The authors conducted an empirical study in the form of a questionnaire distributed to Moroccan employees. It was completed by 217 employees and relates to the year 2020. The data collected was analyzed by the method of structural equations. The authors continued the methodology of Anderson and Gerbing. The two authors proposed a two-step analysis method. This first involves performing a confirmatory analysis of the measurement model to improve its convergent validity and discriminant validity. The results of the questionnaire survey show that there is a positive and strong link between employee share ownership on the one hand and work motivation and organizational involvement on the other. Also, the tests carried out show that employee share ownership contributes significantly to reducing the departure intention.

Introduction. The importance of parents' participation in school life is theoretically indisputable, but the existing empirical data on the relationship between parental involvement and various educational results are ambiguous, which actualizes more detailed studies. The question of how much the participation of parents and their satisfaction with the school are related to the factor of openness of the school to parents requires empirical study. The purpose of the study is to analyze the levels of their home and organizational involvement, as well as the relationship between the participation of parents in school life, their assessment of the quality of school education and the degree of openness of the school, based on the material of a survey of St. Petersburg parents. Methods. The study is a secondary analysis of data from surveys of parents of students of the 4th, 9th and 11th grades of St. Petersburg schools conducted as part of a comprehensive study of the quality of school education (N=4278). The data were processed in the SPSS program; methods of analyzing paired correlations and cross-tables, reducing the dimension of the feature space by factor analysis, correlation analysis in the space of generalized indices and the construction of correlation graphs, nonparametric criteria for comparing samples were used. The results of the study. The data analysis revealed strong differences between primary school and high school according to such criteria as helping children with homework (52.3% of parents help in primary school and 9.4% in high school every day), proactive communication with the class teacher (59.9% in primary school and 34.1% in high school), as well as parents' assessment of various aspects of the quality of the educational process (significantly higher in primary school). The correlation analysis showed that the organizational involvement of parents, as well as their educational level, do not have significant correlations with the quality assessment, while the level of communication does. The more intensively parents communicate with teachers, the higher they assess the quality of the educational process at school (the correlation is higher for senior classes; r=0.21). A significant influence of the openness of the school on the parents' assessments was also revealed. The higher the openness of the school, the higher the parents rate the quality of the educational process in it (for both primary and high schools, r≥0.3). Conclusion. The obtained conclusions and recommendations can be used in the development of regional and school programs of cooperation between families and schools, to assess the importance, risks and consequences of parents' participation in school life.

Every educational institution provides scholarships that are offered to its students with specified requirements, as well as at SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati. Students who receive scholarships are students who meet the requirements and criteria that have been determined. The criteria determined are report cards, absenteeism, achievement, organizational involvement, and violations. However, some problems arise when determining the prospective recipients of achievement scholarships at SMKN 1 Sukawati, particularly many students who have achievements outside of school activities or non-academic achievements do not get scholarships. One of the criteria-set is to have achievement, which means achievement is not only academic achievement but also non-academic. The design of a system that can provide recommendations to decision makers is needed, so that it is right on target in providing opportunities for students who meet the criteria considered. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used in this study because it can choose the best alternative from several alternatives. The results obtained in this study in the form of ranking and then make a recommendation to receiving a scholarship.

The objectives of this study was to assess the extent of problems faced by the farmers in catfish culture with randomly selected 120 catfish cultivars in Trishal upazila under Mymensingh district. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data. Based on the level of problem faced by the farmers in catfish culture they were divided into three groups; less problem, moderate problem and high problem and it was observed through survey that the majority (60 %) of the farmers faced moderate problem while 22.50% percent of the farmers faced low problem and 17.50% farmer faced high problem. Farmers’ problem face was influenced by their media contact for fish farming, training exposure, level of education and organizational participation. Farmers having higher media contact, higher training participation, higher educational level and higher organizational involvement faced lower problem in catfish culture. On the basis of Problem Faced Index (PFI) score calculated to rank the problems, it was observed that high price of feed ranked most severe problem followed by unavailability of quality feed, high price of vaccine and medicine and low production and lack of local market. The findings may contribute in formulating policies to reduce farmers’ problem in catfish culture. Res. Agric., Livest. Fish.8(2): 241-248, August 2021

Introduction: Transgenders have a high risk of depression caused by self-concept. the complex aspect of self-concept has led to different results among researchers in examining the relationship between self-concept and depression experienced by transgender. The purpose of this study was to strengthen evidence on the relationship between self-concept and depression in transgender.Method: This study uses a literature review method. Articles searched through Google Scholar, Cambridge, Clinical Key, NCBI, MDPI, and Science Direct. Articles were selected based on several criteria including: research with a minimum sample of 15 transgender, publication year 2011-2020, written in Indonesian or English, and full text articles. Quality assessment as a method to assess the relevance of the journals. Results: Eleven articles were selected based on the sample criteria, but only 7 articles were relevant to be reviewed. The results of the synthesis show that there is a relationship between self-concept and depression in transgender people. The level of depression in transgender is influenced by several factors, including: lack of social support, low self-esteem, body image dissatisfaction, lack of coping skills, social and emotional loneliness, and low sexual satisfaction. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between self-concept and depression in transgender people, but there is no strong evidence that proves the influence of organizational involvement on self-concept in transgender.

Organizational involvement in stigmatized practices, that is, practices that attract substantial societal condemnation, is often challenging, inasmuch as it requires the successful management of stakeholder disapproval. In this regard, existing work on organizational stigma has highlighted the advantages of situating stigmatized practices within large, generalist organizations, because doing so allows for stigma dilution—that is, organizations can reduce stakeholder disapproval by increasing their relative engagement in uncontested practices, thereby straddling multiple categories in the eyes of audiences. This line of argument, however, runs counter to the empirical observation that stigmatized practices often remain overwhelmingly concentrated within smaller, specialist organizations, even though these are often not optimally positioned to cope with stigma. In this paper, therefore, we undertake an in-depth historical analysis of a revelatory case—abortion provision in the United States following the landmark Roe v. Wade U.S. Supreme Court decision—to build theory of how stigmatized categories can come to be populated predominantly by specialists. Building on primary and secondary archival materials, we identify three mechanisms that shaped category evolution and resulted in the de facto segregation of abortion into specialist organizations: the founding of freestanding facilities by values-driven providers, the exit of generalist organizations from the category, and the involuntary specialization of remaining providers, as customers no longer frequented them for other services and they soon became labeled simply as “abortion clinics.” We conclude by discussing the implications of our findings for the stigma literature and the generalizability of our theorizing to other settings.

The aim of this work is to carry out an exploratory study on the situation of employee share ownership in Morocco in order to detect the effects induced by ownership on motivation, organizational involvement, and the intention to leave. To this end, the authors have used agency theory, which offers an interesting framework for analyzing the practice of employee share ownership, and they have proposed a synthesis of empirical work on the organizational effects of property. Subsequently, they set out their empirical approach in order to explain the progress of the field survey, which relates to the description of the situation of employee shareholding in Morocco. The results obtained confirm the empirical studies analyzed and show that employee share ownership improves the feeling of belonging to the company, motivation, and organizational involvement. On the other hand, ownership makes it possible to lower the departure intention of employee shareholders.
