In 1985, Keese and Symons proposed a hypothesis on the sequence and secondary structure of viroids from the family : their secondary structure can be subdivided into five structural and functional domains and “viroids have evolved by rearrangement of domains between different viroids infecting the same cell and subsequent mutations within each domain”; this article is one of the most cited in the field of viroids. Employing the pairwise alignment method used by Keese and Symons and in addition to more recent methods, we tried to reproduce the original results and extent them to further members of which were unknown in 1985. Indeed, individual members of consist of a patchwork of sequence fragments from the family but the lengths of fragments do not point to consistent points of rearrangement, which is in conflict with the original hypothesis of fixed domain borders.

In this paper we study the existence and the analytic dependence upon domain perturbation of the solutions of a nonlinear nonautonomous transmission problem for the Laplace equation. The problem is defined in a pair of sets consisting of a perforated domain and an inclusion whose shape is determined by a suitable diffeomorphism $\phi$ . First we analyse the case in which the inclusion is a fixed domain. Then we will perturb the inclusion and study the arising boundary value problem and the dependence of a specific family of solutions upon the perturbation parameter $\phi$ .

This article discusses how Fiqh Nusantara, an Islamic jurisprudence in Indonesia was formed and formulated.  Data were obtained through library research, classic literature commonly used in Islamic boarding schools, fatwas of the Indonesian Council of Ulama, Nahdlatul Ulama, and Muhammadiyah. The Fiqh Nusantara contextualization in Indonesian locus – known as Fiqh Nusantara– is posed from distinctive genealogy and characteristics compared to Fiqh that has developed in the Middle East. One of the characteristics of Fiqh Nusantara is that it has strengthened the unity of the Republic of Indonesian as indicated by its various contributions in the national legal system. Additionally, it has been resulted in a dialogical process in which many fatwas developed and lived in the community. It is responsive to recent developments of fiqh and it is not derived from one school of thought. It is created through collective efforts (collective ijtihad) in the form of fiqh which is open to variety of opinions. However, Fiqh Nusantara as an Islamic law in Indonesia has not yet penetrated the domain of mahdlah (sincere worship to the God). For Fiqh Nusantara activists, it was only applicable to the changing domain of fiqh (mutaghayirat) and not to the fixed domain of fiqh (tsawabit).

The question of the possibility of holomorphic continuation into some domain of functions defined on the entire boundary of this domain has been well studied. The problem of describing functions defined on a part of the boundary that can be extended holomorphically into a fixed domain is attracting more interest. In this article, we reformulate the problem under consideration: Under what conditions can we extend holomorphically to a matrix ball the functions given on a part of its skeleton? We describe the domains into which the integral of the Bochner—Hua Luogeng type for a matrix ball can be extended holomorphically. As the main result, we present the criterion of holomorphic continuation into a matrix ball of functions defined on a part of the skeleton of this matrix ball. The proofs of several results are briefly presented. Some recent advances are highlighted. The results obtained in this article generalize the results of L.A. Aizenberg, A.M. Kytmanov and G. Khudayberganov.

The local behavior of mappings with the inverse Poletsky inequality between metric spaces is studied. The case where one of the spaces satisfies the condition of weak sphericalization, is similar to the Riemannian sphere (extended Euclidean space), and is locally linearly connected under a mapping is considered. It is proved that the equicontinuity of the corresponding families of mappings of two domains, one of which is a domain with a weakly flat boundary, and another one is a fixed domain with a compact closure, the corresponding weight in the main inequality being supposed to be integrable.

As we all know that Fluid Mechanics consists of fluid Statics and fluid Dynamics . The fluid statics consist of Flow pattern like Laminar ,Turbulent through the most Important dimension less number like Reynolds’s Number ( Nre ) has a fixed Domain between average velocity of the Fluids ( Compressible ) from laminar to Turbulent zone with a domain point ie Transition neither of these two .It is the Experimental finding of the Project entitled . According to Alfred Tarski’s classical definition, logical consequence is necessary and formal. This paper focuses on the question: In what sense (if any) is material consequence a logical relation? For Tarski, material consequence has no modal force. Treating all terms (of a language with a fixed domain) as logical, he reduces logical consequence to material consequence. Thus, Tarskian material consequence seems to be a logical oxymoron designed to emphasize the importance of the distinction between logical and extra-logical terms for the definition of logical consequence. Historically, however, there have been different approaches to material consequences. This paper attempts to provide an investigation into the parallels between Tarski’s dichotomy of formal and material consequence and the modern
