The AbsorbanceQ app converts brightfield microscope images into absorbance images that can be analyzed and compared across different operators, microscopes, and time. Because absorbance-based measurements are comparable across these parameters, they are useful when the aim is to manufacture biotherapeutics with consistent quality. AbsorbanceQ will be of value to those who want to capture quantitative absorbance images of cells. The AbsorbanceQ app has two modes - a single image processing mode and a batch processing mode for multiple images. Instructions for using the app are given on the ‘App Information’ tab when the app is opened. The input and output images for the app have been defined, and synthetic images were used to validate that the output images are correct. This article provides a description of how to use the app, software specifications, a description of how the app works, instructive advice on how to use the tools and a description of the methods used to generate the software. In addition, links are provided to a website where the app and test images are deployed.

Selain itu perbedaan spesifikasi perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak juga turut mempengaruhi nilai parameter QoS.Kata kunci: GSM VoIP Gateway, IP PBX, VoIP ABSTRACTGSM VoIP Gateway is used to connect the VoIP network to the GSM network, allowing VoIP clients to communicate with other VoIP clients via the GSM network therefore the communication costs can be reduced. In this research, an IP PBX system connected to a GSM network using a GSM VoIP Gateway has been designed and realized. Performance evaluation of the GSM VoIP Gateway on the IP PBX system is carried out by observing the value of the Quality of Service (QoS) parameter. Communication between the VoIP client and GSM VoIP Gateway is categorized as a good quality VoIP service because it has an average value of jitter ≤ 5.7 ms, packet loss ≤ 0.18% and delay ≤ 9.41 ms. Communication between the SIPdroid softphone and the GSM VoIP Gateway has an average jitter value of 22.58 ms, a packet loss of 48.68%, and a delay of 14.54 ms, due to VoIP communication uses a WiFi connection. In addition, differences on hardware and software specifications also affect the value of QoS parameters. Keywords: GSM VoIP Gateway, IP PBX, VoIP

This US Army Engineer Research and Development Center, Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory, technical report details guiBathy, a graphical user interface to estimate nearshore bathymetry from imagery collected via a hovering Unmanned Aerial System (UAS). guiBathy provides an end-to-end solution for non-subject-matter-experts to utilize commercia-off-the-shelf UAS to collect quantitative imagery of the nearshore by packaging robust photogrammetric and signal-processing algorithms into an easy-to-use software interface. This report begins by providing brief background on coastal imaging and the photogrammetry and bathymetric inversion algorithms guiBathy utilizes, as well as UAS data collection requirements. The report then describes guiBathy software specifications, features, and workflow. Example guiBathy applications conclude the report with UAS bathymetry measurements taken during the 2020 Atlantic Hurricane Season, which compare favorably (root mean square error = 0.44 to 0.72 m; bias = -0.35 to -0.11 m) with in situ survey measurements. guiBathy is a standalone executable software for Windows 10 platforms and will be freely available at www.github.com/erdc.

Internet as a means of fast and easy information media for the general public, in this case can also be used to find accommodation in Palangka Raya, Website booking accommodation in Palangka Raya also to facilitate customers in the process of booking a stay where customers can know the availability of room, room facilities and last room price also make it easier for the property to use it as a media information on the The property can manage the accommodation, rooms, room facilities as well as confirmation of orders from customers, then admin tasks as the manager of the website. The method of software development used is the advanced waterfall methodology, namely analysis, design, coding and testing. At the analysis stage, there was an analysis of old systems and new systems and analysis of databases using the DFD methodology after that design. In testing stage using Black Box testing method, which is a testing strategy that focuses solely on the functionality factor and software specifications. Suggestion for development of this website by adding filtering feature with map concept based on route or nearby location.

This paper presents the Sensory Interactive Table (SIT): an instrumented, interactive dining table. Through the use of load cells and LEDs that are embedded in the table surface, SIT allows us to study: (1) the eating behaviors of people in a social setting, (2) the social interactions around the eating behaviors of people in a social setting, and (3) the continuous cycle of feedback through LEDs on people’s eating behavior and their response to this feedback in real time, to ultimately create an effective dietary support system. This paper presents the hard- and software specifications of the system, and it shows the potential of the system to capture mass-related dimensions in real time and with high accuracy and spatial resolution.

This text describes the necessity of having a digital bulletin board in the school environment. In the context of the implementation of the project, this document also describes in detail the hardware and software specifications, the proposed use and the expandability of a wireless and remote programmable digital board, also referred as DPVW (Distance Programmable Video Wall). This paper aims to provide a proposal for a universal use of digital boards for informational use of a school community, students, teachers and school staff.

This paper presents a software reliability growth model (SRGM) based on a fuzzy stochastic differential equation (FSDE) approach. The software shall comprise of dependent and independent main and sub-components owing to a wide range of functionalities in the system. In order to obtain the optimal date of product release, a two-phase fuzzy goal programing (FGP) method has been applied for solving a fuzzy multi-objective chance-constrained programming (FMOCCP) model. While framing the cost function, the costs associated with changes in software specifications have been considered along with other cost factors. In most cases, the changes in software specifications during the software development process are dynamic in nature necessitating the cost budget to be considered as a random variable while formulating the fuzzy chance-constrained model. The SRGM proposed has been validated on real-time data sets and numerical illustrations have been provided to instantiate the optimal time of product release.
