shannon-Wienner Diversity Index formula. The diversity of flora and fauna in Kare Cave can be developed into ecotourism based on education and conservation with several efforts that must be developed, namely improving infrastructure and involvement of local communities. The fauna diversity index H’=1.35 and the flora diversity index H’=1.81, which means it is included in the medium category.

This study is aims to describe of religious level by students who follow the organization. The study uses a quantitative descriptive study method. The withdrawal of samples in this research uses sampling, by cluster sampling techniques. The findings suggest that the religiosity of the student who attends the organization falls at a high rating of 28%, and a high category of 66%. This suggests that most research subjects have high religious levels. Therefore, effort is required for students who join the organization to maintain religiosity

Blood donation is someone who voluntarily gives blood; then, the feasibility is processed and transfused to patients in need. Blood donors come from voluntary blood donors or substitute donors/families or certain communities. The COVID-19 pandemic is the spread of a coronavirus epidemic that has spread to various continents and countries. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a time approach used as a retrospective. The number of donations before the pandemic was 18,661, the number of donations during the pandemic was 22,882, and media for disseminating information using the Whatsapp application. The increase in the number of blood donations during the COVID-19 pandemic and the efforts made to keep donors from donating blood during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Background: The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has caused countries and various sectors of the society to initiate measures to prevent its rapid spread, and thus, numerous political and hospital authorities have adopted measures to care for affected patients, limiting the assistance of several hospital sectors, including the urology service of the Hospital Geral de Fortaleza (HGF).Methods: A retrospective quantitative descriptive study was conducted by analyzing the data of the years 2019 and 2020 (January to June) rescued through the Center for patient safety and hospital quality (CPSHQ) of the HGF, correlating them through methods and statistical and numerical analyses with the aid of Excel and Epi Info programs, to compare and observe the impact of the pandemic in the urology service.Results: A 26.23% decrease was observed in relation to elective procedures, 25.6% for emergency procedures, 16.57% for minor surgeries, and 46.44% for outpatient consultations when compared to the first semester of 2019 compared to that in 2020.Conclusions: It is clear that the pandemic has negatively impacted the volume of various HGF urological services, and new studies should demonstrate the consequences of the lack of assistance in the period described.

The objective of this study were describe the stock and demand for blood during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Blood Donation Unit PMI Sleman Regency in 2019-2020 as well as efforts to meet the availability of blood stocks. This research was a quantitative descriptive study with a retrospective approach. The results showed that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the amount of blood stock and demand at Blood Donation Unit PMI Sleman Regency increased. The number of blood stocks in 2019 before the Covid-19 pandemic was 11.500 blood bags with a demand for blood coming in as many as 11.487 bags. Meanwhile, the number of blood stocks in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic was 12.303 blood bags with a demand for blood coming in as many as 12.515 bags. So that during the Covid-19 pandemic taking place in 2020 as many as 212 requests for blood (1,69%) could not be fulfilled due to a lack of blood supply. Lack of blood stock caused by the reduced presence of donors due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Efforts to fulfill blood stock are carried out by improving services and supporting facilities.

This study aims to find out The Effectiveness of Learning the Indonesian Language Using Spada in the Pandemic Time Covid-19 at Prima Indonesia University Medan. This research is a descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive study using online questionnaires and interviews, this is based on the formulation of research problems that require researchers to explore in order to understand and explain what is being studied through an intensive relationship with data sources. Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews and in accordance with the problems, several conclusions can be drawn, namely: 1.Learning Indonesian using SPADA during the Covid-19 pandemic was effective, namely, both from the results of questionnaires and interviews with lecturers and students. 2. The process of learning Indonesian using SPADA starting from planning, implementation and assessment is carried out effectively. 3. The opinion of lecturers and students to make Indonesian language learning more effective using SPADA is to add other features such as Zoom Meeting or Google Classroom.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of basic technical skills of lay up and one hand set shot of basketball extracurricular members at SMAN 1 Turen Malang Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The research subjects were 20 participants. The data analysis technique in this study used the percentage formula. The results showed that the extracurricular participants did the lay up and one hand set shot skills test in the "Enough" category with 13 participants (65.00%). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the basic technique skills of lay up and one hand set shot of extracurricular basketball participants at SMAN 1 Turen Malang Regency are included in the "Enough" category.   Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang tingkat keterampilan teknik dasar lay up dan one hand set shot peserta ekstrakurikuler bolabasket di SMAN 1 Turen Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 peserta. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta ekstrakurikuler dalam melakukan tes keterampilan lay up dan one hand set shot pada kategori “Cukup” dengan 13 peserta (65,00%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan teknik dasar lay up dan one hand set shot peserta ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMAN 1 Turen Kabupaten Malang termasuk dalam kategori “Cukup”.

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of arm strength, flexibility and balance to the forward roll ability of the students of SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample in this study were students of SMK Negeri 1 Makassar who were selected through random sampling technique. The results of the regression analysis of arm strength on the forward roll ability in floor exercise contributed 36%. The results of the flexibility regression analysis on the forward roll ability of the students of SMKN I Makassar contributed 48.50%. The results of the balance regression analysis on the ability to roll forward on the floor gymnastics of SMKN I Makassar students contributed 26.50%. And the results of the regression analysis of arm strength, flexibility, and balance on the ability to roll forward on the floor gymnastics students of SMKN I Makassar contributed 57.50%..

This study aims to examine the level of understanding and interest in the management of the Mosque Prosperity Council towards sharia fintech. This type of research built by the author is a quantitative descriptive study by conducting surveys. The population in this study is the Mosque Prosperity Council in Jakarta and its surroundings. The sample are the administrators of the Mosque Prosperity Council. The sampling technique used was random sampling, the sample used was 42 respondents. The results showed that the respondents had a good understanding and a high enough interest in fintech. However, for sharia fintech, respondents have less understanding and knowledge, even though they have a high enough interest for using sharia fintech in the mosque environment.
