Abstract on the car air conditioning cleaning market at present there are some problem of cleaning method has been widely criticized, simple and convenient cleaning method, in particular, the so-called clean air conditioning is “only spray cleaner, no water washing”, this will cause the pipeline internal dirt clean is not complete, easy to internal damage other parts of automobile air conditioning, affect the normal operation of the air conditioning, the remaining part of the chemical substances will also produce secondary pollution to the air inside the car, seriously affects people’s health and safety.

This paper presents a comparative study on the treatment techniques for flexible polymeric substrates and their impact on the printing results. Substrate treatments are central to optimization of the printing processes and a strict set of requirements are needed to achieve uniform and acceptable printing results. Therefore, this research is highlighting the most significant treatment methods used for fine-tuning the surface properties of different polymeric substrates. Besides the two commonly used treatment techniques of oxygen plasma and ultraviolet ozone, a new method of using surface cleaning liquid is applied for rapid treatment of polymeric substrates. Comparative study is carried out on the basis of cleaning steps required for substrate preparation, processing, robustness as well as on the final printed results on the substrates. All the three treatment techniques with similar processing protocol are applied on a single type of polyimide (PI) substrate. To further validate the applicability and manufacture of practical devices, the liquid cleaning method is also applied on Polyethylene terephthalate substrates for making proof-of-concept wearable temperature sensor. From the study it is concluded that the liquid surface cleaning method is advantageous in terms of easy processing, robustness and producing uniform printing results on diverse polymeric substrates.

In view of the poor effectiveness of existing potato cleaning methods in China and reflecting the findings of a research analysis of basic sizes and types of impurities on potato tubers, a gradient cleaning method for potato based on a multi-step dry-cleaning and wet cleaning operation was proposed. The method mainly consists of dry-cleaning and wet cleaning. The dry-cleaning stage, which combines vibration and brushing, could effectively remove impurities such as residual rhizomes, peeled potato skin, and large pieces of soil and crushed stone from the surface of potato tubers. The wet cleaning stage adopts the gradient cleaning method of pre-cleaning, rough cleaning and fine cleaning, which could further remove soil and crushed stone attached to the surface and hidden in the sprout eyes of potato tubers. The optimal parameter combination for the gradient cleaning method was determined as follows. The potato feeding amount was 3 t/h, the speed of the rubber chain rod mechanism was 25 r/min, the speed of the first and third brush roller was 40 r/min, the speed of the second and fourth brush roller was 56 r/min, the moving speed of the immersion mechanism conveying net chain was 0.04 m/s, the speed of the brush roller in the high pressure spray and brush roller combination mechanism was 40 r/min, the ultrasonic power was 1200 W, the ultrasonic frequency was 33 kHz, the bubble intensity was 300 L/min, and the moving speed of the conveying net chain in the ultrasonic and bubble combination mechanism was 0.05 m/s. Taking the impurity removal rate and damage rate of potato tuber as the test indexes, a potato cleaning performance test was carried out under the optimal parameters combination. The results showed that the average impurity removal rate and damage rate of potato tubers were 99.05% and 2.48%, respectively. Additionally, the operational performance fully met the requirements for potato cleaning. This study provides a new method for potato cleaning in China and can also provide a reference for cleaning other root and tuber crops.

Oral dysfunction due to peri-implantitis and shortened life of implants has become a major concern. Self-care and removal of oral biofilms by professional mechanical tooth cleaning (PMTC) are indispensable for its prevention. However, if the surface roughness of the implant is increased, it may result in the adhesion of biofilm in the oral cavity. Therefore, the PMTC method can serve for long-term implant management. Calcium carbonate (CaCO3) has been used as a cleaning method for implant surfaces; however, there is concern that the implant surface roughness could increase due to particle collision. Therefore, in this study, to establish a blasting cleaning method that does not adversely affect the implant surface, a new blasting cleaning method using agar particles was devised and its practical application examined. When the simulated stains were blasted with white alumina (WA) abrasive grains and CaCO3 particles, the simulated stains were almost removed, the surface roughness changed to a satin-finished surface—which was thought to be due to fine scratches—and the surface roughness increased. Most of the simulated stains were removed on the surface of the sample blasted with glycine particles and agar particles. Conversely, the gloss of the sample surface was maintained after cleaning, and the increase in surface roughness was slight.

Abstract Marine debris can be a significant problem when it enters the ocean. One of the areas, which has a marine debris problem is Cirebon Coast. Such a problem occurs due to the high human population and activities in this particular coastal area. An effective cleaning method is required to prevent this problem. However, to determine the cleaning method, comprehensive information about the debris condition is required. Therefore, this study aims to identify the dominant types of marine debris and analyze the effect of tides on the characteristics and distribution of debris on the Cirebon Coast. This study carried out marine debris identification by orthophoto obtained from a DJI Phantom 4 Pro Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)/drone. The dominant types of marine debris on the Cirebon Coast are plastic and styrofoam. Based on the aerial imagery validation results, plastic and styrofoam larger than Ground Sample Distance (GSD) are easily detected. Visually, debris in Karang Anom more than in Rawa Urip. The change in tidal height can affect debris not visible on the orthophoto at the maximum water level. In addition, the tides can also move marine debris varying from 10 to 50 cm from its previous position. The debris area at Rawa Urip Beach when slack before flood tide (55.53 m2) is larger than the area when slack before ebb tide (52.71 m2). The debris area at Karang Anom Beach at low tide (129.89 m2) is larger than when slack before ebb tide (75.79 m2). This study revelaed that the factors affecting debris area on the Cirebon Coast comprise tidal height, seawater visibility, and the beach structure (slope and coast components).

Abstract Aiming at the problem of high root mean square error of traditional power grid energy anomaly data online cleaning, a power grid energy anomaly data online cleaning method based on improved random forest is designed. Firstly, an outlier data recognition model of isolated forest is designed to identify outliers in the data. Secondly, an improved random forest regression model is established to improve the adaptability of random forest to mixed abnormal data, and the data trend is fitted and predicted. Finally, the improved random forest data cleaning method is used to compensate the missing data after removing the mixed abnormal data, so as to clean the abnormal energy data of the power grid. The experimental results show that when the amount of power grid energy anomaly data increases, the cleaning root mean square error of the experimental group is significantly lower than that of the control group. The method in this paper solves the problem of high root-mean-square error in the online cleaning of abnormal data of traditional grid energy.
