The community service program carried out in Balesari Village, Windusari District, Magelang Regency, aims to solve mismanagement problems that occur in terms of financial administration, marketing, and human resources. Preliminary observations have been made before, which found that MSMEs in this village still receive minimal guidance in the form of small business management. By knowing the mapping of constraints or problems experienced by MSME actors, it is hoped that they can obtain accurate training materials so that these MSMEs can develop forward and encourage the economy of the surrounding community. The method used is the tutorial and discussion extension method. The material presented is about the basics of management science in business. MSMEs require good knowledge of human resource management, marketing management, and financial management for the progress of their business. MSME owners or managers are expected to have skills in managing their human resources, as well as the ability to manage facilities and infrastructure in their businesses. If MSME managers have good management knowledge, it will make it easier for their business to continue to develop and be adaptive in facing all the demands of changing times. Therefore, this community service is carried out by assisting related partners to develop their business and to be able to compete with other MSMEs. The flow of activities, namely the delivery of material, training, and assistance on the basics of management science. As a result ofthis dedication, the partners who received admitted aid that they had a better understanding of how to design effective and efficient marketing strategies, how to manage finances in a simple manner, and a little understanding of how to design suitablehuman resource needs

Academics and researchers are often faced with reading significant numbers of publications to identify and extract the relevant information that is required for their research, which can be time consuming and difficult to keep track of. The aim of this study was to find an alternative solution to current research methodologies used for publication review information storage and retrieval. The objectives were to develop a system utilising a relationship management format, that is visual and easy to create, providing access to documents, notes, abstracts and other relevant information at the click of a button. Following extensive research into methods of achieving this, it became apparent that there was a gap in the knowledge on how to achieve it efficiently. The visual relationship tool was developed and evaluated in practical use in academia and manufacturing, with extremely positive results as to its suitability in both fields. The conclusions were that the tool is not limited to academic research but can also be used in manufacturing, industry and small business management as well.

This work aims to verify an authorial forecasting method from a system of interdependent equations, which is based on empirical equations of the structural form and is mainly intended for econometric micromodels. The prediction procedure will be analogous to the so-called chain prediction that is used for recursive models. The difference—compared with the prediction from a recursive model—entails the necessity of using one of the reduced-form empirical equations to begin the procedure of constructing a sequence of forecasts from successive structural-form empirical equations. The research results presented above indicate that the above-proposed iterative forecasting method from structural-form equations of a system of interdependent equations guarantees synchronization of forecasts as part of a closed cycle of relations. A different number of iterations is required to obtain convergent forecasts. It can be noticed that the further ahead the forecasted period is, the more iterations should be carried out to obtain convergent forecasts. Small business management with the use of forecasting can be done remotely. Rapid updates of statistical information will require cloud-based communication. Completion of data in a cloud will allow, on one hand, accurate assessment of expired forecasts and, on the other, to update the predictor equations. This can be carried out at any place with Internet access.

This study's objective was to investigate the effect of education and training role of Catholic Women Association on women empowerment in Nyandarua County, Kenya. The study adopted a descriptive research design. A sample size of 224 subjects was used in the study. Simple random sampling and stratified random sampling and procedures were used to obtain study participants. Using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23, the researcher coded, entered and analysed quantitative data. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were computed. The study found out that all (100%) of the participants agreed that education and training programs by CWA had provided women with skills on small business management and sustainability. A vast majority (97.5%) of the participants affirmed that new businesses had been started by women as a result of entrepreneurship training received from CWA in Nyandarua County. There was a statistically significant association between education and training offered by CWA to women and women empowerment in Nyandarua County, F (5, 193) = 15.188, p = .000. The study concluded that women training on small business management and entrepreneurship have resulted in start-ups of many income-generating activities by rural women that promote household income and reduce poverty levels. The study's recommendation is that both governmental and non-governmental institutions should support informal education and training programs for rural and informal settlement women to help them learn basic small business management skills, basic rights and litigations, peace building and conflict resolution strategies among other courses.
