The IoT is a growing new approach that has been defined as a global network of devices and machines capable of reliably communicating with each other without human intervention. It is one of the essential technologies in any field, such as medicine and attracts great attention in the future. It is applied in several areas that have achieved success. However, the power and the addition of connected objects to technology is based on the fact that its objects can establish several tasks: communicate, analyze, process and manage data in a parallel manner, which is very difficult in terms of energy consumption. Therefore, the problems related to consumption slow down considerably the evolution and the fast deployment of this high technology. Therefore, it is necessary to create a new lightweight and robust mechanism, which ensures the minimization of the consumption of the objects and makes these objects efficient and less costly while being adapted to the capacities of objects and technologies. That is why our paper aims to address this significant problem and present the role of energy consumption, which is essential in deploying successful IoT products and services and presenting the IoT categories for applications. First, we propose a method that minimizes energy consumption and meets our need through three essential steps: firstly, to study the existing methods to minimize energy consumption.  Next, based on these methods, we create a new concept using the data flows. Finally, we implement our solution in an intelligent parking lot to carry out our approach and describe our design steps and conclude with the result of our study and make an interpretation that summarizes our work.

We describe a necessary stage in preparing the frontal approach of designing specialized applications. Such applications enable services dedicated to assisting the learning process (CAE). Therefore, our topic is dedicated to services, which assist the learning process. The novelty of the approach consists in the cybernetic analysis of the role and possible ways of working under conditions in which features of a set of automatic systems that work autonomously for each individual student and/or in an integrated manner for the training group, are considered the determinant process. This process is derived from the software dedicated to computer-assisted education. The preparation stage led to introducing a reticular structure of action, with multiple argumentations, in which some of the principles of traditional school were discussed. The model set of requirements enabled to introduce the design steps for developing the automation the learning process.

Abstract MotoStudent is an engineering and economic competition for students to build a motorcycle that will take part in a real race on the Motorland Aragon track in Spain. The Kenji Racing Team, a student team from John von Neumann University, has been participating in this competition since 2016. The design of the motorcycle must be accurately documented towards to the competition organization, and economic and engineering tasks must be solved for the teams. In terms of engineering work, the development of innovation applied on the electric motorcycle is of paramount importance. Nowadays, one of the most popular development areas in motorsport is aerodynamics. Nevertheless, there are few studies about active aerodynamic systems. In our research we present the aerodynamics of motorcycles and the effect of passive and active wing systems on driving dynamics. With this knowledge, we detail the design steps of an active wing system.

Denim fabrics became a preferred product by many people, because of especially being a symbol of comfort. In thisstudy, the aesthetic and physical design of denim fabrics were carried out. It was aimed to compare the surface designsand structural parameters of denim fabrics obtained by weaving and laser technologies. Besides the design steps ofweaving and laser technologies were explained and compared. Twelve denim fabrics having different surface designswere obtained with the intersection of indigo dyed warp and non-dyed weft yarns based on the theme of “contrast” byusing derivatives of twill weave. Besides, these surface patterns were applied to classical denim fabrics by lasertechnology. The surface properties of denim fabrics produced by weaving technology were different for each surfacedesigns because of different floatings. However, weaving is a time-consuming method and the design steps are morecomplicated. On the other hand, surface patterns of fabrics obtained by laser technology were found similar to wovenones and it had advantages as having greater design capacity, being a simpler, faster and eco-friendly method

Abstract We present the design steps of a coaxial dipole antenna for telemetry applications under extreme conditions of accelerations and centrifugal forces. Both, electromagnetic and mechanical designs are explained, as well as performance compromises that have to be made between both domains. The experimental results are given in the following part of the article, before some details on the instrumented firings and the receiving station; at last a few examples of projectiles equipped with such antennas are presented.

This manuscript proposed a novel design and manufacture of 30,000 liters of acrylic acid storage reservoir according to construction code EN 5500:2009. particularly because the first alternative is limited storage with a volume of 100 liters and does not fulfill the demand of the plant or public safety standards. The proposed design has the ability to encounter all the challenges related to storing acrylic acid in terms of environmental and health risks, flammability, and unexpected Polymerization. All design steps, measurements, and calculations are described in detail in this manuscript.

ABSTRACTFoundation is the important way for designing upper structure or below structure. Designing foundation is a must, especially for the complicated structure. There are so many things to be focused on sturdy foundation. One of those design steps is designing foundation with lateral loading. Lateral loadings are so many different variances of it, depends on the location of installation. Then, we can identify the efficiency of individual pile on group pile cause of lateral loadings. The efficiency of pile can be analysed by Finite Element metho, which is the foundation is located on the real condition of loading and soils between the pile. And then, Finite Element is supposed to identify the foundation with free-headed pile or fixed-headed pile on cohesive or cohesionless soils.
