The present study aims to discuss the requirements that characterize teleworking with the advent of Labor Reform. Thus, it seeks to understand general aspects inherent to this new form of work organization, such as concept, characteristics and modalities. To carry out this research, as a methodology, we opted for a literature review on doctrines, legislation and jurisprudence that deal with the topic under analysis. It was seen that teleworking has advantages and disadvantages for the worker, for companies and for society. Everything indicates that, if the sense of teleworking is not distorted and, if implemented with due care and minimum observance of the recommended standards, this type of work tends to prove beneficial for the members of the employment relationship and to positively impact employment. society. However, the theme demands a more in-depth study, in view of the existence of a large field to raise judicial questions, especially with regard to the teleworking workday. The real effects, benefits and damages to the rights and health of the worker, only time can reveal.

AbstractIn the current pandemic conditions that have covered the whole world between individual contracts of special type, the contract with work at home has acquired a priority place. Likewise, telework, regulated in Romania since 2018 and considered a new form of work organization, has also proved its effectiveness. In this context, however, it is necessary to identify the advantages and disadvantages of working in the form of work at home or telework and to draw guidelines for future legislative changes in this area.

Introduction: the influence of the material branches of law on the content and development of procedural branches has long been substantiated in the legal literature. At the same time, civil law scholars, limited by the scope of the nomenclature of scientific specialties in legal sciences, do not have the opportunity to conduct dissertation research aimed at identifying the influence of procedural branches on the norms of substantive law. With regard to scientific research, the study of such an impact is currently permissible only within the specialty 12.00.15. Reforming the nomenclature of scientific specialties towards its enlargement creates the basis for the development of the scientific theory of intersectoral relations, developed by M.Iu. Chelyshev. An in-depth study of the intersectoral interaction of civil law and civil procedure will contribute not only to the development of scientific knowledge, but also will allow solving practical problems at a different methodological level. Purpose: to analyze the stages of the formation of scientific specialties in the context of the relationship between civil law and procedure, to identify the advantages and disadvantages of uniting and dividing civil law and procedure in scientific research, to analyze dissertations in different periods of development of the science of civil law and the science of civil procedure, to formulate ways to improve directions of research to bridge the gap between the science of civil law and procedure. Methods: empirical methods of description, interpretation; theoretical methods of formal and dialectical logic. The legal-dogmatic private scientific method was used. Results: identified the main views on the ratio of material and procedural branches in legal science; it is illustrated that the intersectoral approach is currently admissible only for dissertations in the specialty 12.00.15, which led to an almost complete absence of scientific research on this topic in civil science; substantiated the need to establish the bilateral nature of the relationship and interaction of material and procedural block. Conclusions: reforming the nomenclature of scientific specialties by right in the direction of their enlargement should have a positive effect on bridging the gap that has developed between works on civil law and civil law procedure in the last years of their separate existence. This is especially true of civil science, which developed its own scientific theories in isolation from the possibilities of their implementation within the framework of procedural law. The methodological basis for solving these problems has already been formed – this is an intersectoral method, the application of which is justified and demonstrated in the works of M.Iu. Chelyshev.

Grapevine canes are viticulture waste that is usually discarded without any further use. However, recent studies have shown that they contain significant concentrations of health-promoting compounds, such as stilbenes, secondary metabolites of plants produced as a response to biotic and abiotic stress from fungal disease or dryness. Stilbenes have been associated with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-microbial properties and they have been tested as potential treatments of cardiovascular and neurological diseases, and even cancer, with promising results. Stilbenes have been described in the different genus of the Vitaceae family, the Vitis genera being one of the most widely studied due to its important applications and economic impact around the world. This review presents an in-depth study of the composition and concentration of stilbenes in grapevine canes. The results show that the concentration of stilbenes in grapevine canes is highly influenced by the Vitis genus and cultivar aspects (growing conditions, ultraviolet radiation, fungal attack, etc.). Different methods for extracting stilbenes from grapevine canes have been reviewed, and the extraction conditions have also been studied, underlining the advantages and disadvantages of each technique. After the stilbenes were extracted, they were analyzed to determine the stilbene composition and concentration. Analytical techniques have been employed with this aim, in most cases using liquid chromatography, coupled with others such as mass spectrometry and/or nuclear magnetic resonance to achieve the individual quantification. Finally, stilbene extracts may be applied in multiple fields based on their properties. The five most relevant are preservative, antifungal, insecticide, and biostimulant applications. The current state-of-the-art of the above applications and their prospects are discussed.

The 'work organization' has, for many, come to replace the Church in dictating the meanings by which people are expected to structure their social action. This paper describes the function of myth in human life, the challenge to traditional mythologies through the emergence of science and technology and how the new order of organizational ideologies and myths fail to provide the integration necessary for life adjustment. The argument for the current emergence of a new form of mythology, one which challenges contemporary understandings of human beings and social organiza tion, is assessed.

</strong>Medan city has a relatively heterogeneous society so it is highly commended to maintain the condition of this region. The first pattern is usually applied to groups of people who have very different backgrounds so that it takes a new form of identity that binds all elements of society in it. This system is based on the spirit of growing new nasioanalisme because citizens come from various nations. The second pattern is more accommodative to the values of its citizens primordialism. Advantages and disadvantages of sieves for the crusher were considered. The research focuses on changes of the holes of the sieves toroidal shape and establishes common time to failure. The result of experimental research is to establish the durability of the separating sieves with holes design close to the wear in comparison with standard sieves. The result shows the efficiency of using sieves with toroidal form of holes similar to the natural wearing, which persists for the entire lifetime and provides high-quality completion of the separation process. The principal difference in the experimental separation of the sieves is that they are in the process of operation and wear effectively perform the function of sifting the grain mass desired fraction. The new form of holes, close to form normal wearing has led to the possibility of such profiles forming that change their shape.
