Abstract Based on cutting-edge topics and research foundation, a comprehensive experiment on the preparation and performance of a copolymerization modified carbon nitride (g-CN) photocatalyst was designed. This experiment involved the preparation of g-CN photocatalytic materials, the basic experimental operation of photocatalytic water decomposition, the use of material characterization instruments such as FT-IR, DRS and PL, as well as the processing and analysis of origin data. It covers knowledge of physical chemistry, analytical chemistry, instrumental analysis and materials chemistry. The comprehensive innovation experiment is beneficial to expand students’ knowledge and cultivate students’ innovation consciousness, exploration spirit, and scientific literacy.

: A novel, mild and efficient protocol to synthesize dibrominated propanamides has been developed. The presented methodology provides several merits, such as easy-to-handle and stable brominated substrate, catalyst-free, additive free and facile experimental operation. The preliminary mechanism study indicated that a free radical pathway might be involved in the presented reaction.

Abstract Silicon is one of the commonly used semiconductors for various industrial applications. Traditional silicon synthesis methods are often expansive and cannot meet the continuously growing demands for high-purity Si; electrodeposition is a promising and simple alternative. However, the electrodeposited products often possess nonuniform thicknesses due to various sources of uncertainty inherited from the fabrication process; to improve the quality of the coating products, it is crucial to better understand the influences of the sources of uncertainty. In this paper, uncertainty quantification (UQ) analysis is performed on the silicon electrodeposition process to evaluate the impacts of various experimental operation parameters on the thickness variation of the coated silicon layer and to find the optimal experimental conditions. To mitigate the high experimental and computational cost issues, a Gaussian Process (GP) based surrogate model is constructed to conduct the UQ study with finite element (FE) simulation results as training data. It is found that the GP surrogate model can efficiently and accurately estimate the performance of the electrodeposition given certain experimental operation parameters. The results show that the electrodeposition process is sensitive to the geometric settings of the experiments, i.e. distance and area ratio between the counter and working electrodes; whereas other conditions, such as potential of the counter electrode, temperature and ion concentration in the electrolyte bath, are less important. Furthermore, the optimal operating condition to deposit silicon is proposed to minimize the thickness variation of the coated silicon layer and to enhance the reliability of the electrodeposition experiment.

2020 was the year of introduction of the Ukrainian new generation radio telescope RT-32 into the experimental operation. The test results of maser hydrogen and hydroxyl lines obtained during the experimental operation confirmed the correctness of the calculations and technological solutions of Ukrainian scientists and manufacturers Consortium. One of the further development directions of RT-32 as a radio astronomical research tool is to increase the accuracy of pointing the radio telescope to radio astronomical sources. One of the further development directions of RT-32 as a radio astronomical research tool is to increase the accuracy of pointing the radio telescope to astronomical radio sources. The latter is to be achieved by automating the processes of guidance error matrices formation and their integration during the observations. The formation of such a matrix presupposes taking into account the structural features of the antenna system and weather condition. The paper presents the results of geodetic measurements of the antenna system surface on different elevation angle, construction of the 3D model of the reflector. The method of constructing the error matrix, which at this stage of research provides the necessary simplicity of perception and interpretation of the obtained results by the human operator, is proposed. The results of the developed method verification using reference radio sources are given and the error matrices of elevation and azimuth pointing (dimension 81x81 elements) obtained with the use of said method are presented. The introduction of the results presented in the article into the radio telescope control system allowed increasing the accuracy of RT-32 radio telescope pointing in the C- and K- bands to the value of ~36″. In recent years, technical means of perimeter security are becoming more widespread, which is due to their increasing efficiency of protection from unauthorized access by intruders to protected facilities. The high competition  of  manufacturers  of  such  means  has  led  to  the  emergence  of  a  variety  of  technical  solutions  for detection means (hereinafter referred to as DT) operating on different physical principles and designed to solve specific problems. The main purpose of the DT is to ensure the detection of the facts of intruders' penetration through  the  guarded  obstacle.  Considering  that  the  methods  of  intruders'  penetration  are  varied  (destruction of fences, climbing over the fence, digging under the fence, etc.), the creation of an effective security system using only one type of DT is a problematic task. At the same time, the autonomous use of many types of DT leads to the fact that there will be a large number of technical means in the duty room, which increase not only the  time  and  financial  costs  for  their  maintenance,  but  also  increase  the  requirements  for  the  competence  of the duty personnel. Research Institute of Electronic Computers has developed the complex VM 8018, designed to automate the process of protecting extended perimeters of objects for various purposes, including sections of the state border, perimeters and premises of outposts, extendedperimeters of industrial and military facilities, as well as controlling executive devices (electric drives for gates and gates, lighting etc.), video surveillance.

Flexibility is an essential quality for an athlete, which is why a high level of flexibility is required to increase efficiency and economy of movement, which interests all sports disciplines.The purpose of this scientific approach is to show that the development of static flexibility specific to foot techniques in karate, for practitioners between the ages of 14 and 18, is not done at random. The drive systems, applied within the programme proposed in this study for the development of flexibility, are subject to anatomically determined laws of motion, are functional and succeed in a methodical sequence.The experiment performed on karate practitioners - Shotokan emphasizes the importance of developing specific mobility which will allow them to execute foot techniques at a higher level and achieve outstanding performance.The application of the tests and the implementation of carefully selected drive systems that contribute to the development of mobility specific to karate techniques substantiates the working hypothesis and validates through its results the correctness of the experimental operation.

Разработаны технология и установка для переработки отработанных фильтровальных порошков (ОФП) в кормовые продукты (КП) на масложировых предприятиях после вымораживания подсолнечных масел с целью исключения процесса их окисления. Предложена модернизация ранее разработанной авторами технологии переработки отходов очистки семян подсолнечника (ООСП). Рекомендовано добавление во вторичное масличное сырье (ВМС) из ООСП обезжиренных центрифугированием ОФП. Установлено, что центрифугирование необходимо осуществлять в течение 35 мин при 900 об/мин центрифуги. Определена наибольшая эффективность прессования с экструдированием при добавлении 1–3% обезжиренного фильтровального порошка в ВМС. Установлено максимальное количество обезжиренного фильтровального порошка (10%). Совместная переработка ООСП и ОФП на созданной экспериментальной производственной установке позволила получить КП в соответствии с требованиями нормативных документов на подсолнечный жмых и КП «Подсолнечный» для сельскохозяйственных животных. It has been suggested modernizing the previous technology for recycling of sunflower seed waste, developed by the authors that included waste separation to obtain secondary oily raw materials. A technology and installation has been developed for recycling spent filter powders into fodder products immediately after freezing of sunflower oils at oil and fat plants to exclude the process of their oxidation. It is established that the centrifugation must be carried out for 35 min at 900 rpm of the centrifuge. The greatest efficiency of pressing with extrusion is determined when adding 1–3% of fat-free filter powder to secondary oilseeds. The maximum amount of fat-free filter powder (10%) is set. The co-processing of sunflower seeds waste and spent filter powders at the created experimental operation-performing installation made it possible to produce an experimental fodder product which meets the requirements of normative acts for sunflower seed cake and sunflower fodder product «Podsolnechnyy» used for feeding farm animals.
