Crowd merging is a complex process, and any sudden external or internal disturbance will destroy the stability of the crowd. The occurrence of abnormal behavior will affect the crowd flow process and inevitably affect the stability of the crowd flow system. The position information of the joint points is obtained through the OpenPose algorithm, and the kinematics characteristics of each node are studied. It is judged whether the number of pedestrians in the crowd and the scale of the building scene are greater than the empirical setting value based on engineering statistical data and expert experience. When the number of pedestrians is more than 2,000 and the total area of the passage is more than 2,000 square meters, the appropriate macro-dynamic model is selected. The Aw-Rascle (AR) fluid dynamics model is selected in this study. The joint point information obtained through the OpenPose is combined with the macroscopic fluid dynamics model to construct a macroscopic crowd flow dynamics model based on the pedestrian's abnormal posture.

AbstractWe consider a family of variational problems on the equilibrium of a composite Kirchhoff–Love plate containing two flat rectilinear rigid inclusions, which are connected in a hinged manner. It is assumed that both inclusions are delaminated from an elastic matrix, thus forming an interfacial crack between the inclusions and the surrounding elastic media. Displacement boundary conditions of an inequality type are set on the crack faces that ensure a mutual nonpenetration of opposite crack faces. The problems of the family depend on a parameter specifying the coordinate of a connection point of the inclusions. For the considered family of problems, we formulate a new inverse problem of finding unknown coordinates of a hinge joint point. The continuity of solutions of the problems on this parameter is proved. The solvability of this inverse problem has been established. Using a passage to the limit, a qualitative connection between the problems for plates with flat and bulk hinged inclusions is shown.

With the rapid development of the information society, human body gesture recognition has become an important technology for human-computer interaction. This paper combines Kinect’s human bone monitoring technology with auxiliary gymnastics training. The gymnastics and dance training can correct students’ wrong movements in time through feedback and improve the training efficiency, so as to meet the needs of nature and harmony of human-machine interaction. In this paper, based on the wireless network Kinect, the human body posture recognition method and tracking technology are studied, and the joint point angle representation method based on the fixed axis is proposed, and the posture recognition method based on the joint point angle is improved, which can accurately recognize the human body posture. Aiming at the situation that the human joint points are occluded, the human joint point repair algorithm is improved. The algorithm is based on the proportion of human bone nodes and the characteristics of human motion, and based on geometric principles, it repairs the occluded points. The feasibility of the original joint point data, angle feature, and distance feature in expressing human behavior is analyzed through experiments, a standard gymnastics movement database is established, and new gymnastics movements can be entered at any time. A gymnastics auxiliary training system is designed, which can analyze and evaluate the exercises of the trainer from the joint point coordinates and the angle formed by the joints and provide the trainer with intuitive error correction prompts. The human body posture recognition method studied in this paper can accurately give the difference between the trainer’s movement and the standard movement, and the trainer can adjust the movement posture according to the prompts, improve the level of gymnastics, and achieve the purpose of auxiliary training. Experiments show that the algorithm model has an accuracy rate of 95.7% for human body posture recognition, and it plays a huge role in line dance aerobics and gymnastics training.

Background: Inpatient falls are common hospital adverse events. We aimed to determine inpatient fall rates in an urban public hospital and analyzed their characteristics across clinical departments. Methods: The study was conducted in a 350-bed urban, multi-specialty public hospital in the 2013–2019 period. Patient data were retrieved from the hospital’s standardized falls reporting system. Descriptive statistics and statistical tests: chi2 and ANOVA tests with multiple comparison tests (post-hoc analysis) were used. For fall incidence estimation a joint-point regression was applied. p-value of 0.05 was considered as statistically significant for all the calculations. Results: The highest prevalence of falls was reported in the rehabilitation and internal medicine wards (1.915% and 1.181%, respectively), the lowest in the orthopedic (0.145%) and rheumatology wards (0.213%) (p < 0.001). The vast majority of falls took place in the late evening and during the night (56.711%) and were classified as bed falls (55.858%). The crude incidence rate (cIR) of falls was 6.484 per one thousand hospitalizations. In the 2013–2017 period, an increase in total cIR was observed, reaching the peak value in 2016; it was followed by a slight decline from 2017 to 2019, however, differences in changes were observed between the wards. Conclusion: Fall rates and trends as well as circumstances of inpatient falls varied significantly among clinical departments, probably due to differences in patient characteristics.

Pedestrian detection has always been a research hotspot in the Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS) with great progress in recent years. However, for the ADAS, we not only need to detect the behavior of pedestrians in front of the vehicle but also predict future action and the motion trajectory. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a human key point combined optical flow network (KPOF-Net) in the vehicle ADAS for the occlusion situation in the actual scene. When the vehicle encounters a blocked pedestrian at a traffic intersection, we used self-flow to estimate the global optical flow in the image sequence and then proposed a White Edge Cutting (WEC) algorithm to remove obstructions and simply modified the generative adversarial network to initialize pedestrians behind the obstructions. Next, we extracted pedestrian optical flow information and human joint point information in parallel, among which we trained four human key point models suitable for traffic intersections. At last, KPOF-GPDM fusion was proposed to predict the future status and walking trajectories of pedestrians, which combined optical flow information with human key point information. In the experiment, we did not merely compare our method with other four representative approaches in the same scene sequences. We also verified the accuracy of the pedestrian motion state and motion trajectory prediction of the system after fusion of human joint points and optical flow information. Taking into account the real-time performance of the system, in the low-speed and barrier-free environment, the comparative analysis only uses optical flow information, human joint point information, and KPOF-Net three prediction models. The results show that (1) in the same traffic environment, our proposed KPOF-Net can predict the change of pedestrian motion state about 5 frames (about 0.26 s) ahead of other excellent systems; (2) at the same time, our system predicts the trajectory of the pedestrian more accurately than the other four systems, which can achieve more stable minimum error ±0.04 m; (3) in a low-speed, barrier-free experimental environment, our proposed trajectory prediction model that integrates human joint points and optical flow information has higher prediction accuracy and smaller fluctuations than a single-information prediction model, and it can be well applied to automobiles’ ADAS.

Abstract Introduction. A soccer player with good ball control is the one who is able to perform complex coordinated situational motor actions in a certain space and in as short time period as possible. The analysis included variations in the angle of the knee joint of the leg receiving a ball (AKLR), angle of the knee joint of the supporting leg (AKLS), angle between thighs (ABT), trunk bending angle (TBA), hip joint point height (HPH), and ball distance after controlling the ball (BDAC) between effective and ineffective passing in soccer. Material and Methods. A total of 12 university soccer players (age: 20.8 ± .83 years old, experience: 4.7 ±.78 years) voluntarily participated in the study. The players made five attempts to control the ball with the inside foot. The best attempt was analysed for each case (effective and ineffective). Results. The degrees of AKLR, AKLS, ABT, TBA and HPH were significantly greater in effective passing than those in ineffective passing; the observed effect sizes were 4.87, 2.53, 1.77, 3.98, and 3.40, respectively. BDAC was meaningfully greater at ineffective passing (effect size: 2.03). Conclusions. There were significant differences in the values of kinematic variables used to test ball control by effective and ineffective passes (p < 0.05). The research sample, in terms of the values of kinematic variables, achieved noticeable progress during the performance of ball control for effective passing, which showed its effectiveness in reducing the distance after controlling the ball.
