We associate here the relationship between de-coherence to the statistical notion of disequilibrium with regards to the dynamics of a system that reflects the interaction between matter and a given field. The process is described via information geometry. Some of its tools are shown here to appropriately explain the process’ mechanism. In particular we gain some insight into what is the role of the uncertainty principle (UP) in the pertinent proceedings.

Purpose Based on the mechanical model of typical shear tests, this study aims to propose the test principle and method of freshwater/seawater ice adhesion shear strength of carbon ceramic brake pads for amphibious aircraft, designs and builds the test equipment, prepares the freshwater/seawater ice samples and completes the tests. Design/methodology/approach This study examines the influence of the icing process, mechanism, temperature and freshwater/seawater on ice adhesion shear strength of carbon ceramic brake pads and puts forward a test method for the freshwater/seawater ice adhesion shear strength of amphibious aircraft brake pads. Findings The obtained results examine the influence of the icing process, mechanism, temperature and freshwater/seawater on ice adhesion shear strength of carbon ceramic brake pads. The adhesion shear strength of frozen freshwater and of the seawater of Dalian, Qingdao, Fuzhou and Zhuhai on the surface of aircraft brake pads is measured at –10 to –50°C. It is found that the shear strength of freshwater increases first and then decreases with the decrease of temperature. The adhesion shear strength of seawater; however, increases mainly linear with the decrease of temperature. Originality/value The value of this paper is that the test method proposed and test results for the freshwater/seawater ice adhesion shear strength of amphibious aircraft brake pads provide technical support for the anti-icing design of amphibious aircraft brake devices.

This paper deals with the notion of non-knowledge through performative experience. It touches upon the thought process mechanism, the possibility of being outside language, the norm, and the meaning of such experience. The performance entitled Non-Human is used as illustration, which means that the study constitutes research in practice. It refers to the notion of zoe as the pure, unbounded life force and separates the importance of identity from the being and becoming. It examines the possibility of entering the prereflexive and expressing it, testing its capacity of communication. Is cogito the only way to identify ourselves as human?

The type of research used in this research is normative legal research. Implementation of the protection process for reporting witnesses in the corruption court based on Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 of 2006 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims as amended by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 2014 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims, the process mechanism hasn’t been regulated in detail and completely in practice, it cannot be done optimally.
