The objective was to analyze, through a bibliographical review, the implications of labor reform on fundamental law during the Covid 19 pandemic. The legal circle did not remain silent, and technical arguments were formed in several articles by renowned Brazilian jurists. Therefore, this article generally tries to bring the legal impact of the tragic and unfortunate scenarios brought about by COVID-19 and their impact on society to contemporary reality from a legal perspective. The type of study is a systematic review, research of the type has the primary objective of exposing the attributes of a given phenomenon or statement among its variables. Thus, it is recommended that it presents characteristics such as: analyzing the atmosphere as a direct source of data and the researcher as a switch instrument; not to broker the use of statistical artifices and methods, having as a greater apprehension the interpretation of phenomena and the imputation of results, the method should be the main focus for the approach and not the result or the fruit, the appreciation of the data should be achieved from intuitively and inductively through the searcher.

In February 2012, the Spanish Government approved an aggressive labor reform. Many political agents committed to emphasis framing, highlighting certain aspects of the topic to persuade their publics with their definitions of the situation. Some generic frames suggested an individualistic approach to the labor market, while some others called for collective action. Following the cascading activation model, this research attempted to identify the flows of frames from the elites to the media outfits. A content analysis was conducted with the materials disseminated in February 2012 by the government, the two main Spanish unions, the confederation of employers, and four print media. Differences and similarities were found through bivariate analyses between the categories of the codebook. Although clear cascades emerged from the unions to the online daily Público.es, and from the government to Larazón.es, generally the media frame building processes did not limit to just depicting the frames of an elite.

Palavras-chave: Trabalho; Neoliberalismo; Precarização.ABSTRACTThis article discusses the main changes in Brazilian labor legislation from the entry into force of Law No. 13,467/2017, called labor reform. It considers this legislative change as a response from the Brazilian ruling class to the structural changes in globalized capitalism within the so-called productive restructuring (characterized by the rise of neoliberalism and the replacement of Fordism by the flexible accumulation model). The methodology utilized consisted of bibliographic research and consultation of institutional bases [PNAD-continuous and CAGED]. It concludes that the labor reform has been configured in a mechanism of work precariousness in Brazil, characterized by the growth of intermittent work, informality and underutilization, in addition to restricting access to labor justice. Keywords: Work; Neoliberalism; Precariousness.RESUMENÉste artículo argumenta los principales cambios en la legislación laboral desde la entrada en vigor de Ley N°13.467/2017, denominada reforma laboral. The present study aims to discuss the requirements that characterize teleworking with the advent of Labor Reform. Thus, it seeks to understand general aspects inherent to this new form of work organization, such as concept, characteristics and modalities. To carry out this research, as a methodology, we opted for a literature review on doctrines, legislation and jurisprudence that deal with the topic under analysis. It was seen that teleworking has advantages and disadvantages for the worker, for companies and for society. Everything indicates that, if the sense of teleworking is not distorted and, if implemented with due care and minimum observance of the recommended standards, this type of work tends to prove beneficial for the members of the employment relationship and to positively impact employment. society. However, the theme demands a more in-depth study, in view of the existence of a large field to raise judicial questions, especially with regard to the teleworking workday. The real effects, benefits and damages to the rights and health of the worker, only time can reveal.

Since the election of Jair Bolsonaro in 2018, Brazil's ruling classes - who have always disputed labor regulations and protections with the complicity of state authorities - reorganized themselves around an authoritarian project of power. This project is widely backed by agribusiness and industrialists, given Bolsonaro’s promises to boost market freedoms by reducing social and labor rights. In this article I focus on the case of the sugarcane plantations of Alagoas, Northeast Brazil, where I have been carrying out fieldwork since 2012 to explore a couple of questions around labor precarity and job formalization using oral history interviews, documents, and labor process observations. Between May and August 2019, I returned to the field to undertake exploratory fieldwork about the consequences of the labor reform in terms of the working conditions and rights of the sugarcane cutters.

Abstract Objective: to analyze the Brazilian labor reform repercussions and its implications for nursing work. Method: this is an exploratory-descriptive case study. Data were collected on the website of four Regional Labor Courts (in Brazil), taking into account the cases judged in first and second instance, involving nurses and aspects of labor rights that were linked to labor reform. Results: two cases were captured that dealt with: 1) lack of prior inspection for unhealthy work; 2) expansion of nurses’ working hours without overtime pay. These two situations were based on the labor reform, which confirms the process of loss of rights for nurses. Conclusion: implementing the new labor rules brought harm and had negative repercussions for nursing work, as it resulted in professionals’ loss of rights. In this treadmill, it is believed that the dissatisfaction of these workers will increase and may result in professional evasion.
