Part of Akaki Tsereteli’s creative legacy is still spread in different foundations or private collections. Difficulty about finding these writings is that some documents in various binders do not have description. Currently foundations are intensively being studied in order to create digital catalogues and whenever this process is finished, many interesting documents will be displayed. “Burning down Imereti during movement” is one of Akaki’s public letters which remained unknown until today. It will be published after 115 years in corresponding value of the writer's new academic publication of his works. Manuscript is being held at Kutaisi’s historic museum.“Burning down Imereti during movement” is about revolutionary movements and its echoes in Georgia, which took place in the years 1905-1907. On the one hand it is a bold protest against King’s cruel policy; Also, the article contains Akaki Tsereteli’s especially significant observations and thoughts about ongoing political processes. In the first paragraph of the article there is a very interesting observation of the author. According to his words, the Russian empire from the very beginning intended absolute occupation and annexation of Georgia. According to that, the friendly condition which led King Irakli of Kartli-Kakheti to let Russians in our country without war and blood, was definitely going to break. Akaki thought that everything that was done by Russian governance in our country, was provocative and its goal was to drag Georgian people into armed conflict.Events occurred in 1905 led to logical conclusions. Georgian nobles decided to officially demand national autonomy. On their emergency gathering they created an appropriate document and presented it to the emperor. Surely, the empire would not let Georgia restore their autonomy. They needed a reason to finally destroy us and the reason found out to be that revolutionary movement which was widespread not only in Russia, but also its subordinate countries including Georgia.According to Akaki Tsereteli, a significant part of society was against Georgia’s partaking in revolt from the beginning. They had reasonable suspicion that if the revolutionary movement would be defeated, this would totally change the perspective of Georgian-Russian relationship. Unfortunately, following events proved the correctness of this assumption - Georgians were pled guilty for separatism and it led to very brutal repressions. The events that occurred in Georgia were outrageous for Akaki. That is why he makes fun of Russia in his article and boldly declares that the decision of the government - campaigning against unarmed and helpless people, is worthless and unseemly.

Blackboard is an important Learning Management System (LMS) employed at most higher education institutions to engage and interact with students during their studies. Students within Material Science and Engineering (MSE) often use these LMS’s to absorb mathematical derivations, scientific information and submit coursework tasks. In this work, statistical analysis of the average times the MSE students spent on Blackboard during their entire Bachelor’s program period were compared to their final examination grades. Results show a positive linear correlation between the time students spent on Blackboard and their final grades. Another interesting observation was the fact that the students engage and interact more with LMS at certain periods within the week rather than performing unintentional activities. Similar to the constructivism learning theory, the results gave evidence to the fact that the more students actively engage with the LMS’s, the more they construct knowledge for themselves.

Towards the end of 2020, multiple variants of concern (VOCs) and variants of interest (VOIs) have arisen from the original SARS-CoV-2 Wuhan-Hu-1 strain. Mutations in the Spike protein are highly scrutinized for their impact on transmissibility, pathogenesis and vaccine efficacy. Here, we contribute to the growing body of literature on emerging variants by evaluating the impact of single mutations on the overall antigenicity of selected variants and their binding to the ACE2 receptor. We observe a differential contribution of single mutants to the global variants phenotype related to ACE2 interaction and antigenicity. Using biolayer interferometry, we observe that enhanced ACE2 interaction is mostly modulated by a decrease in off-rate. Finally, we made the interesting observation that the Spikes from tested emerging variants bind better to ACE2 at 37 degree Celsius compared to the D614G variant. Whether improved ACE2 binding at higher temperature facilitates emerging variants transmission remain to be demonstrated.

<p>There is no confirmed exomoon discovery up to date, and a possible explanation for this is the lower probability of stable moon orbits around close-in planets which are often easier to observe (Barnes & O'Brien 2002). We provide a target list for observations listing known exoplanets which might host habitable moons on stable orbits. For this, we investigate the habitability of hypothethical moons that are on stable orbits around known exoplanets. To determine their habitability, we calculate the incident stellar radiation and the tidal heat flux that might arise in moons depending on their orbital and physical parameters. Our target list contains interesting observation targets which might help in detecting the first habitable exomoon.</p>

<p>This paper deals with the sum of reciprocal Fibonacci numbers. Let $ f_0 = 0 $, $ f_1 = 1 $ and $ f_{n+1} = f_n+f_{n-1} $ for any $ n\in\mathbb{N} $. In this paper, we prove new estimates on $ \sum\limits^\infty_{k = n}\frac{1}{f_{mk-\ell}} $, where $ m\in\mathbb{N} $ and $ 0\leq\ell\leq m-1 $. As a consequence of some inequalities, we prove</p> <p><disp-formula> <label/> <tex-math id="FE1"> \begin{document}$ \lim\limits_{n\rightarrow \infty}\left\{\left(\sum\limits^\infty_{k = n}\frac{1}{f_{mk-\ell}} \right)^{-1} -(f_{mn-\ell}-f_{m(n-1)-\ell})\right\} = 0. $\end{document} </tex-math></disp-formula></p> <p>And we also compute the explicit value of $ \left\lfloor\left(\sum\limits^\infty_{k = n}\frac{1}{f_{mk-\ell}}\right)^{-1}\right\rfloor $. The interesting observation is that the value depends on $ m(n+1)+\ell $.</p>

Bunga terung is a symbol synonymous with the Iban ethnic group in Borneo. This study is aimed to deconstruct the bunga terung based on Ferdinand de Saussure’s Linguistic Unit comprising of Sign, Signified and Signifier. In Sarawak, the bunga terung is worn by Iban men who have attained puberty to signify entry into adulthood. There are varying practices on the sequence of application of the bunga terung between the Iban of Sarawak and Kalimantan. An interesting observation regarding the sequence is the time the bunga terung is worn. In Sarawak, the isi ginti (fish hook) tattoo is worn first – pre-puberty, followed by the bunga terung, and the pantang rekung leher (neck tattoo) before other tattoos for the back and the legs. In Kalimantan, the bunga terung is not worn if the Iban male has not gone berjalai. This study discusses two findings; the significance of the bunga terung; and the sequence of its application on the Iban men from Sarawak.

While dancing in raves and parties people tend to spontaneously vocalize vowels which accurately resemble what is commonly known as Chakra Toning Sounds. This sonic observation raises the hypothesis that people instinctively and intuitively heal themselves by balancing and activating their own chakras with their voice. To test and verify this hypothesis a survey was conducted in which 96 participants were asked to share their experience about the voices they produce and hear in raves and parties while dancing. The majority of participants reported to use their voice and hear others use their voice with Chakra Toning Sounds. An interesting observation suggests that a communal effect is created by this action, in which self healing informs and encourages communal (group) healing, possibly underlying collaborative and collective healing.
